04/01/2025: I've tried similar places in other cities, but I have to say it felt more calm and relaxing here. The staff were very patient and friendly. They explained the painting process and various techniques. They often came to check if you needed assistance or something. You can also order something to drink while you paint. Overall it's a fun thing to do with your partner or your friends. Absolutely recommend ❤️

14/10/2024: We had a lovely time as a family at Art by me in Horsens. It was so nice: cozy, hospitable and we were helped with any questions we had. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time on our vacation to take the finished ceramic pieces with us. The super friendly employee offered to send the plates and cups to Germany. GLS wasn't that great - it took three weeks, the package was totally crumpled - but the dishes were packed very well. 4 out of 5 survived the trip unscathed. The service was really great and we were so happy when we held the finished pieces in our hands. Thank you again for the chocolate and candies in the package :-) Thank you very much for the super committed employee (unfortunately I forgot her name). You really gave it your all.

03/04/2025: Very cute little cafe. The menu is manageable and the food is an absolute recommendation! Really, very, very tasty. The café is in the back yard, so simple but absolutely cozy. It invites you to linger. Under the blossoming cherry tree, with cat and chickens. I think it's worth a visit if you're in this beautiful city. We would love to come back!

23/03/2025: Jeg holdt min fødselsdag på ANX, da vi tidligere havde været der, og været fuldt tilfredse. Denne gang var vi 10 personer i selskabet, og vi blev ikke skuffede. Jeg havde bestilt frokostmenuen med tilhørende vinmenu. Retterne blev præsenteret efterhånden som de blev serveret. Det samme med vinene. Maden var veltillavet og smagte dejligt, og vinene passede til godt til maden. Jeg havde bestilt kaffe med hjemmelavede chokolader til, og der blev vi heller ikke skuffede. Personlig var jeg så mæt at jeg ikke kunne spise chokoladen, men det var der heldigvis en anden i selskabet der kunne. Både gæsterne og jeg var tilfredse med arrangementet. Meget venligt og opmærksomt personale fuldendte oplevelsen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

The smørrebrød are beautifully presented, featuring classic Danish recipes elevated to a Michelin standard, along with some unique creations that you won’t find anywhere else. The service is impeccable—quick, attentive, and non-intrusive. The ambiance is both relaxed and refined, with enough space between tables to feel comfortable. I can’t recommend Anx highly enough!

12/03/2025: Sometimes it's the simple things in life that give life meaning. It's the feeling you're left with after taking the first bite of a meat city burger. Never have the classic ingredients in a burger played so well together - it's almost magic. I have been visiting the meat town regularly since sometime in 2018, when the loop smiled at me and I "stumbled" upon the meat town by chance. Before that I thought McDonald's and burger shack made good burgers but now I know what is possible and I will never go back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

29/03/2025: In the company of 14 other lunch guests, 2 of whom had ordered fried eel (DKK 385 per nose). The dish turned out to be small eels (usually called pipe cleaners) that were overcooked and very dry, so that the meat was difficult to separate from the bones. In the stewed potatoes, there were factory-sliced ​​potatoes in a sauce that was almost milky, sprinkled with a little parsley. All in all, a huge disappointment compared to previous eel visits. A jug of water for the "disappointment" cost DKK. 15, -. If this is the level of fried eel I will label the inn's name as false advertising.
