20/04/2026: Just went for a walk around the area, no idea if anything is happening at Dollerup Mølle. Their parking lot definitely needs an upgrade, I've rarely seen anything so miserable. But if nothing is happening out there anyway, well, it doesn't matter.

08/08/2026: Delivery to car parking is poorly located unless you drive a Kia Picanto or other microcars, and then there is only 1.

04/08/2026: It was like all their other restaurants, a little too noisy, but that's how it is when it's a family restaurant.

12/08/2026: Unfortunately it was a mixed experience, pancakes with salmon and salad, you don't know what to expect, right? Salad on the pancake that was already folded and a little salmon on the outside...regardless of the price it wasn't worth the money. Furthermore, there are fly swatters all over the restaurant!!! And persistent fruit flies join the party, when you start to wonder a little you discover that the cleaning is not up to par, dead flies and cobwebs right next to your table and we had to send the cutlery back because it wasn't properly clean, I'm just asking as a normal person, when you set the table at home and you see that the cutlery is dirty (if you have the ability to see) do you want to offer that to your guests? I think it's a hoon towards those who pay your salary! In general, Danish restaurants are a disappointing experience and proof that you are too busy making money rather than creating an experience you want to return to... So noisette, it was a omer

29/08/2026: Really nice hotel Good slightly smaller rooms Cleaning is perfect Breakfast is good but a slightly smaller selection of food but everything very tasty. A small wish could be a different type of tea for breakfast than pickwick tea, and that there is a little variation in the selection from day to day🙂 It is possible to eat at the hotel in the evening Very friendly staff

16/07/2026: I drove past (15 km each way) because I wanted to try a new bakery and found a note on the door saying that you were on summer vacation. I had checked the website and your webshop before I drove by, there was nothing saying that you were closed for vacation. I came across several others who had also driven by in vain. The least you could do, besides a note on the door, was to put a banner on the website with that.

18/08/2026: Of course, you start with the good. They delivered super fast to the table, and their raspberry milkshake was phenomenally tasty. And then the bad. You pay 5 kr. for the world's smallest bag of ketchup that has never cost more than 50 øre to produce, give at least 2-3 for the absurd price, when you are definitely going to charge money for it. Not only is the ketchup sparse, there are fewer fries than there used to be, the steak was so thin that the meat was more than cooked through, you might as well have gone to McDonalds. Then they have also removed their Loaded Fries which was one of the few things that made Carls Jr. worth a visit instead of the alternatives. And last but not least, I was rewarded with food poisoning for eating their poor excuse for a burger, which I ended up throwing up the leftovers a few hours later. Absolutely regret choosing Carls Jr. in Skejby after the terrible night I had.

29/04/2026: I have previously reviewed the place, but it was several years ago. Something has also happened to the service and quality of the place since then. The food in the “hot” buffet doesn’t really taste like anything, and if you want something that feels and tastes “fresh” you have to wait for a new batch of deep-fried items or choose Mongolian grill. It was very busy when we were there, but it also took a long time for the food to be refilled when it was empty, so you could wait a long time for your food. The sushi was far too cold, almost felt like it had been thawed from the freezer! The service was ok even though it was busy. Atmosphere ok

03/08/2026: Good coffee and great pastries. Very good access from the main road and free parking or drive through. There's a nice cafe/bakery set up with coffee, tea and other beverages. Ideally you get your fresh bread as well. The coffee is easy accesible with neutral coffee tones.

19/07/2026: The bakery is primarily designed for drive-thru customers. However, it's still a nice place to sit and have breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even though it's self-service. Thank you.

03/08/2026: Definitely one of the nicer McDonald's, it seems like the staff actually go into the restaurant to be welcoming, and I thought you could feel that as a guest.

30/07/2026: Update on response from MASH. Hi Mathilde. Thanks for the reply. Good to hear that you, under normal circumstances, make your creme brulee from scratch... However, I would still venture to say that that day you served anything but homemade! Again, not so much as a vanilla bean was to be found. And we both, two chefs with a combined experience of over 40 years, agreed that something was wrong here 😉 Maybe you should just talk to the kitchen a little. But again, great service!!! Got three courses. Starter: capaccio which was actually super delicious, one of the best I've ever had! Tasted my partner's tartare, which was also good. Main course: Beef tenderloin, chili fries and bearnaise. The steak was ok, the fries were quite good and the bearnaise was also good. Dessert: Creme brulee. Which was quite disappointing! Without a doubt a cheap ready-made one of those, without a single vanilla bean. The caramelization was good, they could figure that out. The waiter was super sweet and service-minded. Offered us something extra to drink on the house bill, since it took forever to get the dessert served. We chose their elderflower juice, which unfortunately tasted like a thin lemonade from Rema1000 I have to give the food three stars because of the dessert, the juice and the steak. The steak was ok but the sirloin steak I had today at Bones in Frederikshavn was just as good, maybe a little better.

08/06/2026: One of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I paid over 200 kr for a small pizza, and the quality was nowhere near justifying the price. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, which made the taste bad and gave a very dry and bitter impression. In addition, only half of the pizza was cut, while the rest was not cut at all, so you had to stand and tear it apart yourself. When you pay that much money, you expect quality and proper craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I didn't get that. I honestly feel like I wasted my money. Can't recommend the place, and I won't be back.

06/08/2026: I was served a Meat Lover pizza where the meat tasted spoiled so I returned it. The potato pizza was good, however.

08/06/2026: I am an extremely cozy person who loves book cafes. This is an all time amazing one. Wonderful people behind the counter, nice and quiet, and a really nice atmosphere to work in. People dont care who sits with them, they just ask to not be disturbed. The only noises is the nice lofi-calming music inside and the cars outside which makes it even cozier. The ice coffee is amazing and the variety of options is stunning

11/04/2026: Coffee was basically seethrough, and had no aroma or taste, both the Americano, and the filter coffee I got instead when I complained. Then the servant told me she didnt drink coffee herself which I find weird on a bookcafe, but she did read books though. She brought blankets yo us outside, and it was nice of her.
