11/01/2026: The best baker in Denmark! I've been coming to Denmark for decades and am always amazed by the quality of this baker's products!

03/01/2026: I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I bought rolls and croissants. The rolls were practically air, and the croissants tasted like cardboard. Lacking alternatives, we'll probably have to go there again. I can't understand the enthusiasm in the reviews here.

16/11/2025: You would have gotten 10 stars too, if you could give it. By far the best restaurant experience of my life. The food was absolutely insanely good with a good mix of experimental combinations and more classic dishes. The setting and atmosphere were also impeccable, but where you deserve 10 stars is in the service level. Absolutely outstanding! Everyone - and there were many - who served us was skilled, knowledgeable, down to earth and clearly passionate. The same applied to Rasmus and Søren, who were both past the table, which was super cool - down to earth and passionate; like everyone else. Furthermore, it was really cool to experience that the only thing it was about was giving us the best possible experience - which we got to that extent. An extra shot and praise to the two waiters who were at our table the most. A young, Danish student waiter and a South African waiter. Service on an unprecedented level! We say thank you very much - and will definitely come again!

16/11/2025: If Noma is the industry’s wild card, then Geranium is undoubtedly its straight-A student — precise, composed, and consistently brilliant. Its founder remains the only chef in the world to hold the full Bocuse d’Or trilogy — gold, silver, and bronze — a detail that feels evident in every plate: methodical technique, balanced creativity, and immaculate execution. Flavours are diverse without ever feeling forced; the aesthetics are impeccable; and the non-alcoholic pairing elevates the experience to a standard that many Michelin-starred restaurants have yet to reach. After working through Copenhagen’s most celebrated dining rooms, this is, without question, my definition of a true three-star meal. Danish Tradition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A visually striking opening. Seaweed saltiness meets herring umami, brightened by a clean herbal lift from dill. Smoked Roe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crisp yet tender with a delicate smokiness; the finish lands on a gentle dairy sweetness and the subtle pop of cured roe. Boiled Beetroot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Devoid of any earthiness — pure sweetness with cherry-like fruitiness, followed by a whisper of fresh horseradish. Caviar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pleasant but optional. Well-made, though not a standout in this context. Oysters ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warm, plump oysters finished over heat; paired with pickled celeriac for a harmonious sweet–sour counterpoint. Kohlrabi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crisp kohlrabi and apple acidity layered with a creamy sauce and saline depth from caviar — full and satisfying. Sunchoke ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nutty, soft and savoury, with raw walnut providing an unexpected textural contrast. Crispy Grains ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Black-truffle bread is rich and aromatic; the sourdough crust is gentle, with a lingering nutty fragrance. Scallop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A hint of open-fire aroma; buttery sweetness integrates seamlessly with the scallop’s natural delicacy. Turbot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soft and bouncy. The sauce brings fish and mushroom umami, though the seasoning leans slightly heavy. Today’s Harvest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Acidic, sweet, smoky, creamy, crisp, soft — a beautifully orchestrated study of vegetables. A far more layered experience than Arpège’s vegetable tasting. Chamomile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bright and fragrant with citrus–botanical notes; pear sweetness rounds out the acidity elegantly. Chocolate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect finale: aromatic chocolate sphere; silky mousse with nutty granules; a tiny bar reminiscent of Magnum. Flavours of Madagascar cacao emerge with light acidity and cherry-like fruit tones. Sunflower Seeds Tart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Apple sweetness, crisp tart shell, geranium perfume, and cultured yoghurt — refreshing and poised. Total: 7680 DKK Recommendation Score: 9.85/10

16/10/2025: Gaia team takes cocktail making to the new experimentation levels. All cocktails tend to have a presentation twist - either they arrive in a glass pipe or in a collectible race car model (!) or are presented out of a chinese noodle box - you'll have the wow and aha! moment. And of course, it all tastes great. You have a lot of options for cocktails in the city, but Gaia might just be the most creative spot. Definite recommendation.

06/01/2026: Beautiful place to feel relaxed and dinning with friends and family. The price is okay but a little on high side. Food is good, location is okay but not parking space but there's a parking garage for your car then you can walk down to the restaurant not far. Its on a busy street. I have been here more than 8 times never gave them reviews but today I decide to give them this reviews because they have kept to their standards of sushi. Its a very nice place to dinner or birthday dinner with friends and family.

04/01/2026: Really delicious. We took social dining, and I especially loved their sashimi, especially the one with white fish, which had a super delicious sauce to go with it, it was new and delicious. The gyozu was also filled with juicy, giant tiger prawn meat. And their black sesame with coconut cream is also a delight for the taste buds. Good service and cozy atmosphere.

02/01/2026: Breathtaking place with wild architecture and nature, we have visited it both in high season with golf and in low season with spa, both are exciting and the surroundings are an experience in themselves, this must be said to be one of Denmark's pride⭐️🌞

06/12/2025: The score says it all. It's a really good place and the barber is super-attentive - he's practically an artist. I'm not one to get excited by trendy hairdressers and hip barbers but this place was great. It's a fun new concept. Pop in for a drink and get a trim. Or get a trim then chill and have a drink. Or do both at the same time. The Georgian man who runs the place and who may cut your hair is really nice and interesting to talk to. I popped in at Hotel Sanders' recommendation and I'm happy to recommend it to you. Book early and be punctual because the place can get busy both for drinks and haircuts!

29/11/2025: We loved this place. We had a beer and a glass of wine. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It's relaxed and alternative. The waiters were very friendly and treated us wonderfully. One of my favorite places in this city.

24/09/2025: Absolute gem of a restaurant! It’s a set menu but they do surprise you with some extra courses. The potato was the best thing ever. Overall really enjoyed the menu, unique flavours and textures. Highly recommend making a booking and stopping by. Perfect for a moody date night

22/09/2025: We had a great time at Høst, it’s clearly a very busy place and due to that it is very systematic and quick service, each course arrived very quickly after another. Maybe even too quickly but it suited us well. We had the 3 course menu and bottle of Albariño wine that was both nice. Few surprise courses came during the meal.
