20/05/2025: The place does not live up to the expectation that customer service is okay. They can do better by ensuring that the employees can act professionally and: - Smile at all customers, and especially if the customer smiles at them. - Accept both criticism and praise that is given in a proper way. - Enter into a dialogue with the customers and be able to de-escalate a possible conflict, and not escalate it. - Have a sober and legitimate reason to ask a customer to leave the place. (which "I don't want to stare at your face" is definitely not.) - Intervene when a drunk colleague, as a customer at the place, gets involved in a conflict between the place and another customer, which the latter has not been a part of. Unfortunately, the owners/management do not provide for the above, and are 100% sure that these are not skills that their employees should possess.

12/03/2025: It's always a good place for a night out. Happy people of all ages, gender, and classes.

30/05/2025: Went out to eat with a couple of friends. The couple ordered pizzas. When my boyfriend and I got our food, the couple was told theirs would be here in a little while. It was in the oven. However, this did not work. After repeated inquiries, we were told that their food was delayed due to a large takeaway order. This is completely unacceptable. It took at least 20 minutes from when we got our food until our friends got theirs. However, they got their pizzas for free. To put it in the best of Jutlands, it was a miserable experience.

26/05/2025: Really nice restaurant. We got two starters and two main courses. The food lacked seasoning and their carbonara was a milky mess. Oops! On the other hand, the bolognese was delicious. Really nice waitress who contributed to the good atmosphere. Delicious wines. All in all, a bit of a mixed experience.

25/05/2025: The pizza was okay, fairly lightly baked. The toppings were okay, but there was a lot of tomato sauce. The drink was room temperature, but I would have preferred it to be colder. Service was okay. Unfortunately, the dining room lacks cleanliness. Dirt on the floor and tables. Curtains are broken. Windows are dirty. The adjoining room (where the waitress sits and waits) is a junk room. Next to the entrance inside is a square "flowerpot" (or something like that) full of trash (crumpled paper). It's a shame, really.

08/12/2024: It's a pub, in short. It used to be a butcher, which you can see from the decoration. It is far too small, and quickly filled up with people who make you feel cramped. If you want to visit the place, it must be done very soon after it opens, especially if you want a seat.

17/05/2025: **Review of McDonald’s – 5 stars (maybe)** So I walked in, and then there was a door. It opened like doors do. I stepped in with my shoes on, because that’s what you usually do. There were lights that weren’t turned off, and the walls were… wall-like. People were standing, like people do now. There was a counter, and someone was standing behind it, looking. Not much, but enough. I pointed, I think. There was something on a screen. I pressed, or maybe I didn’t. It all flowed together a bit with time. A sound came from somewhere. It sounded like something. Nothing specific, just something. There was a smell of air. Not necessarily good or bad air – just air with a smell. Someone walked by with a tray. It had things on it. Colorful things. I sat down. Or stood. Or both, a bit alternately. There was a table. Or something that could be a table. I looked at it. It didn’t look back. It seemed reasonable. I might have eaten. Or watched someone do it. The taste was there. A kind of taste. Not sour. Not sweet. Just... an experience that happened inside the mouth. All in all: McDonald’s. It was there. I was there. It wasn’t nothing. 5 stars because a number had to be chosen.

03/05/2025: Had booked a table in advance, but the personnel wanted to close the kitchen when we arrived and seemed displeased to have to serve us. We were asked to order just from their taco selection so went for this and were served tacos that were lukewarm at best. Ordered a margarita which was sour to the point of being undrinkable. Cannot recommend.

11/04/2025: Choose another place😳 got nachos, the cheese was not even close to being warm. Otherwise, connect the nachos with melted cheese, and not cold cheese shreds. But try the place if you want to be disappointed 😂

21/04/2025: The sweetest welcoming owner, who had cleverly chosen to be open during the Easter holidays. Beautiful shop, definitely worth a visit!
