10/01/2026: Bad experience Wet kebab pizza Would like to see a family of 4 get full from their pizza. It's not even the same as a normal pizza… 1 hour delivery…

31/12/2025: Really bad experience, the building was dirty and it smelled really bad, like mold and fungus, the whole place seemed unhygienic to be honest. The service was not good either, the staff was surly and seemed uninterested. The pizzas were a big disappointment, they tasted like half-baked dough and bad ingredients, only one of them was okay and it felt more like luck than quality. I actually experienced something similar last time too. Haven't eaten there since and won't be back.

29/05/2025: We had ordered from a previous menu, so we got three completely random pizzas. Fortunately, the three matched our tastes almost perfectly! The pizzas were really good! Can't wait to try "my real pizza" from them! Nice place - rarely have I met such good pizza bakers. They also have stamp cards in their menu cards 👏🏻 Already visited again - and it was definitely good the second time too :) only minus is their chili, which is dry flakes. I think that's a shame.

03/04/2026: The new favorite place. Delicious food, good filling, does not compromise on quality. yes, nothing is missing here. Staff are always nice, always say hello and want to chat when they have time. Nova is definitely recommended Update August 2025. Still maintains the same delicious good standard.

25/03/2026: We visited the restaurant with the family, and it was a really good experience. The food was super delicious, and the service was both friendly and attentive. In addition, there was a really cozy atmosphere, and the place appeared very clean and inviting. Can definitely be recommended!

28/07/2025: Huge difference in portions. Waited 25 minutes for food and was wrong when it came to the table, so one of us ate alone to avoid it getting cold before I finally got my portion.

22/11/2025: Really good sushi. The selection wasn't the biggest I've ever had, but I didn't miss anything, and it tasted so good. What was supposed to be hot was hot, which was delicious, and it all seemed freshly made. They had Melona popsicles for dessert, which was super delicious and different from other Asian restaurants' desserts. The staff spoke English, but that wasn't a problem, and they were nice and smiling. I can only recommend the place, and will definitely eat here when I have to eat sushi in Herning. I'm already really looking forward to my next visit 😊

18/11/2025: Fantastic restaurant experience in Herning!!!! The food is really delicious and very Instagram-friendly 😉. The dishes are arranged in a way that makes it easy and inviting to eat sushi. When you are seated, the staff asks if you have been there before, and if not, you get a nice introduction to the concept. The staff is international, many of them students, but two of the female waiters speak Danish. It is not quite perfect yet, but they make a great effort, and it was nice to be able to speak Danish with them. Both were very welcoming, fast and generally super nice. They also ask about allergies and know the menu by heart, which gives the impression that they take the guests' needs very seriously. The restaurant is cozy and relatively small. It can get a little noisy when it is full, but you can always request a specific table when making a reservation, and they really try to accommodate that. The order is made via tablets, where you can tap on the pictures to see ingredients and allergens, really user-friendly. The food also came quickly. We ordered wine, which was served with free water that you can refill yourself, and we also tried a Japanese soda. We ate everything we could, and almost no leftovers, because everything tasted amazing. The fish was very fresh, the waiter mentioned that the chefs cut fish every day, and you can taste it. After the meal there was coffee, cake and ice cream. The restaurant is very clean, and the same goes for the toilets. They can be a bit cold in winter, but that is quickly over, and the restaurant itself is pleasantly warm. A little extra detail made the experience even better: the waiter told us that the wine bottle she was serving from was almost empty, and instead of throwing the leftovers out, she gave us an extra top-up in the glasses. A small gesture, but really appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience, both the food and the service were top notch. I doubt that any other ad libitum restaurant in Herning can match them. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: The driest burgers I've ever had. I even pointed out to him that they would be dry if he didn't compensate with dressing. It's not rocket science. If you remove the relish and burger dressing, you'll need to use more of it after asking.

07/12/2025: The food was delicious, however the Bearnaise sauce was not optimal, it looked more like egg white with flavor.

03/03/2026: Ordered a 2 person pizza for 165 kr and got a pizza of 32 x 31 cm delivered. I have previously ordered where the pizza has been quite large.

30/09/2025: The food is incredibly delicious and highly recommended! The order was placed on the spot (the numbers were typed into a phone and shown), but unfortunately, the pizza was forgotten for three of the dishes. It was then quickly prepared afterward. In general, the service didn't seem particularly friendly.

17/11/2025: It hurts to have to do this review, as Monk probably has the best BMO in Aarhus, but after coming many times before noon and finding that they have sold out of BMOs more than half the time, I have to give them 3 stars. I have stopped wanting to go there, as they are probably sold out anyway. It has happened as early as 10am. It is disappointing. Unfortunately.

16/09/2025: Small shop, inside not so many tables, industrial chic. Very nice tables outside to enjoy the sunshine on good days. Service is friendly, sometimes a bit slow. Excellent coffee though and great pastries.

12/03/2026: Monday 9 March 2026 I often come to the House of Commons and have had many good steaks. This time I chose turbot, It was full of bones and roe, almost inedible, I left hungry, with the waiter saying that there are bones in fish? I knew that, I have never had such a bad fish dish.
