14/07/2025: First time in Copenhagen and heard of this place from a friend. Great vibe and friendlier staff than other cafes in Copenhagen I’ve been to. Great spot to pop into after a swim at La Banchina

02/09/2025: We had a really nice evening at Madklubben Store Kongensgade 66. We were welcomed with smiles and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Our waiter Adam took care of everything we could wish for from start to finish, both in terms of serving food and drinks and attention to us. We enjoyed both starters, main courses and desserts. Thank you for a lovely evening.

01/10/2025: Great little place. Good breakfast platter and really good coffee in a really big cup.... Nice and fast service with a smile.

10/11/2025: The staff (a man) was really unfriendly to me. I was kicked out of the café because the table I chose (as he claimed) was "occupied" (but I didn't see anything like "reserved" or "booked" on the table). Maybe it was because I came alone (unlike everyone else in the café). I have no idea. On their website I see: "Höjris is an inspiring meeting place and lifestyle house with a creative atmosphere where everyone feels welcome." That's not true.

02/11/2025: Amazing brunch with a lot of character and history behind the place. The food was delicious – everything nicely served in small glass jars, from fresh fruit and yogurt to eggs and sausages. Prices are a bit high and portions aren’t huge, but the atmosphere totally makes up for it. The old posters and vintage Danish ads on the walls give it a really fun and nostalgic vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

20/06/2025: absolutely delicious on top of being beautiful. I am personally (unfortunately) a big beef lover but these meals were so divine I didn’t even want to say yes to the option to add a meat or fish. things I have been a bit wary of in the past blew me away with their preparation. the wine pairings were perfect and the staff were all lovely and very knowledgeable. I will be reminiscing on this meal for years to come !

26/07/2025: Hyggelig have med små Oaser og ægte hygge under træer og buske Lækker frokost og godt udvalg på Menukort. Kan anbefale dette sted.., trods havnefest var vi heldige at få plads

24/06/2025: Et par andre cykelentusiaster havde anbefalet Albis Kaffebar på hovedgaden i Hornbæk, og så måtte vi naturligvis gøre holdt her, da vejen faldt forbi. Albi ligger i en hyggelig, gammel villa og serverer alt, hvad hjertet begærer af brød, kager og virkelig god, stærk kaffe. Vi fik 2 kopper kaffe og 2 boller med pisket smør og ost. Prisen var i den høje ende, 190 kr., men kvaliteten var så også i orden. Varme anbefalinger herfra, hvis du er i Hornbæk og økonomien rækker.

17/10/2025: We have had food from here 2-3 times in recent years and it has been really good, but this time a big disappointment. Pizza Bianco without mascarpone, only with mozzarella so it was in practice a pizza with a base of stiff mozzarella and topping which was actually ok. The dough was quite ok, so it's the little things that make a huge difference. Carbonara was unfortunately tasteless. The eggs were coagulated, and no pecorino romano/parmesan was used in any way. In addition, the pasta was cooked without salt. A real disappointment unfortunately. We have tried to call but did not get through, so I hope the owners are reading this. I think they have the intention of standing out as an Italian restaurant, so it's probably just some small steps that mean a lot. Come on Crust, we are rooting for you 🙌

17/10/2025: Worst pizzas ever , I have been eating there the last 5 Yr, when visiting CPH. It was owned by some Danes serving brilliant pizzas. Now some italians took over and I really guessed I should go from 4,5 to 5,o but but but.. the taste, the bottom all was a nightmare . French fries was OK and like from the former owners time .. my wife took one bite of her pizza and I the same .. we paid the bill and left not looking back..ever... PS. I got served a pizza Parma without Parmalat ham and chesse and rocula, just plain tomato on the bottom.. when I asked the chef if this was a pizza parma, he looked at the pizza and said yes but I'll check in the kitchen .. haha lol.

24/11/2025: It's a shame but unfortunately mina is not in its prime anymore, bad meat and prices have skyrocketed without the quality being improved or increased. Really just tastes like leftover meat

03/10/2025: Good selection of breakfast meals. Shakshuka and pita was nicely seasoned. I was pretty happy. Good price as well. They have real chairs and booths, not these shitty stools
