21/10/2024: Without comparison the worst pizza I've had and then they were soft like I don't know what and yes I know they can get a little soft when you get delivered with this, I've never tried it I could give 0 stars they got really disappointing food and will never get from there again

31/08/2024: According to the website, their kebab is always fresh and never Frost.. This is a straight lie because the kebab is from Frost and it tastes very bad. Hadn't eaten anything all day and was very hungry.. but couldn't finish the first piece of pizza, it tasted so bad!!

08/05/2024: The pizza was pathetic, the kebab was rubbery, not the same quality as Kebab Corner, in Aabenraa shot out! Also, thousand island dressing is simply used instead of garlic dressing/creme fraiche, which is a semi-psychopathic trait!

06/09/2024: Terribly ate waited 3 hours for my food calls so budget thinks he's been here can't avoid hearing it if there's been someone and now refuses to deliver my food or refund the money don't deal with them you're cheating and sounds like hell until you're lucky if you get your food

02/11/2024: I wish I had opened the google reviews before I sat down. Their food is heated, nothing made from scratch. Even once nachos can be ruined, be half burnt at the edges and all the accessories are taken out of a can. The salad was a boring salad with 2 slices of tomato on it. The price for 4 people DKK 645 including drinks. We only ate the food because we were hungry and had paid for it. A rye bread with liver pâté is a better experience than this.

31/07/2024: Best pizza I've ever had, asked for dressing and garlic on it. I don't know what happened but it looks like the top smoked from the dressing and half a liter of smoke spread over the pizza. Had a hard time getting through just half the pizza as it was so sick.

07/07/2024: Really bad burger. And even though the description of the burger said there was bacon and cheese in it, it came without it. When I called, I was told that it was without cheese and bacon, and that it cost an extra DKK 30 to get it in. So their menu obviously does not match their menu description!

21/10/2024: I honestly don't understand the extremely harsh and almost nitpicky reviews of the food, place and service. Are the hamburgers good? Yes, and very much so. Is the environment in which you eat pleasant? Yes, extremely and you even have the pleasure of eating a hamburger in a very unique environment. Was the staff friendly? Was the service suitable? Absolutely yes, and this is where the reviews I believe become quite irrational. The guy served me in a befitting manner, but he didn't just prepare food for me in a really short time (five minutes), he also offered me chips saying it was on the house, along with the sauce as well. I call this a five-star service. I would like to precise again that the food was really good, the double cheeseburger was delicious and it was confirmed by the fact that I am still licking my fingers after I finished eating.

17/08/2024: Prices are will look on the sign it says 2 pcs and the price but Inge's place says you have to buy a minimum of 6 pcs and it says Inge's place and then chose to go again with a son who was sad about it we won't come again

07/10/2024: 7 Oct 2024. 4 cold and boring burgers. Even our Fries with cheeses were cold. Had fries swapped for hot with cold cheese cream on top. Now instruct your staff correctly so that they can prepare the food properly and provide a qualified service behind the counter. If you end up with squ you have to close the box.

02/10/2024: Great burger for the price. Quick and easy operation via the screen. Reasonable prices. Can be highly recommended.

30/09/2024: It's not a place I recommend. It was a disappointing experience. There was a long wait to be allowed to order food, despite the fact that there were 4 people talking to each other And there was a long wait for us to get the food The food was not good at all Dry and no taste Or dressing in a burger and then order with cheese in it, I didn't get it at all. The burger bread was a little burnt, it was very brown. Fries are ok but lacked salt I think that the employee's atmosphere doesn't work until they want customers to be welcome, I got the feeling that I wasn't welcome. It was cheap but a waste of money So here I come again

04/11/2024: Never had such a bad meal in Denmark. The menu is already very thin, so you can at least expect that the dishes on offer will be prepared sensibly. Unfortunately, that is absolutely not the case.

04/11/2024: It is a very child-friendly restaurant, The waiters are nice and very helpful, and they make some good children's "drinks" that the kids love! The food is ok but not an experience.

03/11/2024: I really recommend Rigtig Kaffe and I can’t recognise the experiences from some of the 1 star reviews. I have done my share of shopping in their physical store and always received great service. Recently I went in to buy some more V60 filters where I also brought my milk jug because the black outside “plastic” coating had started to peel off. They knew about this flaw, and even though I admitted that I had put it in the dishwasher and apparently it was not dishwasher safe (reason why the coating was peeling off), I got a new fully stainless steel jug and was allowed to keep the old one - that is great service!

15/10/2024: Disappointing customer service for complaints I bought a House of Barista coffee grinder from Rigtig Kaffe, which stopped working after a year. I contacted them to find a solution as the product was still under warranty. RK will not exchange and unfortunately they refuse to refund the full amount and only offer half, even though the problem is due to a defect, not improper use / wear. I even suggested a discount on a new coffee grinder as an alternative, but it was rejected. Disappointing service and unwillingness to comply with the right of complaint.

04/11/2024: There is nothing good to say or experience here in what they call eateries, i.e. a very, very bad experience, now they have to get their act together soon and get into the fight, Think about us customers paying dearly for it, together with a bad experience and service
