24/07/2026: Lovely wait staff who are open, smiling and calm, regardless of the number of guests. The food tasted really good, but there was nothing really special about it. We had the fish of the day (haddock), burger and shooting stars. We also had beer another day. The restaurant is located on the square and you can enjoy live music, if there is any, in the Strandbaren. A huge plus is that the seating is sheltered from the (west) wind, because the building is covered.

24/07/2026: The best food I've had in a long time. You need to be a little patient if it's very busy, but it's not a big deal, and the food was truly incredible. Definitely go if you're in the area!

21/06/2026: Small but cozy establishment. The ordered dish was served quickly (~15 minutes), although there were not many guests in the establishment at that time (Sunday evening). Tasty, pleasant service, not cheap, but you can have dinner on a budget. Overall, thank you for a nice evening ☺️

06/07/2026: Fantastic meal in Copenhagen!! You just can’t beat the view, and with heat lamps it made this a cozy outdoor dining experience!The bread and pizza were out of this world! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

05/07/2026: We decided to sit down and have a pizza, but the staff's behavior was different; they were waiting for us to leave. Furthermore, while they brought pitchers and water to everyone's tables, they charged 38 krona for something we knew was free. I'm giving this rating intentionally so it looks like it's free; otherwise, the pizza was slightly above average.

05/07/2026: Wow, wow, wow. Beyond amazing. The bacon&cheese crêpe was super tasty and soft, even the juice (I got the Mr. Heath, that is an orange juice) was amazing: truly freshly squeezed, really tasty, I could have drank a liter of it!

26/06/2026: Other reviewers commented on the quality here so, as I was nearby, had to check it out.... They weren't wrong! I bought a baguette and a pastry. The baguette was beautifully crusty but light inside, and the pastry was deliciously sweet and tasty. The shop had tooo many scrumptious looking (and smelling) wares, so I didn't dare stay!

05/07/2026: We spent two nights in Copenhagen and dined here both times. The burgers were delicious, with quality ingredients and equally delicious fries. The price was below average for the city. Aside from the food, the interior decor is fantastic, a must-see!

04/07/2026: Great burgers and the potato wedges are crispy outside and soft inside. Staff was very good. My daughter asked for no sauce, but the server realized immediately that sauce had been added and quickly fixed it. Very friendly people!

30/06/2026: Anyone visiting Henne Strand simply has to stop by for a break and enjoy an ice cream or an Aperol Spritz. Ishuset is a true institution! Unfortunately, it burned down last week and it will probably be some time before it can reopen.

27/06/2026: Unfortunately, it seems to be closed for the entire season due to a fire - we were there today, June 27th, 2026. Very sad ☹️ but the cafe is completely burned down.

09/07/2026: Our dinner at Alouette was simply outstanding and one of the finest restaurant experiences we have ever had. From the very first contact months before our visit until the final handshake at the end of the evening, every interaction was warm, thoughtful and genuinely welcoming. We especially loved being greeted outside and personally guided into the restaurant – such a small detail, yet one that immediately made us feel expected and cared for. The service throughout the evening was exceptional. The team struck that rare balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive, combining impeccable professionalism with warmth, humour and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding from the first taste to the last. Every dish was beautifully executed, and even days later the four of us were still trying to decide on a favourite – before agreeing that choosing one would be like picking a favourite child. The wine pairing was excellent, but I have to give special praise to the non-alcoholic pairing. It was, without question, the most creative, sophisticated and thoughtfully composed non-alcoholic pairing I have ever experienced. It wasn’t an alternative to the wine pairing – it was an experience in its own right. Alouette exceeded our already very high expectations and gave us an evening that we will remember for a long time. Thank you to everyone, both in the kitchen and front of house, for making our celebration so special. We can’t wait to return.

06/07/2026: It’s worth traveling to Copenhagen for this meal alone. An out of this world experience. Every dish is delicious, paying tribute to the local region. The service is elevated, staff employ a natural positive energy. The servers do a fantastic job engaging and sharing the narrative behind each dish. We would highly recommend this meal for any special occasion.

Every drink was creative, perfectly balanced, and paired beautifully with the food, enhancing each dish in unexpected ways. Without a doubt, it's one of the best non-alcoholic pairings I've ever had. 14/07/2026: The pizzas were delicious. It was interesting that they didn't have olive oil as a pizza dressing. Other than that, we were satisfied.
