05/09/2024: As always, the food was super tasty. Very nice service.

11/08/2024: Bought 2 french fries. It only took half an hour and they tasted strange.

07/08/2024: Der var møgbeskidt, den venlige betjening skulle man lede længe efter. Vi fik 2 bøfsandwhich som var ok pommes var ok. Vi stopper ikke ved den bistro igen. Faktisk er det lige til " kniven for struben"

21/08/2024: We just wanted to eat a quick pizza but ended up staying there to eat. The pizza is succulent and upscale in taste. Next time we'll have a real portion!

02/11/2024: We visited the restaurant as a family of two adults and two children with the aim of enjoying a stack using together. On arrival we were greeted by a dirty restaurant, where there were leftover food and trays on several of the tables, even though the guests had long since left. The signs at the counter indicated that we should order at a self-service stand. When we started our order, however, we discovered that the necessary number plates, which had to be taken next to the screen, were missing. After a long wait at the counter, my wife had to turn to the staff inside the kitchen for help. After this, we were finally given a sign and could complete the order. When the food arrived the experience was sadly disappointing. The children's burgers were dry and unappetizing, which resulted in them not eating them - and it is rare that they are picky eaters. Our own burgers were ok but half cold and as for the fries for all of us they were unfortunately sloppy and greasy as they clearly hadn't been heated enough. These were also left behind. Overall it was a disappointing experience and unfortunately not as we remembered it from our last visit a few years ago. It all appeared chaotic and understaffed, and we could hardly avoid feeling sympathy for the young employees who seemed under pressure in the situation.

02/11/2024: It is seriously the worst place I have experienced in a long time. No control over the food (did get an apology from the "waiter"), but despite that, we still sat with cold fries. Where you get soda, it's greasy and sticky...really disgusting. The floor of the entire restaurant is floating with garbage. The bins are overflowing and overflowing with rubbish. Shipping and waiting time was so great that I finally gave up. Stood and waited in a mass of people and no one came out to serve, even though there was one in the kitchen looking out at all of us standing out there. She just turned and left! There is simply no need for an adult or someone who can figure out how to manage the place...even when it's busy!

28/09/2024: Terrible, worst food purchase I have ever made. I paid 185 kroner for an ordinary döner kebab. Stay far away, never been worth the money in life !!!

21/09/2024: Nice döner, but I don't think it resembles a Berliner at all. At the same time paid 40,- extra for fries, and get a measly handful size. Good bread in return.

11/12/2023: We were supposed to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was store-bought food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service, from what I assume is the owner, was service-abandoned. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the feeling that we were a nuisance by coming. In any case, we don't want to arrange anything down there another time.. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be slightly "afraid" of her. At one point, she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. It's not a very good signal to send to your guests.

09/12/2023: My girlfriend and I had called down to the cafe to ask if we could use our smartbox at them. Our smartbox rang for brunch for 2 people. We are told by an employee on the phone that it applies to both people and that we can just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we have eaten and have to go over and "pay", they suddenly want us to pay DKK 189 for the food. My girlfriend and I say that we have called and been told that smartbox one applies to both of us. So we will not pay. After some time where we have discussed with the employees, we are allowed to leave without paying any more. It's a shame that it has to spoil our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that cafe.

09/09/2024: Ok food. However, the music is far too loud in the store. And after they have received order screens. Then it takes a long time to order at the checkout.

14/10/2024: Sold out for rye bread before 2pm on a Monday.

28/07/2024: We had the main course postponed as they had overcooked the steak, which was supposed to be medium-rare. With those prices, I expected them to at least figure out how to fry a steak

29/08/2024: Friendly service, nice shop, excellent bread, sad that you can't get a good old-fashioned round French bread in Baker shops, you really have to go to Bilka to get an old-fashioned round French bread

10/08/2024: Really good bread and they have a freezer with gluten free and some really good layer cake bases. The baker is ridiculously expensive though.
