23/10/2024: Small sweet bakery. Price-wise it was ok. We bought some great pieces. They were honestly delicious. We also bought some pumpkin bread. You can park easily opposite! Staff was very friendly. Communication worked quite well with English.

30/10/2024: This place is seriously one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants I’ve ever been to! They have an incredible selection of 15 different types of meat, all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend it! It’s also a chain, but I can’t speak for all the other restaurants. The one I went to, in Horsens was absolutely fantastic. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Also loads of different salads and sides to go along with the meat selection and also ice cream bar

29/10/2024: Terrible place, stay away, the people who have given more than one star must lack taste buds, and or are used to very low standards🤣... the fact that I even bother to review says a lot in itself, this is a definite warning! The seating conditions (inside) take place in a side building to the grill bar, where you have to go outside and back in again, lousy rooms. It would have helped a little if they had bothered to clear the tables after the last customers, but no, even though I twice asked the staff to clear the tables, nothing happened... (so yes, you sat and ate on top of other people's leftovers) and them after us did the same, now only with even less space at the tables!… silly. And the food😕 We got twice a bacon/cheeseburger with home-made steak (DKK 20) A sloppy salad, a dry bun, and a completely dry and disheveled steak. (No food was eaten) Boys got (three boys) 2 x fish fillets with fries. The fish was OK, but overloaded with French fries that had had too little time in the wishing well😕... (too many French fries, probably to hide the two small fish) 1x grilled chicken again with loads of inedible fries. Chicken here, unlike French fries, had been fried for too long!... Ah, how difficult can it be? The whole thing, of course, we take the ass of the tourists prices!... expensive would have been fine, if quality and price were connected!, but it didn't... Stay away, and don't let me be fooled by the people sitting there, the ones he probably didn't deliver 😉

18/05/2024: I ate a Captain Duck that was actually exactly as pictured. BUT there was disappointingly little duck in the dish. It felt like two small teaspoons that had just been squeezed into the roast potatoes. Good and tasty coarse fries, and ditto Rösti. But I could hardly taste anything else, unfortunately...

20/09/2024: A sweet little bakery with a special flair. With one step into the store you are already in front of the freshly baked display. With so much to choose from, we couldn't make up our minds so we bought some Danish pastries and some very tasty looking bread. The chocolate bun was really fluffy and had the right number of chocolate chips. The cookies with chocolate chips and nuts and a pinch of sea salt on top were amazing. The Danish pastries seasoned with cardamom and cinnamon are also highly recommended. We looked forward to cutting the crusty bread all day. The bread was delicious, filling and the next day it tasted like it had just come out of the oven. The loving, friendly owner (speaks German) even gave us a few apples from her own harvest for free. Unfortunately we only discovered the bakery on the day of our departure, otherwise we would have come here more often.

09/11/2024: In addition to the fact that the food is always good at Mefisto, it is simply a pleasure to support a restaurant where the owner simply treats the guests with great class. Mistakes happen everywhere, and therefore it is (in my view) about how these situations are handled - and here there is only huge respect for Lars, who owns Mefisto. He is serious, energetic and trustworthy. Warmest recommendations from here to support his business👍

03/11/2024: Everything is almost perfect, however minus 1 star as we simply missing one bowl for the clam shells for each person. Otherwise a really good place and we will come again.
