31/05/2025: The thing I love to do most when I travel is wandering around without following usual routes. I came to this very isolated and remote part of Copenhagen only because I was looking for Thomas Dambo's sculptures, also discovered by chance looking for things to do in Denmark. And I found this amazing place, the fortress, the beach, the nature, the views. So I decided to eat here and I was served a typical Danish fish dish (I don't remember the name but it's a crouton with three types of fish, herbs collected in the forest and cream of vegetables and mushrooms). An amazing thing. Then I had a slice of apple pie with ice cream (the best of my life) and a delicious filtered coffee in a jug. If I had stayed in Copenhagen visiting castles and museums I would not have discovered any of this.

24/06/2025: On a Tuesday around 2 pm, I got a pizza from Mio, a restaurant right next to the bar. I was told I could bring my plate and eat it inside the bar, since they have some collaboration together (I have done it twice before with no issues, in the exact same circumstances, including the time of day). I bring my pizza inside the bar, sit down and eat. Halfway through, this one bartender tells me I have to buy something from the bar if I want to eat there. I didn't want anything, so, confused, I say nothing and take the plate to an outside table. The same bartender follows me and basically tells me off, saying smth like 'this is a bar' and 'we run a business here'. Not cool! Who tells someone to go away halfway through eating their meal? I saw him looking my way when I first walked into the bar, very visible with the pizza plate in my hand, plus there was almost no one present to use up his attention. Couldn't he just say smth once I walked in? As a result, I decided to take the half-pizza back to Mio and ask to put it in a box, then took it outside somewhere and ate it cold. Very unpleasant customer service experience.

17/05/2025: Cozy place and nice beers, but a bit expensive. Good atmosphere. Brown pub atmosphere with wooden structures inside. Nice space. And they have an agreement with the neighboring pizzeria mio where you can order pizza in. Excellent idea and not too expensive for soft-crust pizzas - damn good idea. And free popcorn, really nice place. Good service and attentive staff. Good variety in the beer. With the opportunity to taste first.

Fresh fish, generous portions with carefully selected ingredients, and a chef who not only pays attention to every detail during service but is also incredibly kind and dedicated to his guests. It’s worth not only visiting but coming back again!

28/06/2025: Always an experience to come to Halsnæs Bryghus. There are good events with music, talk shows, knitting evenings, etc. and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful. There just isn't much of a brewery about it anymore, which I think is a shame. And I've never understood the name?! Why not Hundested Bryghus - now that it's located at Hundested harbor! Well! But it's a café/restaurant - not a brewery. Here they serve coffee, wine, juice, cook food, cake, etc. Beer is still here too - but that's no longer the focus. Which I personally think is a shame. It should be divided so that the large room was a café with coffee/wine/food. And the small room was a brewery - only with beer, where you can have a chat with the brewmaster about beer, get snacks/food to go with your beer. But where you can't get wine/coffee/cake! The very idea of ​​a brewery disappears in all the other things.

30/06/2025: Great lager, fast staff, and everything served at the outdoor table. The relaxed atmosphere of Christiania was perfect. Chill sound, alternative vibes and all kinds of people passing by. The place oozes character, full of colors and details that make it authentic. It was a genuine evening, simple but special, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the place.

24/05/2025: beautiful location! evening sun! but oh the most boring pizza ever. Must be ready-made tomato sauce, almost no gorgonzola flavor in the gorgonzola pizza, dry parma, boring base/baking, just a minus on the taste all the way around. Oh oh, it's a shame, but I hope my somewhat bad review can be used positively, because your location is magical!

24/06/2025: Som altid var betjeningen i top. Vi fik et bord kl 18.30 til 4 Pers. Sankt Hans uden at have bestilt. Super lækker fisk n’ chips. Frisk smagfuld fisk, lækker hjemmelavet sauce tartare, gode fritter og sprød salat med perfekt dressing. Hertil et fantastisk glas dansk Clairette. Hyggelig indretning og stemning. Vi kommer igen til juli og august
