13/12/2025: Fast food, but finished eating before the drinks were ready. Cheese burger had no melted cheese. The kids room is pretty indifferent. Could just as easily be a toilet. Their chicken is always good though and never dry. The atmosphere is bad as the things are worn and dirty. So better mac D another time

03/11/2025: Burger, where the steak tastes like steak:) Friendly and welcoming staff today. It's located in Bilka, so there's not much atmosphere, but that wasn't expected either. On the other hand, nice and clean.

30/07/2025: I don't know if Aladdin behind the counter had carpenters or lost his flying carpet.. He seemed totally depressed and like someone who just wanted to get on with Tik Tok. The food was surprisingly good though, hot and freshly cut meat. Solid meat-binoculars with food in it for a grown man.

22/02/2026: Super rude employees, it's like they have a problem with their customers wanting dressing on their pizza, they start trying to cheat you by charging 5kr extra for dressing all of a sudden and act like you've done something wrong when you ask them to put toppings on your pizza slice. Super bad service and rude staff

06/01/2026: We ordered a 1/2 chicken menu as takeaway. The delivery guy took it out of the fridge/cupboard and it was also completely cold when we got it. We would rather not have had any coleslaw. Can't recommend.

29/07/2025: Probably the worst pita I've ever had. The chicken was cold and unsalted, it was stuffed with soggy vegetables with way too much mayo dressing in it and the bread was crunchy dry with no flavor in it. I gave it to my dog ​​after 2 bites, but he couldn't finish it. I wouldn't serve this pita to my worst enemy.

06/07/2025: Just tried a durum from Ella, next to Føtex. I don't think I've ever experienced such a poor durum.... Totally unstable bread that doesn't hold together and the contents spill out all over your clothes as soon as you open the foil. 9/10 salad and 1/10 meat. You were lucky you actually got meat in every 3 bites. . Way too much dressing. Poorly cut salad. Are you stupid, a durum... How can they run a business? Have people completely disappeared? You come there once and never again... Waste of money. Wow. ..

01/07/2025: The food was half an hour late, even though they were the ones who set the time, I just had to hurry I called them and was told they had a lot but my order was on its way, which is now 20 minutes ago. When the food finally came, they had forgotten a third of what we had ordered, called them again, all they said was, they could only regret that, nothing about bringing the last one or getting the money back, they are scammers. I will never shop with them again

12/12/2025: Concept nice enough with ordering and payment in one process Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were cold (it seems they just get it next door) Yogurt with jam should have had a little honey in it Cheese it was a good cheese Overall a bit of a mixed experience

01/11/2025: Lukewarm milkshake. Thin elderflower. Guacamole not fresh (factory), Burger with cold bun, long wait despite not being busy. Error in drink order (brought one item too much). Staff nice and smiling.

29/12/2025: While searching for a place to eat that we both liked, we came across "Banken." I immediately chose "Green Neighbour" and wasn't disappointed. The portion was pleasantly filling, my bowl was freshly prepared, and it tasted great.

07/11/2025: 185 kr. for a small bowl of salad and a glass of lemonade. It's simply not worth the money. Especially when the salmon in the salad seemed a little too old and smelled a little too much of fish. Many of the places to eat at the Banken Food Hall are overpriced and overvalued. Green Neighbour is in that segment at the top. Give it a miss.

12/09/2025: “Ordered from Mickeys Takeaway, but it will be the last time. The fries were undercooked and chewy, as if they had just had a quick dip in the deep fryer. The chicken did not taste like what you know from the place over the years – no spice, no flavor, just boring and mediocre. Unfortunately, the quality has completely declined.”

04/09/2025: After the new owner comes the chicken doesn't taste as good as it used to unfortunately. Before we drove from Skødstrup to get it. So good wherever it is. Now it's only if we are in the area

30/10/2025: We have stopped buying their food because of their Middle Eastern spices in their food which has nothing to do with Italian food, we loved the place before but now we have said no thanks

15/09/2025: Visited with extended family as part of our Morfar’s memorial weekend and it was a disaster from start to finish. We arrived at 7.30pm on a Friday and only 3 other tables were occupied. We were greeted by a young waitress who took our drinks orders and we then had to wait 50 minutes to get them. They didn’t have any bottles of the house red OR house white (despite it being a very limited wine list of about 5 wines) and in the end we had to settle for alternative wine options/carafes. Our food took about an hour to arrive and when it did our experiences were mixed: the pizzas were generally good but the pasta dishes less so. My cousin’s carbonara had just ONE piece of bacon in it and no pepper. When this was raised with the owner he stated that salt and pepper weren’t listed on the menu as ingredients included in the dish and so we shouldn’t have expected it. There was a lot of confusion when the food arrived as staff just shouted out the dish number from the menu (which we hadn’t been told to remember) and they couldn’t tell us what each dish was. We ended up asking for a menu so we could work out which dish belonged to who. One pizza was completely wrong and when the correct one came out, it had bacon on it which wasn’t in the listed ingredients! When the manager was asked why the wrong pizza had been delivered to the table he stated that he couldn’t read the handwriting of the waiting staff so he’d had to guess! At the end of the night, we complained to the manager about our awful experience and he just made excuse after excuse refusing to apologise or accept any fault. At the end of the discussion he agreed to a 50% discount on the misdelivered pizza but stated that he ‘wasn’t making Italian food in Rome - he was making Italian food in Silkeborg’…… The restaurant is called Roma but it seems customers shouldn’t go expecting Italian cuisine of any note. Stay away unless you want a confusing and chaotic evening out.

13/09/2025: Lovely, spacious Italian restaurant with an authentic atmosphere. Delicious pizzas so big you'll have to take some home.
