11/07/2025: Edit to reply to café's answer: You are mixing me up with the rude man that was there with his date when we left. He indeed spoke harshly to your waitress, whereas me and my elderly father were nothing but nice. The fact that the man and I share the opinion that service was bad is a coincidence. When we ordered, I asked for "a lemonade", and your waitress did nothing to make sure I wanted your "summer version" - if she had asked, I would have known there were alternatives. When we arrived, we were the only ones there - it was not busy. Yet she didn't bring our order. Your eclairs may be from an original recipe - in that case, the recipe is bad. It is nothing like French eclairs. . Original: Overpriced. Eclairs aren't like eclairs in nothing other than shape - much too heavy. Their "lemonade" is just their sorbet put through a blender, making a weird consistency. And they don't even bring your order to your table; Ordered a café au lait, a lemonade, and two eclairs, was given it all on a platter at the counter and had to balance it to the table myself (not all fit on the platter, so it was an exercise in balance). Considering their prices, they should at the very least bring it to the table for you.

18/11/2025: I have tasted different pizzas around the country, but I have never tasted such a good experience before. I can only recommend this place. First of all, the staff has tip top control of the service and is service-minded. The no. 38 I got will not be my first time! 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

23/10/2025: Have been waiting for an hour and a half now for a pizza and chilli cheese tops. They work with Just eat. Don't think anything will come despite telephone contact. Absolutely not recommended. Will contact Just eat tomorrow and ask for a refund.

18/10/2025: They use their own delivery service. I ordered a pizza that took 1.5 hours to arrive. When I received it, it was ice cold. At the same time, the dough was not even ready.

25/10/2025: Really good food and service. The host just put the finishing touch. Nice place, with good coziness. Thanks for the lovely food and insight into the Samsø coziness Unfortunately I can't tell you about the rooms, as we live elsewhere.

23/10/2025: We stopped by Samsø Perlen for lunch. Friendly service, good food in ample quantities. I was able to get gluten-free bread for my egg and shrimp meal. All in all, a good experience.

24/09/2025: I can simply >highly< recommend their no. 13, Gorgonzola. Yikes, it tasted good. And super nice people in the shop.

16/08/2025: The worst dining experience I have ever had. There were eight of us who ordered kebab rolls, and while we were waiting we could see into the kitchen. Here we observed that the kebab was handled without gloves or washing hands, and there was a cold chicken on top of the fries. Another employee continued to prepare our food without washing his hands. The result was that 6-7 of us subsequently got stomach problems. Added to that was a waiting time of about 45 minutes, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and would encourage others to find an alternative.

01/09/2025: The ice cream doesn't live up to the hype at all - just average taste, but priced way too high. Honestly felt it was a waste of money and I won't be back. Definitely not recommended.

07/08/2025: I really don't understand the hype around Okkels in Silkeborg. I was looking forward to a good ice cream experience, but this was a real disappointment. The ice cream was anything but gelato – it lacked both the creamy consistency and the intense flavor you expect from real Italian ice cream. It felt more like cheap soft serve ice cream than something that should be called “gelato”. If you really know gelato, you know that this is nowhere near it. It tasted artificial and watery. I would have rather gotten a package from the supermarket – that would have been better. All in all, a really disappointing experience. I won't be back.

22/09/2025: The openings hours say 00. But we arrived 23 o clock. Was told the register was closed...... so we go to stellar pub. Who said the closed 23 o clock. And bought 6 beers and drink at the hotel lounge.... at 23.30 we where still hearing musik from there......?

31/07/2025: We were only there briefly and noticed the inattentive bar staff. No one came to our table, so I had to keep running to the bar. Even to get the information that the cocktail I ordered couldn't be made because they were out of ingredients...then we left.

17/10/2025: Our visit was unfortunately a big disappointment, I have rarely experienced such small pieces of smørrebrød for such a high price. The size of the rye bread was not the problem, but the lack of toppings. You would think someone had asked them to halve it. On the smørrebrød with fish fillet, there was only fish on half, and the herring sandwich was the same. The burger was not at all like on the website. There was no filling. Our children for children got fish fillet - rarely have I experienced them so dry fried and the otherwise well-paid home-made lemonade, tasted sourer than lemons and without soda. I got a little extra syrup in it - but is that the level at those prices...??? No, you can do better.

14/09/2025: The food was ok but expensive (300kr plus for two lunches). The service was poor. We ordered our food together with five others, but our two orders came more than 30 minutes after the others, which meant that we didn't get to eat together. Not recommended if you don't have a lot of time to wait for your food and want to eat with the others you ordered food with.

14/12/2025: Bought food today via Wolt. I get my pizza, but it comes a little cold because it wasn't in a warming bag. If I discover the pizza isn't fully baked and the dough and bottom are still raw and it's a salad pizza with dressing on it, I can just finish baking it myself. I contact Wolt. They talk to the restaurant and they say that's how they always make their pizzas and I don't get any money or compensation. I would advise against using Wolt and especially this pizzaria. They don't take responsibility and don't care at all as long as money comes in the box. People get sick. You pay 138 kroner to get a pizza that isn't cooked properly!

04/08/2025: I ordered a kebab pizza, a chicken pizza and fries. When I received the pizzas, they were not cut. When I checked the pizzas, they were not fully cooked. I called the pizzeria and they said that's how they make them. My kids wouldn't eat the pizzas and they tasted terrible. Don't eat here! Bad

18/12/2025: Hair in the food and unprofessional handling afterwards My wife and I ordered sushi from Sushi Art Viby on December 4th at 6pm from Viby Torv. We have previously been satisfied customers, which made this experience extra disappointing. During dinner, my wife discovered a hair in one of the sushi boxes. We were sitting with a group, and she therefore chose not to say anything right away so as not to ruin the appetite of the rest. However, that does not change the seriousness of the matter - hair in the food is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about hygiene. We have documentation in the form of pictures. However, we were told by the owner that you have to call before you have eaten the food to have it exchanged. During the conversation, it was also suggested several times that we might be trying to cheat ourselves out of free food. We found this to be both unpleasant and very unprofessional. Although the incident took place on December 4th, we still have not heard from the restaurant manager. The explanation was that he was busy leading up to the New Year, which we find difficult to accept when it comes to a serious complaint regarding hygiene and customer service. Based on this experience, we have decided that we will not eat at Sushi Art in the future. We have also shared the way the matter has been handled with friends, family and colleagues. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and has left a bad impression, despite previous good experiences.

06/12/2025: So I finally got myself together to try 🍣 takeaway at Sushi Mania. It turned out to be 10 pieces. maki rolls with both crab, salmon or rice. Wasabi was good strong. The rolls were a little larger than the ones I'm used to and I was well full of 10 pieces. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be back. See my profile for more tips about Aarhus or other places
