08/06/2025: Super nice cafe, with delicious dishes and lovely staff.

14/03/2025: Food is a disaster. I ordered pasta with beef, bacon and cream sauce - I just got pasta, with a trace amount of meat, with 1 piece of bacon, no sauce. The dish had no taste and was not spicy. It looked unappetizing. Worse than the hospital. Very bad experience. I had to throw the food away.

08/06/2025: The food was ready 10 minutes later than promised and the chicken was raw in the chicken burger.

04/05/2025: Burger and fries actually taste very good, but bad service. We ordered over the phone and were told it was ready in 25 minutes. according to where we arrive. We are greeted by an employee who is standing outside and looks like he is taking a break. When we go in and say that we have ordered, we are told that it will be ready in 5-6 minutes. It is obviously him who is standing outside who will cook our food. We are therefore allowed to wait another 15-20 minutes. before we get our food and the communication is just bad. No regret or information that the food is on its way or similar. We were the only customers and it didn't seem like they were in a hurry, now there was time for a "chef" to stand outside and take it easy. Too bad because the burgers taste fine, but poor service.

30/07/2025: Dirty We had a drink inside and I went to the toilet, the old lock on the door was broken (they put a slide on the door) there is a mirror above your head way to high to reach on your own with fingerprints and the walls where just dirty… I really needed to go I had no choice…. They have allot of fake flowers in the cafe you could see the dust pilling up on them. And the side of the bar was full of dirt and dried fluids…. But the girl at the bar was really nice, she soeaks really good English, she was wonderfull. Allot of people where working there on their laptop and i get it is all seems really cosy but it needs a really good cleaner!

07/07/2025: I ate a pizza from you for the first time today. It was super delicious and in my opinion one of the best I've had in a long time. Even the edges were eaten even though I was very full.

06/07/2025: I ordered 2 x grilled chicken with side dishes and 1 x chicken mix one grilled chicken was dark and dry the chicken in the chicken mix was super dry

28/06/2025: We had unfortunately ordered a lot of sandwiches for a baby shower. Unfortunately, the food never showed up, and we couldn't get hold of them. So we were left with 15-20 people without food for a surprise party and had to spend double the amount financially to fix the situation.

26/05/2025: The sandwiches as such, we have no complaints about as such, but they can't count. They were nice big for 42kr each. I order 16x3 pieces and get 38 pieces. However, we only paid for the 38 pieces. There were 15 of us and the sandwiches, so there were quite a few who didn't get their fill.

13/07/2025: Nice cafe with a courtyard. The food was okay, large sandwiches with a nice selection of fillings. Nachos were okay, but boring and not much chicken in them and very small bowls of salsa etc. The prices were too high, a real tourist place, where the quality of the food unfortunately did not meet expectations.

25/05/2025: Disappointing experience at Jensens Bøfhus in Randers, felt misled. A group of friends and I recently visited Jensens Bøfhus in Randers and left feeling misled. During our visit, one of us tried to order a summer dish that was advertised on a sign on the table. The waiter informed us that this dish was only available from June 1st. He then drew our attention to the back of the sign and encouraged us to join Club Jensens, which would give us a welcome gift of 100 kr. for purchases over 200 kr. Several of us chose to join Club Jensens to take advantage of this discount. However, we were subsequently informed that the discount only applied to parties of up to 4 people, which was not stated in the terms and conditions of Club Jensens on their website. The waiter could not find this information either, but referred to internal instructions. It is disappointing that a restaurant chain like Jensens Bøfhus does not have clear and transparent information about their offers and discounts. We felt misled into signing up for Club Jensens and ordering more expensive dishes based on a discount we could not use. Although the waiter was friendly and professional, it is the management's responsibility to ensure that the information is correct and accessible to guests. We hope that Jensens Bøfhus will take note of this and improve their communication about offers and discounts.

29/07/2025: Really bad food. Pork Sandwich with dry deep fried Pork, really bad and shrimp sandwich tasted bad.

23/07/2025: Completely overcooked haddock like Fish And Chips. Rubbery consistency. Remoulade instead of Tartar sauce.

15/07/2025: They sold us spoiled skyr. We said to them, but they closed the conversation with a simple sentence: “Skyr always have special taste” Absolutly not recommended.

18/05/2025: Average sushi, and disinterested service. You have to be careful when shopping with them as they use all sorts of tricks to mislead consumers (discount schemes that require special conditions, active opt-out of newsletters with "poorly" worded descriptions, etc.).

03/05/2025: I bought sushi at SushiArt yesterday. I made it clear that I cannot tolerate gluten. The two young employees were helpful and checked a chart of allergens many times. A few of the rolls the chef made without the ingredients that contained gluten. However, I got sick before I finished the meal. It occurred to me that EVERYTHING had been prepared on the same cutting board, with the same utensils. They therefore have no control over cross-contamination, and I recommend others with allergies or celiac disease to avoid the place. I'm still sick of it today. Super boring.

23/07/2025: Really bad place. You can sometimes buy a soda because there were 10 customers but they say you can't because you're busy. You can't even speak Danish. Definitely a dirty place

09/06/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a very nice boss and super delicious food.

01/08/2025: Thursday evening at 6pm. Buffet. Large and very noisy place even though there were many empty tables. The fried duck pieces were probably 1-3 cm2 in size and quite dry. The deep-fried dishes were bland and lacked crispiness. Chicken curry didn't have much flavor. Fried tiger prawns lacked flavor. Cauliflower-broccoli-onions were just right 'cooked' - with a good bite. Chinese buffet below average.

02/07/2025: Large and nice buffet. But rarely are all the dishes full.
