21/10/2024: Food was kind of average compared to what were my expectations. Staff was very kind & friendly but service was very slow. They have only 2 tables inside for dine in & 1 table outside. Ate lunch box of Chole rice & gulab jamuns. Chole rice were normal & gulab jamuns were served straight from the fridge after 15mints. They should have atleast reheated gulab jamuns. Prices were normal.
20/10/2024: The best Butter chicken in town 🥰 I recommend it to everyone visiting Copenhagen. There's a little space but the food makes up for the difficulties 😊

02/11/2024: One of the best pizzas in a very long time! Many more people should treat themselves to go and eat here! They have the great Bryg 61 IPA from Åben on tap. Very friendly staff!

26/10/2024: Lovely dinner experience at Montergade! We were able to book a day in advance for our group for dinner.
The food is simple but amazing, with different flavours. Totally understand why this place is featured as Michelin Bib Gourmand. They also offer daily specials on their blackboard, so remember to check them out.
Highly recommend the baked cod, risotto with glazed pork cheek + truffle, and seared mullet. The baked cod especially tasted delish, with potato soup underneath a perfectly soft and buttery piece of cod. (according to others) this place offers the authentic Danish dining experience.
17/10/2024: A warm and generous experience - every dish in perfect balance without any ingredient dominating. From delectable bread (crispy crust with moist, elastic crumb), good butter, freshly shucked oysters, smoked and salty almonds, delicious scallops in their pumpkiny accompaniment, superb turbot with pommes purée and Danish snails, fat leaved parsley and a delicate fish sauce …. How about the white tablecloths, heavy silverware, knives that can cut?? But best of all is the smashingly excellent wine list, and the generosity of the patrons. A night to remember, a memory to savour. Champagne heaven.

18/10/2024: Service and food experience = bad experience, being met by small sour staff and incredibly boring pizza, completely tasteless. Other guests in the restaurant were in a good mood, which made up for the otherwise grumpy staff. It's an ommer 👍🏼

28/10/2024: Our first meal out in Copenhagen and we couldn’t have asked for better - authentic, great choice, well cooked and presented - proper family run restaurant, super friendly - highly recommend 😋
27/10/2024: this was the best meal I had in copenhagen, you could tell it's authentic danish food. pro tip for tourists is to use the rye bread they give you to make DIY smørrebrød with your fish -- i got the fillet with prawns and it was really really good.
