25/03/2026: There was no clear or reliable information about ingredients or dietary options. It was unclear what type of meat was used and the quality seemed generally low. Not a place I would recommend if you care about what you eat.
05/03/2026: Very dirty, you almost never get what you ordered, whether the food is okay depends a lot on who is at work.

1 hour wait for a lousy crap burger
14/08/2026: Burgers were good. Service and system needs a complete overhaul. I ordered, they said they would call out my name after 15-20 mins, I came back after 15 and had no way of knowing if they had already called out my name, and had no way of knowing how long it would take. It turned out they hadn’t called my name and I stood there waiting for another 15 mins together with 8 other people, while my own group had already enjoyed their meal. Seems silly that they don’t implement a better system and find a way to reduce the waiting time.

31/07/2026: I have ordered there a few times and love their pizza, but today 31/8/2026 I ordered a pizza at 6 pm and now it is 8:50 pm and after 2 calls it still hasn't arrived!!! I said I had to get some compensation and he just said yes a delayed pizza. Just not ok
13/05/2026: Terrible service and total lack of responsibility. If you expect to get your food the same day, order somewhere else. Worst case scenario you will just get scammed and never receive your order. Waste of time and money.

21/07/2026: My milk frother breaks after only 6 months. I am asked to document that it has broken. I do this via a form that they themselves ask me to fill out. Subsequently, I hear nothing until I call myself. There I am told that because it is a “special product”, I have to send a new and different type of complaint (please print, fill out and send a new template), a video (which I have sent once before) and the invoice for the product (which they have, since it is a webshop). Again, I hear nothing and call myself to ask if I have been forgotten. Finally, it is decided that the milk frother must be returned, as the dealer will check it. Then it will have to be sent to the Netherlands (!!)
Subsequently - now 21 days after the first inquiry - I am told that my complaint is rejected, as the milk has got into the chip on the machine, which is my own fault. It was obviously not clean enough on the outside. It is simply that far out. Both the poor customer service and the decision. Theft in broad daylight. Both of product and my time!

13/08/2024: The bowling alley/indoor playground/arcade was demolished, and the place no longer exists, just the restaurant in front; there's a collection of leftover items. There's also still miniature golf.

11/12/2023: We were going to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was store-bought food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service from what I assume is the owner was apathetic. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the impression that we were a nuisance by coming. We certainly won't bother organizing anything there again. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be a little "afraid" of her. At one point she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. That's not a particularly good signal to send to your guests.
09/12/2023: My boyfriend and I had called the café to see if we could use our smartbox at their place. Our smartbox was for brunch for 2 people. We were told by an employee on the phone that it was valid for both people and that we could just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we had eaten and were going over to "pay", they suddenly wanted us to pay 189 kr for the food. My boyfriend and I said that we had called and were told that the smartbox was valid for both of us. So we did not want to pay. After some time of discussing with the employees, we were allowed to leave without paying anything else.
It's a shame that it will ruin our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that café.

16/04/2026: We had food delivered for a total of three meals for a large family event. Everything was beautifully arranged, delicious and tasty - and in ample quantities. Service all the way from ordering to delivery was top notch. Highly recommended.
