04/11/2025: Ice cream and cheese in Vebbestrup is an experience you should treat yourself and those you love. I bought large ice cream cakes twice, for example for my son's confirmation 6 years ago for 35 people and on Friday 15/8-25 for 30 people for my birthday, it's perfect in my opinion, but remember: there is often a queue at the soft ice cream machines. The mushroom, the sliders, the yellow peas, and the pumpkin were amazing, but the entire tasting menu was great. The wines were maybe a little too different from the norm for my taste, but they all worked with the food very well. Lovely.
