06/07/2025: You shouldn’t leave Copenhagen before buying a salad! I’m super shocked after tasting it like “how can be a salad that much good?” You can mix 3 salads + 2 dressings (humus, pink humus, truffle, pesto, chili pesto, pea purée) + a piece of bread (baguette, rye and focaccia -amazing). Also there are two types of falafel -you should definitely try if you like it. I’m still full after eating one meal. Price is average, taste is unbelievably good! You can take your salad and travel wherever you want as you see in my photos!

25/06/2025: Brønnum consistently serves up delicious cocktails in a stylish setting. This time I tried the yuzu-based cocktail called Shibuya and it was absolutely fantastic. I could easily drink those all night. We sat outside to enjoy the warm weather, but the interior is also lovely and cosy during winter.

13/05/2025: The weather was beautiful, so I wanted to seat outside. But that bartender, Spiros, that guy is the man so he made me want to sit inside. He also made me want to sit on his face. 10/10

29/06/2025: We had a 4 pcs spicy tuna roll, was delicious, it came with pickled ginger and wasabi to garnish. After we got two ramens. The veggie option was other level, tofu is really well marinated. My option was a duck confited ramen, to recommend. 2 Sapporo were our drinks.

22/05/2025: Dette er en restaurant, der trænger til at genopfinde sig selv. Vi var der da den åbnede for en del år siden, men siden da er det gået meget tilbage i kvalitet, engagement og service. Vi blev placeret i kælderlokalet uden mennesker, og med en svag lugt af toilet. En meget tam stemning, når man går ud for at have en hyggelig aften. Måske det er bedre på første sal. Tjeneren glemte os, hvilket betød lange pauser mellem serveringerne og ingen opfølgning med vin. Menuen er fast, hvor du kan vælge mellem 3-5 retter. Antipasti bestod af mange små færdigretter. Lød umiddelbart lækkert men det var triste præfabrikerede retter uden smag. En ret var gulerodssalat i eddikedressing, og en anden en halvt opvarmet auberginelasagne, og en tredje bestod i torskesalat på tørt kikærtebrød. Desserten bestod i en lille pannacttota med lidt frugt over, og uden nogen smag af vanilie. En positiv ting var dog at de prøvede at tilpasse for allergi mod gluten og løg. En meget skuffende restaurantoplevelse og bestemt ikke pengene værd.

28/03/2025: Had fond memories from a visit a few years ago, but this time I was not impressed. It was a deal, but the fish fillet was not fried enough, and the cakes at the end were like they were taken out of the freezer from a cardboard box. Not very inviting. The waitress was very pleasant though.

25/03/2025: Just been to Turesen today😁 Lovely lunch, Christiansø herring with capers and onions, hot freshly fried fish fillet with remoulade and dill sprig and lime, half an egg with shrimp in a crowd (there were a lot of them) red caviar, tartlet with chicken in asparagus, meatball with pickled cucumber and finally a cake with cream. Lovely schnapps and a good beer. Great service. A really good experience, we will definitely come again😁

07/06/2025: Undoubtedly a great restaurant. We chose a four course meal and the detail was amazing. The flavors in the foods were excellent - the hamachi starter was fresh with a concoction of added flavor made it unique, the main course, lamb was so tender that I wanted more and dessert with the various added seasonal fruit flavors always divine. Would have liked bigger servings! They were really small.

05/06/2025: My partner and I had a wonderful time at Marv & Ben! The food was amazing, and the dessert was just as impressive. Last but not least, our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable—he gave us great wine recommendations since we hadn’t ordered the wine pairing. We’d go back and highly recommend it!

05/07/2025: Food quality is high but since this is a small one there are less pastries. On the day we were there the staff was a bit indifferent. Andersen & Mailard at Nørrebro is excellent, rather than this one I recommend everyone to try the Nørrebro branch.

19/04/2025: At Vela, we danced all night with Copenhagen’s dykes n’ queers. When the owner learned that my girlfriend is Brazilian, she insisted on putting some Brazilian music on the playlist. It was hilarious to watch Danes frightened off the dance floor by the sounds of baile funk, but the few who stuck around dropped their butts to the grimy, beerslicked floor. At Vela, I saw one of the drunkest women I’ve yet beheld, a lumbering blonde who was playing a strange and kinky game with a cute brunette in which the brunette invited the blonde in for a kiss, only to coyly, gently shove her away just before contact. When after several rounds the brunette finally let herself be kissed, the blonde was so gobsmacked that she fell to the ground like a tree beneath a lumberjack’s axe. She lay in a puddle of booze, staring up, eyes wide, her face lit with wonder and surprise at her good fortune.

04/06/2025: Went to eat in their restaurant and had a fantastic experience. Lovely and tasty food and a super delicious wine menu that went perfectly with the dishes that were served. Each wheel was presented by the chef or their waiter. There was a lovely and cozy atmosphere inside the restaurants and their employees also had a lovely and funny Homer.
