But now I've ordered from Jais Madhus more than ten times, and it's been just as delicious every time. Most recently I ordered their panang curry with tofu – very spicy – ​​and wait, how good was it. Perfectly balanced, rich and flavorful, and the spice was just right in the cupboard. The tofu was delicious and took the flavor really well. The quality is consistently high, the food tastes authentic, and you can clearly feel the love and care behind the dishes. Jais Madhus is without a doubt one of my go-to places in Copenhagen when I want really good Thai food. Highly recommended!

05/06/2026: June 5th Constitution Day - it's 8:00 AM and there are almost no more rolls left. EVERY SINGLE time you come by, there are simply no more rolls left. Wow, how bad it is 😊 and when you run a sale on brunsviger and rolls, you should probably put 3 times as many rolls back as you usually do. That's a shame.

This place delivers food that will make your taste buds scream war cries and flex your inner Cro-Magnon. First bite: BOOM. It feels like being hit in the face with a freshly-hewn tribal axe — in a good way. Meat, greens, and clean ingredients line up like a small, no-bullshit Michelin army. The omelet wrap? It’s like wrapping your dreams in protein. A wrap that doesn’t just hold together, but hugs its contents like a bear with emotional depth. The salads? Crispy enough to be used as improvised weapons. You know right away that there hasn’t been a single ultra-processed shadow anywhere near it. The smoothies? As if a Neanderthal invented wellness and bottled it. And the service? They're so cute, you almost expect them to offer to light a fire for you. ⸻ ⭐️ Conclusion: Paleo makes you feel stronger, healthier, and just a little more badass when you leave. 15/06/2026: They offer very good food at good prices. The service was quick, but after the food and drinks were served, there was a slight dip in motivation; they didn't ask if we wanted more drinks or dessert. We were the only ones in the restaurant. I ended up going inside to pay, and the young waiter only came out of the kitchen after a while. Nevertheless, it's a recommendable restaurant.

15/12/2025: It's a real shame that you keep changing your concept. It's worked for over 200 years, why change it? We are a huge family that has been coming year after year after year, but now the value for money is getting lower and lower. The place has become stingy and prioritizes profit over concept. First, the price has been raised all the way up to 400kr, then rice ala mande and cheese etc. have been removed, which you have to pay extra for. But how lucky is it that so many vegetarian dishes have been added instead. Not. What's next? Roast pork with parsnips?

28/10/2025: Classic Danish food. Tried to make with love. My shrimp cocktail was super delicious. My husband's chicken salad was tasty but very small compared to. Got winerschnitzel which was fried TOTALLY dead and more black than brown. A measly anchovy on a teaspoon of horseradish and a thin slice of lemon.. dry and chewy. Got NO offer of coffee or dessert.. After a few tries we caught a waiter, and well yes she could make coffee... Uhhhh.. But beautiful old house.. needs some cleaning and washing of windows/curtains and some fresh air..
