I had this place under my radar so I've been wanting to come for awhile,and I have no regrets! Big tasty,portions and the price is adequate! Authentic. Highly recommend to my friends,family and anyone else checking out this place! Vi ses ❤️
08/06/2026: Very nice food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Only point is that people are smoking inside the tent, so it can be annoying for non smokers.

01/12/2025: We had the special of the day, beef fillet with side dishes and a glass of beer. It tasted really good with gas-grilled meat and fries. Lovely warm room and friendly service put the finishing touch after a cold walk down Hovedgaden on top of a theatre visit at Kulturhotellet. It all couldn't be better!

Today's dish,
The most juicy and delicious flame-grilled beef fillet, and side dishes.
Truly a taste experience of the best quality, in a super cozy environment, with good service and smiling staff.
The room is furnished, with small tables and sofas, which makes it extremely cozy to enjoy your food with atmospheric country music.

16/05/2026: If you try to serve something that everyone likes, it can quickly turn into liver pâté.
That was in no way, if not absolutely no way, the case at @Alimentum.
It was 16 exquisite and absolutely fantastic dishes with a wine menu that was right in the cupboard.
The atmosphere and the service were world class. The one question the staff couldn't answer was investigated and returned with a top professional answer.
I really hope Alimentum gets its 2nd star in June. They deserve it so much⭐️⭐️

Even though we arrived very early, the manager opened the door immediately and welcomed us inside into the warmth where an employee immediately took over and showed us around and presented the buffet. Same service every time.
