De bedste restauranter i Midtjylland

25/06/2025: We have now received pizza several times that have been missing some of the filling we paid extra for. We have also tried to contact Solbakken's pizza several times by message about it, and they just see the messages and do nothing more about it. In addition, the pizzas are not as good as they used to be, the last time we got pizza the crust was soft and chewy. Mistakes can happen once. But unfortunately we have experienced it 4 times now. So we will not buy pizza or anything else from Solbakken again. It has been so disappointing especially when you don't get what you ordered and paid for..

07/06/2025: Ordered a roll kebab, it was simply so boring and tasteless, dry bread, microwaved kebab and salad that was limp and brown around the edges, I guess I could do better.

15/11/2025: A really nice restaurant, good service. Happy and friendly staff. Highly recommended

15/08/2025: Had a really delicious avocado salad here for lunch. Although the price was a bit on the higher end, it was definitely worth the money. Super competent and friendly service.

20/07/2025: Poor pizza. At one point I was in doubt whether it was the cardboard box that I was eating. The bottom was miserable, 3 pieces of bacon and raw potatoes, it was a boring experience. I don't understand how when you make a living from cooking, you don't put in a little effort. It didn't seem like they were in a hurry either, so that's not even an excuse. Waste of 180 kr that we spent on the 2 pizzas we bought. - Luckily the chickens liked the pizzas.

08/11/2025: I ordered a portion of prom fritters, I threw it out after one bite. There was just a whole lot of round salt in it

28/10/2025: I had a Mølleburger and a small portion of fries, and it was really delicious! You can clearly taste that they use fresh ingredients – especially the meat, which definitely doesn’t look like it was frozen. The onion and tomato were also super fresh and crispy, which gave the burger an extra boost. The fries could have been fried for 8-10 seconds more to get the perfect golden brown, but they still tasted good. The place itself was clean and tidy with good lighting and a cozy atmosphere. All in all, a really positive experience – I will definitely be back!

26/11/2025: Extremely bad service. Rude and ignorant staff in Esbjerg!

30/08/2025: This is my second visit, and my last, I thought they were having a bad day the first time, so I've now given them two changers, and I didn't think you could do worse than the last, but then I was wrong. The steak the first time filled half of the burger, so you're just left with wet bread at the end, so this time I thought extra steak in, but when your steaks only fill half of the burger it doesn't matter, my two steaks were also a total shame. If this is your level boys it's time to consider whether it's even a burger bar you want, because if I can go to Mac Donald's and feel better with a burger than at yours, there's not much love for food left.

20/10/2025: Super cozy cocktail bar, with the most delicious drinks! Not like other places with ordinary drinks, they have their own drinks and they taste good. Good atmosphere and cool music

30/07/2025: Dirty We had a drink inside and I went to the toilet, the old lock on the door was broken (they put a slide on the door) there is a mirror above your head way to high to reach on your own with fingerprints and the walls where just dirty… I really needed to go I had no choice…. They have allot of fake flowers in the cafe you could see the dust pilling up on them. And the side of the bar was full of dirt and dried fluids…. But the girl at the bar was really nice, she soeaks really good English, she was wonderfull. Allot of people where working there on their laptop and i get it is all seems really cosy but it needs a really good cleaner!

28/09/2025: Cozy little cafe that offers various hot drinks and other things. I got a BMO and we got an organic drink and chai latte. It was okay. The employees were really friendly and service minded. However, one of our breads was a little burnt and it couldn't be finished. But the drinks were really delicious. I did feel a little sorry for the employee. She should have had an extra colleague at work. There was pressure.

08/08/2025: The late was literally just milk,you couldn't feel any coffee taste, waiting time for just two pancakes was so long like 30 minutes, then they brought one instead of two and we had two wait ten more minutes on top of that,then instead of apologizing for that the waitress said she was just preparing the order,I think they can really improve themselves in terms of service and coffee quality.

16/08/2025: So… The Lagkagehuset in Viborg. It’s a bit like going on a date with someone who has their hair in order but has completely forgotten to bring their personality. 🍰 The bread? Sure, sure – it’s nice enough, but at that price you almost expect it to be baked with grain from a secret field, where the grain stalks have been massaged and sung lullabies by Mozart. Instead you get a “meh” bread that most of all looks like something that’s a little tired of its own life. The selection? Narrow. As in: “Hey, we have four kinds – choose or die.” And you always end up taking the same one as last time anyway, because the second one honestly looks like it was baked by an intern on day one. But the worst thing is the staff. Damn it. You come in, smile and think: “Now I’m going to enjoy myself with a bun and some cake.” And then you’re greeted by a look that says most of all: “What are you looking at, loser?” I once tried to send a small smile – I got a look back as if I had planned to rob the entire store with a butter bun as a weapon. 🥖🔫 I'm not saying they're not nice – I'm just saying that if smiles were currency, they had staff who owed RKI. So yes, Lagkagehuset in Viborg is a bit like that experience: You leave with a bag of bread, a slightly empty wallet and a feeling of having been looked at askance. It's not that I'll never go there again – but it's more like: “I need to psychologically prepare myself to be talked down to by a croissant-serving upper-class general.”

07/08/2025: No French toast at 11am. That's not good enough. 🤷‍♂️

14/08/2025: Lunch buffet…. Not worth it - it's the food from the day before that is served and the selection is minimal. Sure nice evening, but definitely not a place I can recommend for lunch!

09/11/2025: I have never experienced such poor service at a McDonald's as I did tonight at McDonald's in Tilst. I spend about 10 minutes in the drive-in waiting for a burger. Outside the payment window where I'm standing, no staff comes even though they are very busy, one comes straight over and stands inside and quickly looks out at my car and leaves. Then a woman in a blue shirt comes, assumes it's a manager, she stops, stands and writes on her private phone and walks away again. When I get to the food delivery, a young employee also asks a woman if I have paid and I say no, no one is coming and otherwise they are on the phone. She can only offer to run down with my phone or card and pay for me, which I absolutely do not want. Stop coming there to ask for service and then a manager who just stands on her private phone and writes...

01/11/2025: Episode Saturday, November 1, 2025 between 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Never in my 45 years of life have I encountered such vulgar, rude and unpleasant treatment as a lady working gave me today. She was wearing a blue shirt so I assume she is a manager, Caroline or Victoria or something like that, I couldn't even get a word in and then after me she treated a Wolt delivery person so badly that I took my children with me and we didn't buy anything from there. We used to come there 2-3 times a month but that's over now. We will never go there again! That's for sure!
