17/05/2026: I tried the Nova mix plate and it was very delicious. Most importantly, the meat was cooked perfectly — juicy and well grilled. The starters served before the meal were also very tasty and enough for the table. Even though the menu was for one person, two of us shared it and we were both full. The presentation was beautiful, and the grilled peppers and tomatoes added a really nice touch. I guess I was too hungry because I forgot to take a photo of the plate :)) Maybe next time 😁

16/05/2026: In this restaurant you are treated differently depending on how much you buy. If you order food for around 50 kr., you feel poorly treated, while customers who order more expensive dishes generally get better service. Unfortunately, the staff seems unprofessional and has behaved rudely several times. There is also a sense of low self-esteem and lack of social intelligence among the staff, which makes the experience unpleasant. For example, they offer free tea as self-service to lure customers in, but if you take two cups of tea, they make rude comments directly to your face. For me, this is the last time I visit this place.

05/06/2026: Toilet that won't stop flushing, no working TV. Was promised another room but didn't get it. Here they sell something they don't deliver! 😖 Clean room on the + side. It turned out that no room had a working TV..

03/06/2026: So we used the hotel as a commuter hotel on our return trip from Europe. The hotel has the feel of a mix of old and new. Close to the highway. Got a Scandinavian feeling. Satisfied

25/04/2026: Really disappointing pizzas. The dough was not risen at all and all three pizzas were swimming in oil so we left most of it. Spaghetti carbonara made with cream has nothing to do with Italian although the kids ate it up. What a shame as a local eatery in Åbyhøj would be perfect and sought after.

25/04/2026: I have NEVER EVER tasted such bad Pizza. Long queue, to order from a very unkempt, angry "Italian" speaking pizza man. We went to Netto and shopped and when we came back the order was not completed. Pizzas were not edible... Grrr

15/05/2026: Sweet and friendly service. Good selection of cold beer on tap. Definitely a place to swing by, either for a single beer or a couple of hours in good company 😀

17/05/2026: The steakhouse is centrally located in Aarhus, right next to the town hall. We enjoyed delicious burgers here on a public holiday. The service was friendly and the food arrived quickly. Both burgers (one regular, one veggie) were tasty. The meat was juicy and the veggie burger was also very flavorful. The fries were delicious. For my taste, the burgers were missing the classic toppings of tomato and cucumber. They only had iceberg lettuce on them, which seemed a bit uninspired. The chili fries were also tasty, as was the bread served at the beginning. The atmosphere is pleasant. The two of us paid €75 for two burgers and two drinks.

07/05/2026: Dear MASH Steakhouse, I am writing to make a serious complaint regarding a visit to your restaurant on May 3rd, where I had dinner with my girlfriend. My girlfriend suffers from an allergy to chives, and this was made very clear to the waiter when ordering. She ordered your “MASH Tatar” as a starter, and we specifically emphasized that the dish should be served without chives. The waiter confirmed that this was noted and understood, and that there would be no chives in the dish. Unfortunately, it turned out that the dish did contain chives. This caused a serious allergic reaction in my girlfriend, who has subsequently been hospitalized for the past three days. We are very shocked and disappointed by the incident. When a guest discloses an allergy, one naturally expects this to be taken very seriously, as the consequences can be life-threatening — as this case unfortunately clearly demonstrates. I would therefore like to request: An explanation of how this error could have occurred. A statement of your procedures for handling allergens. Information on what steps you will take to ensure that similar situations do not happen to other guests in the future. 28/07/2025: Huge difference in portions. Waited 25 minutes for food and was wrong when it came to the table, so one of us ate alone to avoid it getting cold before I finally got my portion.

02/01/2026: The pizza at your place is really delicious and tastes amazing 😋. The place is cozy and the service is really good. The best thing is that the owner welcomes the guests with a smile and makes you feel welcome from the first moment. It's definitely not the last time I come.

23/04/2026: Lovely surroundings, but for the price most of our group were disappointed with the food. My own starter of Giant Tiger Prawns in garlic was definitely not giant and perhaps therefore overcooked to rubber. Pepper steak was ok, but for a price of well over 400 you would probably expect more in terms of side dishes and presentation.

15/05/2026: One of the better Chinese restaurants with a buffet. The staff is very polite and friendly, easy to get help and answers from. The buffet is regularly replenished, the food is hot and tasty - even good Sushi with many good varieties and good side dishes. The classic Mongolian Barbeque with deliciously tender meat, well fried and no extra salt (soy) is added when frying. The only downside is that while it is a large, lovely bright restaurant, it is also a bit chilly. The recommendation is therefore that you think a little extra about your clothing choice and possibly add a cardigan/pullover. Really enjoy :)

26/10/2025: The “owner” was violent. We asked where the toilet was and a waiter told us where to go, then the “owner” came and banged on the door and threatened us, after which he threw us out and pushed us and was very threatening. We had intended to buy something in there, but after such a scary experience we are staying far away!
