25/09/2025: The food was quite nice. It was a steak, potato slices and whiskey sauce. A basic steak and I would recommend not buying the small one of the cheap ones. It is not particularly big. But of course tastes good anyway. I think it is quite expensive for what it is, but I like the food, and will probably come again.

03/09/2025: I was there today to have a nice lunch with my daughter. When I receive the chicken, and am about to eat it, it was raw. I call the waiter and tell her about it. When she sees it she says, yes I can see that, I will do something about it. 2 minutes pass, then she comes back and says, it's just the juice that is red, we have checked the temperature. I am not convinced at all and express concern. I ask if it is possible to send the food back as I am not comfortable eating it. Tom she answers that it is. When I get to the checkout to pay for the things I actually got and ate, the waiter says “that is a big difference, if I were to give it to you for free, the only thing I can do is give you 20%” So I was forced to pay for something I did not get, and was allowed to return.

12/09/2026: We arrived around 9pm and sat on the outdoor seating to have a drink before heading home. It was cold and raining so we found a spot under the heat lamps. My husband went inside to get drinks and in the meantime the doorman came and asked me to go inside and drop our jackets off in the cloakroom. I politely said no thanks as I was already freezing and couldn't understand why I had to take off my jacket. It didn't make sense and we had never been asked that before. I explained that we only wanted one drink and that was it, but was told that we were not allowed to sit outside without dropping off our jackets. But if that's the rule then it should be clearly stated outside before you sit down and before you order drinks. Our drinks had already been ordered and paid for and we couldn't cancel them. The doorman wouldn't make an exception and poured our drinks into to-go cups and asked us to leave. A very unnecessary and unpleasant experience. The doorman's stubborn and dismissive behavior was far from acceptable customer service in my opinion. Even though we usually come to London Bar, I will not set foot there again out of principle.

26/08/2026: Good atmosphere, and really good service. At tables outside kynbe you order drinks, which were served at the table. 😉

10/09/2026: By far the dirtiest “cafeteria” I have ever visited. The hygiene is absolutely horrible and the service even worse. You are required to buy something or pay for the toilet; which is fair enough! But we paid 30kr for a water (from a grumpy clerk) and only one of us was allowed to use the toilet. An old man sat and controlled the toilet like another soldier. Very strange and unpleasant experience.

28/11/2025: The place has changed name and owner. Now it is called Guldværket and has been taken over by Philkjær who also has the fish restaurant opposite. At first glance, the concept seemed to follow previous gourmet grill ideas. The food seemed to have perhaps gotten a boost if you like. We started with 3 oysters which in the kitchen multiplied to 4 for the reasonable sum of 60 kr. You can get Champagne and a bottle of Andre Clouet grand reserve for 620 kr which is also a quite reasonable price. Entrecote perfectly tender and fried. There could have been a little salad, but otherwise again a very reasonable price of 225 kr for one of the city's best beef steaks. It should be emphasized that the menu offers other delicious things at somewhat lower prices for both food and drink. There were no other guests on this rainy Thursday afternoon, but I'm sure there will be more life at other times. Will definitely come again.

17/05/2026: Pretty nice dinnerware with the option of takeaway. The wait is okay. However, I don't know what the wait is like when they are busy.

12/07/2026: Today we got 2 large menus. Had first tried to buy them via app but payment failed 3 times, after which we gave up and ordered and paid at the drive thru. Our 2 large cokes were 70% full, fries were about the same and no napkins. It was busy but it went very quickly.

16/07/2026: Total favorite pizza place. Always experience a positive and service-oriented atmosphere. Their maxi deep pan is unbeatable in my opinion. The location could be a little bigger, but that's also the only thing I can fault 😁
