07/11/2024: Far too strongly spiced... Consider that if my 2 little girls can't eat the food, I don't think it's child-friendly. But now it has been tried and is not for my family

30/10/2024: Unfortunately, the quality is declining. Semi-dry and boring buns with indifferent cheese on them. The coffee is mediocre. My assessment is that you can get the same set in Føtex, but at half the price. Price and quality do not go together. Pleasant baker otherwise, hope the quality comes into focus again.

10/07/2024: Out of 5 treats we got to share, we liked two, two were stale and one was ok. It would be great if old pastries were removed promptly so customers don't run the risk of purchasing one and being disappointed. On the bright side, the barista spoke good English and the cappuccino was pleasant.

03/11/2024: So this is one of the more mature places to go clubbing in Aarhus. The crowd is actual adults which is great, since you don't get covered in other people's drinks or get grinded by strangers. They have a great selection of gin, but mix it with a really bad, cheap tonic, so what's the point? The DJ was not great at all, and I'm pretty sure he was the one controlling the lights as well, since someone hit the black out toggle way too often and too long. The bar staff worked fast and the dancefloor was alright, but it was really cold in this area due to the aircondition.

11/09/2024: Waited to order a beer for 30 minutes. Gave up the second time. Incredibly bad service and rude staff.

07/10/2024: Only spoke English, the fine but cold food and an even colder room. We froze and our fritters were ice cold 👎 We complained about the coldest ones and got new hot ones, but that's okay when there's nothing more to do than serve cold food.

09/11/2024: The ramen tasted like old horse smells, chicken dry and greasy, actually thought it was pork..super sticky. went up and complained, was told the waiter had eaten it yesterday so it's good enough and what was he supposed to do with it?? Really lousy service, expected money back! Stay away!!!

18/10/2024: Waiting 45 minutes for a bowl is outrageous, especially when you are told it will take a maximum of 25 minutes. Other guests who ordered later received their food sooner, and the staff is anything but friendly

24/09/2024: On September 24, around 16.30, I went to pick up the cakes (1 jordbærkage, 1 chokoladekage) that I had previously ordered, with queue number 19. The clerk at the cash register noticed that the strawberry cake was placed incorrectly and corrected it. Then, thinking that the chocolate cake might have been placed incorrectly, I asked for it to be checked. The clerk at the cash register checked it very rudely and threw the cake box onto the counter without closing it. He was probably tired because it was the end of the day. But this is still no excuse to be rude to the customer.

05/08/2024: Ordered chocolate cake wife for my daughter's 11-year-old birthday over DKK 300 and it was so dry that no one else took a bite of it and left it alone. So would not recommend that cake from there. Unfortunately.

05/11/2024: Wasn't busy, but very few staff present, resulting in long waiting times. The staff there worked very hard trying to keep up with everything.

03/11/2024: Not often there is a review at a fast food place, but right here in Burger King Galten the ordering machines were down, the employees were inattentive, their till only accepted cash and Mobilepay. Their Mobilepay number was not close to the till. The pace was slow, inefficient workflows, and rude service. If you need to speed up, it is probably faster to drive to the nearest one. Another family on here got their ENTIRE order wrong and were up several flights of stairs to complain. At least it took 20 minutes before they got their first batch of food, so their dissatisfaction was understandable. The second time they got their food it was crazy again but no inquiry from it. The machines were down, creating queues at the register as the young people wanted to use coupons. In the drive-in, a car stopped there when we arrived, and the same car stopped there when we were leaving again. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. Some people got the excuse that one of their fryers was out of order. This is absolutely not aimed at individual employees, but the management as a whole that has not introduced a system, and lean as a work process.

07/11/2024: Worst shawarma roll I've bought. The meat was crunchy (burnt), the salad consisted of 80% iceberg lettuce, and the paper wrapper was rolled into the food, so I had to separate the roll and remove it. Avoid ruining your evening and go somewhere else.

01/11/2024: I recently had their steamed momo dumplings and I was quite satisfied. They tasted fine on their own, but they also came with some kind of curry on the side that I chose to dip them in. I would describe it as spicy rather than strong, but it made me want to come back to give their curries a chance. In addition, the lady who worked there was also nice and nice, so all in all a good experience.
