21/09/2025: Homemade ground beef with bearnaise and potato slices. And Greek salad. The steak was falling apart and tasted “out of date”. Greek salad, large portion, but with very few tomatoes, tasteless olives, tasteless feta no onions and peppers, plus yogurt dressing. Everything is wrong and tastes bad or of nothing. No guests in the restaurant, only takeaway customers - including myself.

05/08/2025: The pizza was prepared quickly and was delicious. However, the advertised lunch discount wasn't offered, so we ended up paying more than necessary.

01/08/2025: No joke, Ayri thought he was Italian too. My ham pizza was ham with pizza. The price was okay, but I had the feeling the dough hadn't even been thawed. So if you eat there, try not to take a boat tour afterward, otherwise they won't promise you anything so nice. Best regards

17/10/2025: Mega bad piece of meat, ordered a steak, well only a small one, but was served a lump of a piece of meat, meaning it was never close to being called a steak.

11/09/2025: You can clearly see that Jensen's is struggling, unfortunately. The restaurant was almost empty. Despite that, it took a very long time for the food to arrive. We had ordered ad libitum potatoes and gravy, and it took a very long time for the extras to arrive, despite the almost empty restaurant. The staff has always been an absolute pleasure at Jensen's and this time was no exception. They are always so nice and accommodating. It's wonderful! Because of the nice staff I give 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 1's.

02/10/2025: Small cafe, doesn't feel cozy cuz it's just next to the entrance to the department store. Cherry matcha was ok, but without cherries, just with jam... Blueberry cupcake is amazing ✨🫐

11/09/2025: Terrible service. We order sandwiches for pick up. Walk all the way down and meet a young employee who just says “is it for (my name)”. I say yes and then she says “yes, it’s cancelled, it’s sold out” and then she turns her back and starts all sorts of things. No. It wasn’t cancelled on your part and wow what a service. No alternative solution, no apologies, nothing. Totally indifferent. Thanks for the experience - fantastic

26/08/2025: Super large one-scoops and delicious... The Hafen Ecke's ambiance is generally a bit dated.

21/07/2025: Absolutely delicious top-quality latte macchiato and cappuccinos. We also enjoyed fresh croissants and delicious cinnamon rolls. Mahdi El Madihi is the heart and soul of this place. While Grenaa struggles with a labor shortage, and the restaurants are mostly shut down in the marina, Mahdi delivers essential treats with kindness and a smile in Grenaa Marina. Thank you Mahdi!

02/10/2025: Dry burger. Full of people who were only there to drink beer. Drunk and shouting people outside. We chose to take the food down.

19/04/2025: Kebab wrap. Terrible. No taste, barely warm. Very generic.

21/03/2025: In my top 3 kebab spots in Aarhus. Good portion size with plenty of toppings. As usual with Aarhus Street Food, the service is a bit on the slower side, but they offer a much better deal than most other places in the food court.

20/10/2025: Really good pizza. Crispy crust. Tasty. You pick up your food at the counter so there is no table service. The tables are wiped down, - sometimes 😄

13/09/2025: Super experience in skavenhus with incredibly good service and fantastic view. The only downside was that my husband is quite tall so the bed could be longer, but what does it matter if the rest just plays

14/08/2025: -----WE WERE CHEATED! ----- We were 4 people who had paid for 4 dishes + drinks. The first dish came 25 minutes before the next. So the first dish was almost cold before the rest of the table got their food. The worst thing is that we only got 3 dishes. They thought we hadn't paid for the 4th dish.... We went in and asked for it, where they then said we hadn't ordered and it was our own problem and if we wanted more food we had to order again. It's fine enough, if that was the case.... We were scolded and they came down to our table because they wanted to see what we had got. They took the receipt (without showing us it) and said that we had got our food. Then they asked if we wanted to buy more food, where we said no, because we haven't got our food. They said yes and then went back in.. I then went in and found a menu card, took out a calculator (on the phone) and started adding it all up. Then I showed it to them and said that there must have been a mistake, because you can see the amount we got is less. They said angrily no, you got what you were supposed to. I insisted that I could figure out that it wasn't true and there must have been a mistake. To which they got angry and said now we'll print the receipt out again and then you can see for yourself that there was no mistake. I then started adding it up again and said, yes on this receipt they match the amount, but the food on the table doesn't. They then took me aside by the kitchen and started to pile up the food. To which I said "wait, I'll add it up while you say what it says" right after he saw me take it out, he said. Sorry for my mistake, your food will be here soon... All this happened with angry faces, agitated staff and no understanding of customer service. We tried to be friendly all the way, but I have to admit it was difficult, as they were nothing but agitated. Everyone at the table left with a bad feeling, because of the treatment and the way they handled the matter... I would strongly advise against and will not be coming back. The food comes almost every half hour and the service is, in short, miserable.

17/07/2025: Really nice Kylling & Co. It's not the best food in some places, but I eat there often anyway. The only downside is that you often have to wait a long time for your food, even if you have ordered online or over the phone and have been given a time when the food should be ready

13/07/2025: Noise in the store and staff shouting at each other. But the food is good and when you ask nicely if it can be reached within x minutes they are efficient 👍
