13/05/2025: Probably the most disappointing ice cream I've tried so far in Aarhus.
Asked for a scoop in a cup, which turned out to be the size of a cream puff (for 30 kr).
The taste is very superficial and blah!

You think a small "restaurant" attached to a campsite can't be that great... well, let us prove you wrong!
The dining room is small but cozy, not too loud, and you can have a good conversation.
The service was super friendly and even spoke a little German! 🥰👍🏻
The food (we ordered takeout) was a dream 👍🏻! Very, very tasty and really plentiful!!!
Note: You should make a reservation if you want to eat there!

Have you been forced to go with the family to some party? Uncle's pizza, going down there just for a nice chat
probably the best pizza place I've been to.
21/03/2025: Having a bad day? Onkels Pizza. Don't have any friends? Onkels Pizza. Are you Kurdish? Onkels Pizza. But honestly it's one of the best restaurants I've been to, they're relaxed, treat you with respect and even gave us 2 free drinks 😁

05/06/2025: Small cozy pita hut.
There is dining space both outside and inside.
Small salad bar.
We ordered a large steak salad and a chicken pita.
It was a very small portion for the price.
Chicken pita tasted as it should.
Nothing special.

22/04/2025: I was at the so-called AArhus kebab house, and it was some of the cheesiest food I've had in a long time! I found a rat's tail in my durum, and a little while later I found a rat's head with half its face missing. The atmosphere was boring, and the service downright, they were 2x worse, when I asked if they had a toilet, the man behind the cashier cursed at me, in another language, and that's insanely bad service!
07/04/2025: One of the best Kebabs I have ever seen, the fries were crispy and Not too oily.. the meat was juicy and super yummy and the man who Made our food was one of the nicest persons I have ever met… just Perfect.

28/07/2025: Huge difference in portions. Waited 25 minutes for food and was wrong when it came to the table, so one of us ate alone to avoid it getting cold before I finally got my portion.
20/07/2025: It's simply the biggest sausage mix I've ever been served, and it was good, but I couldn't finish it.

30/05/2025: When the name is HumleChok, I expect a pretty good selection of beers. There is no knowledge about beer, but also a shockingly poor selection. 8-10 taps with regular beer. If you are looking for something other than the hop shock, you probably won't be too disappointed.

15/07/2025: The food is delicious and there is 'honor in the profession', which can be felt: fresh salad (as if it was cut just before being put in the burger/pita). Could other places learn something from it.
And I don't know what it is that does it, but I never feel overeaten or 'fat' after the food, like you can in other places. Maybe it's because of the fresh ingredients. I don't know, but it's delicious.
Their toast is also fantastic!
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience down there.
The only downside is that the place needs a little loving care - it's not super fun to eat down there.

16/07/2025: My husband ordered pizza delivered at 5:40 PM. It's now 6:00 PM and we're still waiting, we paid 40 DKK for delivery and ordered in good time. We've even called them twice. Incredibly bad service and we'll find another pizza place in the future.
06/07/2025: Friendly service – kids loved the food and the plentiful food. We'd be happy to go again.

13/05/2025: We held our son's non-confirmation at restaurant Venge Kloster and it was just a really good experience. Really good staff, good food and everything just worked out 😃🇩🇰👍 Our children have autism and we therefore needed some special arrangements and understanding - and both the place and the staff were completely accommodating - so it was simply a pleasure - thank you!🙏🏼😃

04/06/2025: There was way too much fat on the meat, which you couldn't chew. My girlfriend seriously got a mouthful of what she thought was meat, but which turned out to be a big lump of fat... There was no lard on the menu.
