25/08/2025: We went to a wine bar this weekend as part of a stag party. The concept is super nice with really nice prizes and a nice atmosphere, but it was a bit of a strange start, as the stag party that had booked the same concept had not finished their bar when we were about to start ours. We had very different energy and noise levels, so it would have been more ideal if the bar had adhered to the times that had been set. Another slightly unfortunate thing was that there were almost as many of us on non-alcoholic as on regular wine, but only the wine with alcohol was presented. So it became a bit of a "second-class feeling" to be the half without alcohol. The guys who acted as ushers, however, should otherwise be highly praised for their energy and good mood.

04/10/2025: We had burgers, and they were suuuuuper tasty and plentiful! All the young people on duty were very friendly and accommodating. We'd go back anytime 😋

30/09/2025: I often buy their poke bowl and they are always wonderfully fresh and freshly prepared. Try the one with plant-based "chicken" it is wonderfully easy to digest if you have a sensitive stomach.

29/10/2025: Not sure if “corn pancake” should be the description of this dish, as it resembled more a corn omelette than anything else. But linguistics aside, this majspandekage filled with chicken was superb, so savoury, and also fulfilling. The smoothie full of green “goodies” was a nice pair to the already healthy meal. An honourable mention to the friendly waitress, she was super super friendly 😊

02/12/2025: Cozy surroundings and friendly and welcoming staff. Large, affordable menu with a wide selection for every taste. I can only recommend the place.

25/11/2025: Our lovely card club had ordered a Christmas buffet for 12 people. Really nice service, but absolutely poor food!!! We will not book there again. There was only us in the restaurant besides 1 couple sitting up front. I think. It was “leftovers” we got 🫣salmon was half frozen and the egg tart that was there was so dry with dry edges. Roast duck with red cabbage, absolutely heated and so dry it was not worth eating, ham without any accessories, neither kale nor white cabbage was there when we asked for it, we were told it was an extra!!! They could not afford to call the Christmas buffet risalamande it tasted lovely but they had forgotten the cherry sauce, they were supposed to heat it, but it was cold when it came in. They had also forgotten to put butter on it. No, how disappointed we were🫣

18/11/2025: Very noisy, service ok, however there were problems finding our room key at check-in, but we managed after some time.

31/08/2025: Cozy place to get a cup of coffee, cocoa, juice, etc. Centrally located in Aarhus, and with reasonable prices😊

07/11/2025: Really delicious pizza. I was in Skanderborg and had an errand. I stopped by Daynys and they were really friendly and service minded. I was also served their homemade dressings. All in all a lovely experience.

20/10/2025: Really good pizza. Crispy crust. Tasty. You pick up your food at the counter so there is no table service. The tables are wiped down, - sometimes 😄

28/08/2025: A super nice place with excellent food and service. Rustic and very tasty. Honest food where thought was put into the food and wine. Some of the best we've had in a long time. A place that's a little hard to find (in a backyard) but definitely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back?

23/10/2025: We ordered something last week and had dinner there at the end of our holiday and the food is excellent. Highly recommended if you want good food. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Really nice place. 250kr for 3 unspecified sandwiches. However, we were not given any presentation of which ones when they were served. It was a bit strange not knowing what we were getting. Beautiful surroundings and clean toilets. The food was good.

02/11/2025: On our Sunday afternoon stroll, we sought to escape the noise of the city center, but unfortunately ended up on Aarhus Ø, where everything is even noisier. We sought shelter from concrete, construction and bourgeois election posters. Luckily, we came across the Generations House, where a well-meaning young person immediately saw us and our needs. Before we could even lower our shoulders, we were offered coffee. Wonderful. Monica (the waiter) created a relaxed atmosphere and a safe space in which we could enjoy the coffee and each other's company. Øens madhus (and Monica) only wish you the best
