01/10/2025: While inflation is falling, prices at Suprise are rising. Excuse me, but 95,- for a kebab mix? At least 100kr for a normal size pizza with filling? Completely absurd. The quality of the food does not match those prices. And then the delivery doesn't bother to go up to my entrance, but calls me and asks me to come down and pick up the food. Why did I pay for delivery? (which also costs 40kr!!)

29/08/2025: Stresset personale, lang ventetid på maden, smagsløst kød og lidt sejt. Igen lang ventetid på at få lov at betale. En øv oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert ikke igen 😩

08/08/2025: Ubehøvlet service. Fik da i hvert fald skræmt os væk som kunder. Fik smidt menukort på bordet foran os, intet hej, for at få afvide at næste gang skulle vi checke ind indenfor, fremfor at sætte os udenfor. Ikke en måde at behandle kunderne på.

16/11/2025: The pizza was a boring cardboard slice, with limited toppings. It was dry, boring, and tasteless. Normally a gorgonzola pizza is full of flavor. It would have been cheaper to buy a cardboard box. And of course you forgot the garlic in the cup. The fries were great.

09/12/2025: Rice is good, salad is good but the meat is nothing. I ordered 3 different dishes, lamb, chicken and kebab. If you give them all to a 6 year old boy, he won't be fed. 5 small pieces of chicken and 3-4 pieces of lamb and a kebab of 60-70 grams.

26/11/2025: I have now edited my new review as there is a new owner. We have never had so little food. Ordered 2 durum rolls and a tray of fries to share. I have never had such a good roll before for 75 kr with lamb. Not even as lunch would fill you up.

14/12/2025: It used to be good korean food, but this time I experienced the worst tteobokki I have ever had.

15/12/2025: I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from your “guard” and partly the staff in the cloakroom on Friday, December 5th, around midnight - at a time when it was by no means busy. Shortly after our arrival, we decided to move on. When I got my coat from the cloakroom, I could both feel and smell that it had been dragged around in beer upon delivery. This was reported to the “guard”, who in a derogatory, arrogant and unprofessional manner asked me to shut up and simply demanded that the staff take my name and mobile number, with the message that I would be contacted on Monday, December 8th, so that arrangements could be made for the coat to be cleaned. However, I have - not surprisingly - not yet heard from anyone as of today (December 15th). I look forward to hearing from you!

29/11/2025: Stay away from here, things are not under control when it comes to bookings in advance by friends under 25!! We were a group of 10 girls who had booked a table and some bottles, and since we had one person under 25 we had called some time before the day itself to make this known, and it was no problem they said. On the day itself we are met by a guard who explains that it is not written in some places that we have someone under 25.. He continues to welcome all other guests and give out stamps, and seems to be completely indifferent to our reservation. In the end the whole party has to leave the place, as they were not at all talkative, and because of course we are not leaving our friend behind. It ruined the whole evening that they have no control over things. In addition, it stinks of vomit and the music is bad.

19/12/2025: With 250 kr out of my “wallet” I am well aware that it is not because I should expect the wildest feast, but a carbonara that does not contain pre-cooked pasta, tasteless and rubbery bacon and a sauce that most resembled a thin layer of cream with a little salt in it - and a layer of tortellini that resembles those you pay 20 kr for net, I still think 250 kr is quite expensive. With a view to marketing yourself as a pasta place that makes handmade, I think maybe you should revise it. I would like to thank you for the food, but it will not happen this time - I also think this is the last time I look your way.

16/11/2025: Fantastic pasta dishes, made from scratch with good ingredients. You can see and taste that they have it under control. Cozy little place, though very small.

15/09/2025: It says they are open from 10am-10pm today, but the cafe is completely closed. It should be on the website and also outside the cafe when they will reopen. Poor service.

13/09/2025: Nice location but one of the most expensive and almost inedible burgers in many years. Overcooked meat that undoubtedly came from the freezer. Nice staff who just stood in the kitchen and talked. Didn't ask if everything was good since they didn't come by even once. They also didn't ask if you wanted more etc. No wonder the place was at most 10% occupied.

01/08/2025: They can't make a proper pizza not much filling and all in the same place so not a place to spend money

03/06/2025: A lady sits on the sidelines with the phone in her hand. and is rude to the food not once but both times we have been there+ we did not get what was ordered. Dirty and filthy. can't actually understand they don't have a sour smiley here
