22/09/2024: Got a luxury durum with kebab and a Coca Cola Zero. Ate on site. Got great service with a smile. Ranks in the top 3 of the best durum I have tasted in DK. Lovely soft bread (not too thick), fresh salad and suitably spicy kebab. The durum roll is large and you will be more than full. Thanks for food 😉

18/10/2024: There was no meat in the kebab that was supposed to come with salad and kebab meat

07/06/2024: I got a pizza which was super good, my friend a burger which wasn't very good. Toilet dirty and there was no possibility to lock the door

18/11/2024: Tonight we ate a tuornedos medium fried with fried potatoes and the vegetable with béarnaise. A really good experience, everything was steaming hot and the meat was tender as butter and very tasty. Thanks for that.

07/11/2024: We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 drinks for DKK 466. The pizzas were absolutely miserable. They were cold, and most of all resembled a frozen pizza with some extra filling. We told the waiter about the unfortunate experience, to which nothing was done. The table next to us also sent their pasta back to the kitchen because it was burnt on.. Mega disappointing experience. — update— I am well aware of how the pizza is, but that does not mean that the base is completely cold and seems like a ready-made base, moreover, both pizzas were cold and tasted like frozen pizza

19/09/2024: Yum, how delicious.! 👌 There were 5 of us and we got a wide selection; salad, burger, sandwich, bowl and skewer - everyone agreed that it was very tasty, fresh and filling. And it doesn't matter that the service is top notch 🤗

09/08/2024: My favorite brown pub. Always a good atmosphere and you always feel welcome. If 'strangers' come in from the street, they are welcomed with open arms and genuine curiosity about their journey. Nice billiards room, where there is almost always someone who wants a game. It is nice and clean and the service is perfect at the top.

04/10/2024: Good service but a bit strange that you don't say when the food is ready. In their defense I had sat on one of their tables outside to wait and he may not have seen it. I ordered a pizza with fries. The ham looks and tastes like turkey and is not at all reminiscent of the jakabov ham you usually get on a pizza. However, the pizza tastes ok and is baked just right. I had ordered fries as I needed salt. They don't use that here, but french fries seasoning instead. It's just not as good. I ordered as a takeaway, but if you eat on the premises, it doesn't look terribly cozy. Overall a mediocre experience

06/10/2024: I had made a mistake in the order so it had not gone together, the sweet pizza man quickly made our 3 pizzas. In addition, my niece wanted a prom-free pizza and he made it too, even though it was not on the menu, it was the best prom-free pizza she had had, she said. And our pizza was also really delicious, she got a lollipop on the way and we will definitely come again.

04/08/2024: Our birthday brunch experience at Hasselager kro was terrible. We ordered brunch for NOK 355 per person. person, where there would be what a brunch should contain incl. coffee/tea and juice. At the meeting with restaurateur Thomas Loft, he suggests bubbles and bitters, which are offered around twice. It sounds good and we agree to this. He then suggests that they can serve soft drinks and beer when the brunch is over. We also think that sounds good and say yes. On the day itself, soft drinks and spring water are served at the start of the brunch, which was not the agreement. Suddenly the juice is removed by the waiter before we finish eating. When I discover it, I ask him to put it back on the two tables he removed them from. The waiter doesn't answer me, and doesn't come back with the juice. Suddenly I discover that the waiter has carried the champagne glasses out from two of the six tables. I then go into the kitchen to restaurateur Thomas Loft, to which he replies that it was written on his papers that it had to be offered twice and that there was almost nothing in the glasses. He then asks if they should come in with new glasses and offer them around. I decline that, as he says nothing about it being at the house's expense. I then ask that they not be removed from the remaining four tables, incl. my husband's and my table. But no more than 20 minutes pass, then I discover that the rest has been removed while I was out on the toilet. My husband and I had half a glass left and wanted to toast to the remaining speeches. Suddenly the waiter walks around the tables with draft beer and offers. We also wonder about that, since it was not the agreement. The agreement was that beer would be served. And no one had come to my husband and I and asked if it was ok to change the agreement. When we got the bill, he had written one more envelope than the final number we had given him. The price of the additional sale was of course also much higher than we had expected, because our guests had to remove their drinks that were included in the brunch and had to take soda/spring water and beer to finish their meal. Subsequently, we contacted Thomas Loft, who did not want to meet with us, but who completely ignored our disappointment in writing and simply wrote that they have done exactly as they usually do and that people are usually happy, but that I can deduct the extra envelope from the bill. We feel really badly treated and wanted to support locally by having our party there, but it was a huge disappointment. We would in no way recommend the place to others.
