09/05/2025: Super delicious food love the concept

05/05/2025: Nice menu with all kinds of burgers. Very tasty banana milkshake (it was limited edition). Lots of seats but not very comfortable, it could be softer. It's a bit dirty - tables were filthy. Also, unclear how to order coffee cuz it wasnt on the menu but there was coffee machine next to soda machine.

21/03/2025: One of the tastiest pizza and crescents around. Quality every time we go to eat. A smiling and service-minded staff who put energy and love into the food they make. Plenty of seating and lots of options when it comes to food.

10/05/2025: I had a really Nice time there. The eclairs were so fresh and tasty. Cappuccino and latte were also good. The staff were quite fast, the place was not crowded, and the outdoor seating was perfect for a sunny morning brunch. Will definitely go there again

27/04/2025: Just enjoyed the most delicious iced coffee. Next time I will try their homemade Italian ice cream. It looks really delicious and is cheaper than most others

17/04/2025: Today, it has become Resturant Kuplen in Herning to have tested their steak sandwich with sauce. We arrived exactly at 11.15, were nicely and politely shown to a table with a nice view. After that, exactly 16 minutes passed before we were allowed to order, they were a bit pressed with some company. But the order was placed at 11.31 and immediately we could hear the kitchen start to sizzle. The food was served exactly at 11.47 and my first thought was that it looked a little small and the sauce definitely did not look like a brown sauce. The bun is a standard brioche bun which is finely toasted and tastes as it should. The steak is super delicious and almost perfect, it has a super delicious roast crust and is perfectly pink fried, it tastes wonderful and is seasoned appropriately with salt and pepper. In terms of quantity, I think the steak is 180 grams. Lovely and delicious. Beetroots taste suspicious of our friends from Beauvais, whereas the pickled cucumbers are definitely home-pickled and taste wonderful and sour. In addition, there are raw red onions, pre-made roasted onions as well as ketchup mustard and remoulade. The sauce is not what I would call a brown sauce, it was a pepper sauce, it tasted great and with strong elements of pepper flavor without it tipping over. I thought the sauce tasted great even though it was lukewarm and there was far too little of it. Now remember steak sandwiches with lots of sauce. It costs DKK. 110.- you can also get french fries for plus DKK. 20.- I thought the price was really strong, the food is also delicious, but it's such a shame that you don't go all in with making all the ingredients homemade, there is so much potential. We would love to come again for delicious food at a very good price. Gets 3.5 out of 5 stars as more homemade ingredients are missing.

25/05/2025: Stopped in for a takeout lunch after a visit to Den Gamle By - so glad we did! Excellent burgers! It was a more than we wanted to spend for lunch, but the burgers exceeded our expectations. Fries were good too.

26/05/2025: We have been regular and loyal customers of Sunset Boulevard in Randers for a long time and eat there between 4 and 6 times a week. We always order the same thing via the app, and it usually works without any problems. The staff has so far been friendly and accommodating – and if there have been minor errors, it has been handled professionally. But today we unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Sara. We ordered as usual via the Sunset app and chose aioli as a dip – as we always do. When we started eating, we discovered that the dip tasted like mayo and not aioli. We only found out that it said mayo on the receipt when the employee Sara came and pointed it out when we mentioned the error. We are absolutely sure that we chose aioli in the app, as we always order the same thing, and this therefore indicates a bug in the app. When we tried to explain the situation, we were met with a disrespectful and condescending attitude from Sara, who said that we should have said so before using it. It is difficult to understand, since aioli and mayo are completely similar, and you can't tell the difference without tasting it. We have previously overlooked minor mistakes and greatly appreciated the good atmosphere and friendly staff. Therefore, it was extra disappointing to be talked down to in this way - no matter what, as a customer, you should be met with respect and friendliness. We hope that the management takes this experience seriously and follows up so that it doesn't happen to others. We would like to continue to be customers, but expect to be treated properly - even when mistakes happen.

25/05/2025: A place just to eat if you can't find anything else open, that would be the last place I would turn to.

02/05/2025: Unfortunately, a sloppy game. Sloppy frozen pizza, hair in the food, sloppy service. Ew!
