21/08/2026: Really good pizzas, proper and crispy base, well-balanced 'topping' - it won't be the last time (newly moved - 'moving' pizza - a whole one for each)

26/03/2026: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL MY 12 KIDS AND 9 HUSBANDS GOT SICK AFTER ONE BITE AND THREW UP ON MY CARPET WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR BIG FAMILIES AS I ALMOST DIED BECAUSE IT WAS MOLDING.

27/02/2026: Edited 26 February 2026. From a strong 4* down to a 1* Have they changed ownership?? The good customer service which kept me coming back has disappeared. Such a rude person on the end of the phone. I rang and ordered for a delivery. It was taken and a rough time was given. All good. 2 mins later I get a call from the shop " we don't have mobile pay. Only cash accepted" CRUD!!! I didn't even know if we had 2kr in the house never mind the little over 200kr for our order. I went into panic and said wait let me check. My voice may have sounded stressed, cause I was. I am rummaging through a backpack for a purse to check if we had it. I am trying to explain this ,and he is stressing only cash and how much, I say put the order on hold, I will ring back and either confirm or cancel. He says it will be there in about 20 to 30. Which was half the time from the time given with the first employee. I shout " put the order on hold and I will ring back in 5 mins" because at this point I hadn't confirmed we had enough money in the house. Before I had even finished he shouted " we can't deliver to you." CLICK. I have worked in the service industry and know how to talk to people who speak with a strong accent, I know how to tell them to take it easy and get to a result. And I expect that same level of understanding. I know I have an accent and understand that I can be even more difficult to understand when I get stressed. And what delivery service doesn't have mobile pay in these times? . . I can't give a 5 star rating, but they deserve more than 4, I would happilygive it 9 out of 10. I have been a customer for roughly 3 years. I have had 2 problems in that time. One of them tonight...they ran out of chicken for the pizzas 😱😭😅 still ended up with a well prepared Hawaiian, to the time I ordered and it tasted great. The first time the problems warranted a complaint but the sort of complaint that could wait until I went in next time. I still enjoyed the food on that occasion. When I went in to complain,I left the shop happy, felt like I had been heard and understood. I can recommend talking to the owner. You may be surprised. I know I was. 😉🤣🤣

18/02/2026: Super good pizzas and fantastic service have been a customer for several years

07/09/2025: Good pizzas, the way they should be made. In a stone oven.

31/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had pizza from La Fiamma Pizzaria, and it was without a doubt the best pizza I have ever tasted! 🍕 The taste was authentic Italian with the perfect balance between crispy crust, fresh filling and a delicious, juicy tomato sauce. The cheese melted just right, and you could really taste the quality of the fresh ingredients. The atmosphere and service were also top notch – you feel really welcome. If you love pizza and want to experience real Italian taste, I can only highly recommend La Fiamma. I will definitely be back! ❤️✨🔥

08/09/2026: Excellent sandwiches, friendly service. Thank you.

08/08/2026: Very good healthy salad combo and selection of wines. Good customer service with a smile 😃 . Definitely recommend this restaurant

27/05/2026: My review is based on the food, the service was better

24/08/2026: After a tour of the entire Aarhus street food scene, my first choice was the "Duck You" burger from Duck It, along with a portion of duck-fat fries and a spicy dip. The burger consisted of confit duck, pickled red cabbage, a house sauce, and a fluffy brioche bun. In fact, the burger was a bit underwhelming and surprisingly bland. The duck was okay, but already somewhat dried out and not as juicy as one would expect from confit duck. Despite being pickled, the red cabbage definitely lacked punch and, above all, acidity. It wasn't bad by any means, but I had expected a much stronger flavor explosion overall. So, for me, the burger unfortunately landed in the average range. The fries, on the other hand, were top-notch. The type of fat used for frying really makes a difference, and you could taste it immediately. They were also perfectly salted and beautifully crispy. The accompanying spicy dip, however, was unfortunately just spicy, lacking any truly complex flavor profile. A bit of a shame.

10/08/2026: The salad is great and the cook too!! I had a wonderful lunch :))

16/06/2026: Delicious ice cream and a good, large cup of Americano. Friendly service. Nice place to sit by the water.

24/05/2026: It's so terrible that only one person is available to dispatch when the weather is good and you know that according to DMI good weather is forecast. Will never come again and Woody's is listed as a no go

03/09/2026: Denmark's best ice cream and sweet service. It's always an experience to come to Okkels Risskov

06/08/2026: Delicious and tasty ice cream. Got 2 scoops, 1 with pistachio and 1 with kinder Bueno, both tasted delicious.

23/09/2026: Ordered an Americano, she didn't ask what size we wanted. She assumed we wanted the largest (half a liter for 51 kroner). When I went up to her and said it was too big (I'm breastfeeding so I can't have that much caffeine) she reacted very irritated and not at all friendly and welcoming. If I owned the place, I would be very disappointed and at least talk to her about treating the customers a little better. We will definitely never come back. It's not about the money we paid more for that size, but about feeling unwelcome. Never again an espresso house in Herning, I hope you do something with the feedback to give the guests a better experience than we had.

19/09/2026: It's a shame: a good café concept in a good location, with a stylish interior. The staff were nice and friendly, but unfortunately too relaxed, or at least at the multi-station coffee machine, they just stood there alone, preparing one drink after another. It also looked like you could order online, which made the wait in line and after placing the order very, very long – and that wasn't even peak time. The Snurre and the latte macchiato were good, but the single espresso (they asked twice if I wanted a double shot) was too weak and too acidic for me.

18/07/2026: Bought a cinnamon pastry that was unfortunately quite dry. What a shame!

27/05/2026: It was better in the beginning. The last time a few days ago, the coffee cup was broken on several sides. The table was not clean. There was dirt under the pastry rack on the floor. I hope it maintains its previous level. I think that if the magazine rack were to put new magazines in it every month, it would be a wonderful addition.🙂 Update after a break I would like to thank the beautiful addition to the magazine shelf👍🏻👍🏻☺️🌼

28/08/2026: I arrived about 15-20 minutes before closing time to buy sushi, but was told that it couldn't be done 😳

12/08/2026: Delicious, fresh, tastes just like Japan. I can't wait to order more.

06/09/2026: Visited again in 2026, food still Great different staff also very friendly.

30/08/2026: It was delicious! We had a burrito, tacos, and a veggie burrito bowl. Everything was freshly prepared. Perfect for a quick bite. Friendly service!

22/07/2026: Great place with delicious food and great service

26/05/2026: A sophisticated and delicious menu that you can choose from three different options. However, you don't have to order the entire menu. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace in the park: sunny, flowery, and impeccably maintained. The interior is also very elegant. The kitchen staff has a truly wonderful kitchen: windows with views of the park on all sides. The staff is very friendly, relaxed, communicative, and attentive.

08/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 – 135 kr. straight out the window Really disappointing experience at Joe & The Juice in Bruuns Galleri. Bought a Green Mile and a Hell of a Nerve, and already at the first sip both my daughter and I could taste that something was wrong. The juice was extremely thin and clearly tasted like there were missing ingredients. We are regular customers and have been drinking the same juices for about 5 years, so we know very well how they should taste. While we were still standing in the store, I brought it to the attention of the employee. I barely managed to explain the problem before she interrupted me with the statement that “it varies from place to place”. Excuse me, but since when does a fixed recipe vary so much that the avocado almost disappears? The worst thing was the employee's attitude. She didn't even take the juice to examine it or offer to remake it. We were just rejected. Mistakes can happen – it's how you handle them that makes the difference. Unfortunately, there was neither service nor interest in solving the problem. 135 kr. for two bad juices and even worse customer service. Really disappointing, especially when you are a regular customer.

27/06/2026: We ordered a carrot smoothie, iced oat latte, and 2 sandwiches (club and serano). Everything was super delicious, except the serano sandwich too salty. Also, the sandwich of 94 kr feels too overpriced. Overall, good café.
