19/01/2025: Have been past B&B Gødstrup, 20 handball fools, before the national team ball in the box As I have various allergies, it was dealt with quickly. I got special treatment and nice tasty really really good salad with chicken and bacon gluten-free bread. Served at the same time as the others' burger menus. Fantastic nice cozy place. Quite nicely. Owner friendly profit-like with a high level of service. The most beautiful smiling and friendly staff. First time in the old barn. But not last.

04/04/2025: WE have ordered 3 x Early Bird. It was a mistake, the salad in the starter was more than tired, you could only choose a lager beer (preferably nothing else for extra payment), the main courses were boring and almost inedibly salty. Very understandable that the place was empty on a Thursday evening.

13/04/2025: Was unfortunately disappointed by our visit to Lakaj. The quality/taste of 11 dishes was a level below most other social dining restaurants in the city. The flow itself was off - We had chosen the menu in advance, but still 1 hour and 10 minutes had passed before we got our starter served. The visit ended up lasting 3 hours, but should have been more like 2 hours if unnecessary waiting time had been avoided.

18/03/2025: Have been to Lakaj in connection with Oyster Thursdays. The first time, the experience was wonderful and we came home full and happy. It was not crowded and the waiters had time for all the guests. Last Easter Thursday was different, however. There were more people and just as many waiters as last time. We have been missing something several times and it was difficult to get a hold of the waiters as they were very busy. The food we had was delicious, however, we were a little disappointed by the fried chicken which was far too salty. It was difficult to make anyone aware of it - the waiters were busy. My biggest problem with the whole experience was actually that I got very sick when we got home. I threw up all night - I don't know if it was one of the oysters we got, or something else. But yes - a bit of an unfortunate experience to have. Overall experience was good, but the previous one was much better and more pleasant. However, I think it will be some time before I and my stomach dare to come back again

21/11/2024: Fantastisk aften !!! Vi fik Oplevelsesmenu med tilhørende vinmenu. Simpelthen så lækkert mad, flot anrettet, vine der passede perfekt . Alt går i en højere enhed , på dette dejlige sted : stille fransk musik i baggrunden , ja selv udsmykningen på væggene, får en til at føle at man befinder sig på en lille fransk bistro.

20/10/2024: Very disappointing experience... The food in no way lived up to the price of 1200 for the signature menu. Several of the dishes had major shortcomings or were downright tasteless. We were also served tail pieces from zander. The turbot was very overcooked, dry and rubbery. The pork jowls were completely tasteless, as if they had just been boiled in hot water. And the guinea fowl was also completely fried, a very dry experience and we had to leave the guinea fowl on the plate as it was almost inedible! In addition, the waiter also forgot to serve the wine with one of the dishes, and we were not asked if the food tasted good, although it was clear that a lot of our food went back to the kitchen. For DKK 2400. per man it was a very disappointing and almost amateurish experience. Definitely not recommended and we won't be back!

22/01/2025: Virkelig dårlig service. Tjenerne var slet ikke til stede. Vi blev nødt til selv at bede om menukort efter at have fået vores bord. Borderne står alt for tæt. Man kunne ikke rykke ud fra bordet uden at sidde i nakken på dem bagved. Maden var kold, og da vi klagede forsøgte kokken at bilde os ind af det var meningen at kødet skulle være koldt.

19/01/2025: Virkelig ærgerlig oplevelse. Et langt hår i forretten og hovedretten var råt kød, som mindede om noget de havde forsøgt at tø op… Servicen var desværre også ærgerlig, vi blev på intet tidspunkt spurgt om alt var som det skulle være eller om vi manglede vand, sodavand eller lignende…
