31/12/2025: Review of Plantorama in Tilst As is tradition, I visited Plantorama in Tilst the day before New Year's Eve with my daughter and my two grandchildren, aged 4 and 6. Every year the children look forward to seeing and taking home the last of the beautiful Christmas decorations – it has always been a pleasant experience ❤️ For several years we have also been allowed to take discarded Christmas decorations such as balls, pine cones, etc. that had already been thrown into the bins inside the store. We have done this based on a sustainability principle and to teach the children that you can reuse and create art from things that would otherwise be thrown away. But this year we were given a clear no. Everything had to be thrown away, and we were told that this was the store's principle – and that what we had been allowed to do in previous years had been a mistake. It was both disappointing and difficult to explain to the children, who sincerely did not understand why you were not allowed to use things that had already been thrown away. In addition, I must unfortunately say that the level of service has been poor the last few times. Several young employees seemed more interested in chatting and chatting among themselves than being helpful. The tables in the café were dirty, and the overall impression was just not very inviting. All in all, a disappointing experience – especially when it is usually a nice family tradition. Next year we will go to Plantorama in Egå and hope for better service and a more welcoming experience. Even the children managed to ask the staff why they were not allowed to take what had already been thrown away and make art out of it – and that in itself may say something.

23/10/2025: Large Plamtorama, with a large selection, both plants and pets. There is an Espresso House on the second floor, perhaps the largest in Aarhus. There is also a playroom for the little ones.

27/12/2025: Today I ordered chicken wrap , my chicken smells so burnt, couldn't eat it

22/12/2025: Pure salad I said he should put extra meat in it and I would pay for that but he got lots of iceberg and red cabbage instead.. and he's the one with burn marks on his face!! 👎🏼👎🏼😡

31/10/2025: Never in my life will I order from there again. Inedible food, the burger buns were completely chewy and soggy. The fries were cold and soft. Neither my husband, children nor I could eat it. On top of that it took 1 1/2 hours before we got our "food".. so we had to start in the kitchen ourselves..

04/01/2026: The food was good. Picked up the pizzas at the counter as the owner is in poor health. But the pizzas were really good.

13/12/2025: Really poor food.. the price is totally unfair and does not correspond at all to the quality. Quality is not a word this place knows the shadow of. Poor and even expensive! Rude owner.. no friendliness or hospitality. One star is too much.

20/09/2025: This was the worst sushi I've ever had! The quality of the product used to be better. I'm very disappointed 😔

04/02/2026: 4 stars – nice lunch Had lunch at a nice cafe today. Classic open sandwiches with roast beef and a small salad – fresh, tasty and well prepared. The portion was perfect. The coffee was hot and good, service friendly and fast. Reasonable price and nice atmosphere. Will come again! 😊

30/10/2025: We ordered pizza which was dry as cardboard. The dough was very thin and tasted like cardboard. And there was almost no kebab filling on the pizza

14/07/2025: Worn and tired facade. Weeds in front of the store. Not inviting. Simple store, but ok. Should have had 2 buttered rolls. Super sad that the friendly baker chooses to butter our rolls with almost liquid room-temperature butter. Put butter in the refrigerator or in a cool box.

05/07/2025: Went in to buy 3 different cakes. They were dry, like they were from the day before. I think it was a lot of money for something that didn't taste good. !

16/12/2025: ***updated end 2025 with new owners*** They have immediately raised the prices considerably on rolls and pizzas, and we experience that there is also less filling on the pizzas. An otherwise legendary place in Silkeborg, which has now become mediocre. —————————— This must be Silkeborg's best pizza, or at least lunch pizza. Good price and even better service you get at this humble eatery. Worth a visit 🤌🏻

24/01/2026: It's 50/50. Either you get what you ordered, which is okay. I HAVE been very happy with the Norwegian Grill. But always experience an impersonal indifferent "welcome" in the store. Second part of 50/50: Otherwise you get splat, i.e. 200% dressing, thrown into a measly bread for example. And of course you will NOT get a refund for what you paid for, which they forgot.... Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the Norwegian Grill. It's as if they have forgotten that they serve food for people. The store is also cold and without focus on a cozy atmosphere.

29/09/2025: Never had a problem with this pizza place. However, after a recent order of pepperoni pizza, which felt more like eating a picture of a pizza than a real pizza, I felt like I needed to ask the pizza guy to do better…. Sending out this type of food is simply unacceptable.

30/12/2025: I got a sandwich the size of a postage stamp for 71kr which in the picture looked like a regular sandwich

12/08/2025: The smallest and most expensive sandwich in town. Won't be back.

22/09/2025: We ate pizza at the restaurant. Very friendly service, and the pizza arrived quickly and hot. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it. The takeaway option is also very popular.

30/08/2025: The burgers were incredibly soggy and the entire bun was completely dissolved. The bacon was almost unrecognizable and not crispy or delicious at all. The kebab tasted weird, and our son refused to eat it when he said it tasted weird. When I tasted it I could immediately confirm it, it almost tasted like there was coriander in it, which there wasn't. Very strange taste. We ended up throwing the patties into our own burger buns from the store, and threw out the kebab and the rest of the burgers.

28/12/2025: It seems like the store is run by a bunch of dull teenagers who don't really know what service is.

04/11/2025: Went in at 10am and they had no sandwiches prepared, staff walking around and not serving anybody and there was at least 10 customers waiting to be served, will not be going back

20/10/2025: Incredibly slow drive-in. It takes forever to get through even though there is only room for one car. Often “sold out” of Skyr yogurts - even when you come during opening hours…
