29/10/2024: The security personnel exhibited extreme and excessive force, resulting in serious injuries. One individual was forcibly ejected, hitting his head so severely that he experienced a seizure. Another individual sustained a broken finger, bruised ribs, and multiple contusions on the head. The two men trying to help the seizing man, were restrained with disproportionate force, including knees pressed on their necks, obstructing their ability to breathe. Notably, neither of the individuals resisted or fought back, yet they were not released until law enforcement arrived. This situation was further compounded by racially biased actions from the security team, which escalated the severity and injustice of the incident.

10/09/2024: Bad service. Order via Just Eat at 6.30pm, get a confirmation that it will arrive around 7.30pm - this is to be expected during Rush Hour. It's 8.15pm and I call and call the pizzeria, but they've been closed since 8pm. Now I've waited 2 hours for some food that never came, luckily Just Eat could then cancel the order, but if you can't make the order, then please accept it. I definitely recommend NOT ordering from here, as the experience here has only been completely unfair. At the very least, they could have contacted me. Edit: the bid came at 20:32. 1 hour after it was last supposed to be here and 1 HALF HOUR AFTER THE PIZZARIA CLOSED!

05/09/2024: Worst experience I've ever had, ordered food with no dressing on it, it was over poured, went in, worst service I've ever had, flabby response, never shop again. Now I can drive home and throw DKK 80 in the bin.

04/09/2024: Horror...very dirty the fork and knife the tables was very sticky ,pizza serve on a wood plates that smell and change the pizza taste, after all this pizza not god at all i threw up after this experience !!! :(

03/11/2024: It was the worst experience in my entire life because Reservation spoke really badly and in the end hung up and sends our order far far too late

13/09/2024: The order was confirmed and I was given a time it would arrive but after fifteen minutes my order was cancelled. If the distance was too long or the time too late, then you should not confirm the order, and not at all before it has been looked through. Unfortunately I didn't get any food so I don't know how their food tastes but the service I experienced was disappointing and unprofessional.

09/08/2024: Ordered the food online at 16.45 for collection at 17.00 Dankort goes through and the money is reserved! then you will receive an email that the food will not be ready until 17.40 Great!! Then drive down to pick up at 5.40pm, but now the food is only ready at 18.00 they hadn't started with the food at all, had to drive back without food, lousy service!!! Last time we order there, what flabbiness!! You can also bother yourself with having the card reservation canceled through their booking system, which of course was blamed for their incompetence. Similar to ineptitude, and ruined a nice family evening...

19/08/2023: I usually like the soft ice cream with chocolate coating here. Today I was disappointed because the ice started running before I left the store. I couldn't keep up with the food, it dripped so quickly onto my hands, things and the street. I know Danish soft ice cream differently. In any case, don't come back here so quickly.

21/09/2024: Our pizza was 25 minutes late. The place looks scary. Smashed windows. Service does not exist. Very miserable experience

03/08/2024: Bad place to buy food, the place looks scary and unsanitary. Customer service doesn't seem to exist in this biks. The food isn't anything to shout about either. If you order a French fries pizza, you get 10 French fries if you're lucky. At the same time they are burnt. The pizza is swimming in oil, and just generally tastes burnt. Remember to have a pizza knife in your pocket, they are probably still wrapped.

03/11/2024: Their piazzers are ok but service was really disrespectful to me and my family. We ordered from them 2 hours before they were supposed to close and they were supposed to deliver it to us. The employee said it would take 45 minutes, but instead it took over 2 hours. We called them and they said they didn't get an order from us, even though we gave them all our information.

25/05/2024: Probably the most boring pizza I've ever tried. If nothing could taste like anything, it would be Trane Pizza.

21/09/2024: My friend and I were thrown out of Heidi's because we were wearing a "jacket", but in reality it was just a cardigan. We had nothing inside but were not allowed in and the guards threw us out.
