24/11/2025: It's been a year since I last tried Duck It and was disappointed, but wanted to give it another shot, which turned out to be the last time! Ordered a round of fries with duck, but AGAIN you had to look for duck on top of the fries. I think it must be Denmark's most expensive fries 😔 85 kr for a relatively small fries, and with a little "shredded" duck on top. I don't know if I should illustrate how little duck there was, but there was almost nothing. As mentioned, you should have another chance, but you won't be visiting me in the future.

13/03/2026: Very few ingredients on pizza, the dough was very thin and dry, the pizza was missing ingredients for which I paid extra. I was expecting more, idk why it have soo much star

19/12/2025: We ordered delivery for 7:00 PM, but the delivery time was subsequently moved to 7:15 PM. We received the entire order at 7:40 PM and arrived home shortly after (we live about five minutes away). Upon arrival, the food was only slightly warm. Some of our food was also cooked and placed on an oven, while the rest of the order was prepared. The food was fine, it was easy to eat, but nothing to shout hooray for. The service in the restaurant was generally satisfactory, although there was some confusion among the employees. It was clearly busy, and the staff apologized for the situation to all customers.

26/02/2026: Check your pizza before you leave the store. ordered 2 pizzas with 4 different kinds of meat one of them I got only had cheese on it tried calling but didn't get through. on your phone Update "   that's a lie and Latin I You haven't acknowledged the mistake and you haven't made me a new pizza the only thing that's right in your answer is that I kept the old one"

27/02/2026: Edited 26 February 2026. From a strong 4* down to a 1* Have they changed ownership?? The good customer service which kept me coming back has disappeared. Such a rude person on the end of the phone. I rang and ordered for a delivery. It was taken and a rough time was given. All good. 2 mins later I get a call from the shop " we don't have mobile pay. Only cash accepted" CRUD!!! I didn't even know if we had 2kr in the house never mind the little over 200kr for our order. I went into panic and said wait let me check. My voice may have sounded stressed, cause I was. I am rummaging through a backpack for a purse to check if we had it. I am trying to explain this ,and he is stressing only cash and how much, I say put the order on hold, I will ring back and either confirm or cancel. He says it will be there in about 20 to 30. Which was half the time from the time given with the first employee. I shout " put the order on hold and I will ring back in 5 mins" because at this point I hadn't confirmed we had enough money in the house. Before I had even finished he shouted " we can't deliver to you." CLICK. I have worked in the service industry and know how to talk to people who speak with a strong accent, I know how to tell them to take it easy and get to a result. And I expect that same level of understanding. I know I have an accent and understand that I can be even more difficult to understand when I get stressed. And what delivery service doesn't have mobile pay in these times? . . I can't give a 5 star rating,but they deserve more than 4, I would happilygive it 9 out of 10. I have been a customer for roughly 3 years. I have had 2 problems in that time. One of them tonight...they ran out of chicken for the pizzas 😱😭😅 still ended up with a well prepared Hawaiian, to the time I ordered and it tasted great. The first time the problems warranted a complaint but the sort of complaint that could wait until I went in next time. I still enjoyed the food on that occasion. When I went in to complain,I left the shop happy, felt like I had been heard and understood. I can recommend talking to the owner. You may be surprised. I know I was. 😉🤣🤣

07/03/2026: So sad that there is such poor order management. Ordered for pickup. Waited 45 minutes for my order to be ready - so 45 from when it should have been ready I was standing in the store waiting. If only it had been an unlucky night, but no, unfortunately it is not the first time. Unfortunately I will not be buying sushi there again, a huge shame. Because it was actually good once.

08/02/2026: A little skeptical about previous reviews, but I read that they have a new chef, so they should give it a try. The sushi was really good, and good service regarding menu requests 😊

13/07/2025: Jeg havde bestilt bord til min fødselsdag, vi troppede op kl 18 og mødte op til en papir seddel på døren med...vi har lukket. Ufattelig dårligt! Ingen opringning og ingen mail vedrørende min bordreservation. Jeg havde fået bekræftelse og husk nu mail..... Sætter ALDRIG mine ben der igen. Minus stjerner herfra.

24/05/2025: Vi havde bestilt bord og modtaget bekræftelse. Da vi kom dagen efter var restauranten lukket. De er gået konkurs for mere end en uge siden men modtager altså stadig bestillinger!

23/09/2025: Super nice owner and an ok meal for dinner, but that's where the positives end. The breakfast was below average, the sausages were undercooked, the eggs tasted strange and the bread crumbled. It was extremely noisy and the bathroom only had hot water in the shower. Last but definitely not least, the cleaning staff barged in twice without knocking, two and one hour before check-out time respectively. I will not stay there again.

05/08/2025: Rooms ok clean and decent. Spookie pillows - reminiscent of sofa cushions with covers Unmanned Inn and Hotel? Unmanned reception until the day of departure, but breakfast was ready every morning. So it was more B&B actually corresponding to what was expected. Notice that the restaurant was closed came the same day as check-in 16/7! This means that a room could not be cancelled where the deadline was 2/. There has been no notice of this at any time. Would not have stayed there if it had been stated from the start that the restaurant was closed. Was going down to the city for a pizzaria or for a sandwich in Rema1000 after a long tourist day. There was a smell of tobacco all the way up to the 1st floor where we stayed. The smell comes from the gambling club/brown cafe that is connected to the hotel. Then we experienced Aulum Inn & Hotel!

22/08/2025: I was supposed to order two sandwiches. I ask for one that is on their menu - but they don't make it anymore. I choose two others, pay, and then I'm told that there's something wrong with their toaster, so it will take 15 minutes. I don't have much time and I thought it would take 5 minutes, and I ask if I can get my money back. The young employee is replaced by what I think is the owner. He starts looking at a screen and ends up saying that in their new system, money can't be returned, only credit cards. I don't want to be a grumpy customer, but I say that I think it sounds a bit strange. He asks the young employee if she said that the toaster is slow, to which she says yes - here I have to be a slavish customer again and say that it was only AFTER I had paid. I end up waiting for the two sandwiches. They tasted fine, but at 74 kr each they were also overpriced. I think it was a disappointing experience that could have been handled better, and I'll probably choose another place next time.

26/09/2025: We came at opening time at 12:00 and the toilet was dirty. Waited a long time for service from a NOT smiling man and we chose sparklers, which from the picture were two large fish fillets with fresh green asparagus and leaves. We got one fish fillet, which filled half a toast bread and there were two asparagus from a can. When I mention it to the owner, his answer is "it's not my fault" and says that the pictures at McDonald's don't match either. He was numbingly indifferent that what we got and the picture they had of the menu didn't match. We won't come again and won't recommend it to others.

24/12/2025: The seating area was extremely dirty, with spider webs everywhere. The heating system seemed to blow dust and spider web particles around, making the environment very uncomfortable. The furniture was very ugly and poorly maintained, which added to the overall unpleasant experience.

15/12/2025: Bought Matcha oat latte takeaway. Fast delivery. Tasty, not too hot when you whisk oat drink from the fridge into the tea.
