Ohne Reservierung hatten wir das Glück, noch zwei Plätze zu bekommen. Aber nur für eine Stunde! Wir hatten jeder eine leckere Vorspeise, Steinpilzrisotto und Tagliatelle con Verdure. Alles ehr frisch, sehr schön dargeboten und lecker! Auch der Pinot Grigio ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Nach etwa eineinhalb Stunden ging es dann auf den Heimweg! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
11/02/2025: En liten pärla i Köpenhamn man inte får missa! Det är mycket god mat och trevlig personal. Miljön är härlig och trevlig. Rekommenderas verkligen!

24/03/2025: Was at Panorama on Saturday evening, with children and children-in-law. Had a great night everything played Max. Smiling staff, delicious food, good wines, and on the occasion of Jesper's birthday, wonderful live music. I can only recommend the place.

23/02/2025: Amazing coffee beans at fair prices. We recently got a new espresso machine and are in the process of trying out different beans. The dark roasted desta beans work great for both espresso and coffee specialties with milk. Definitely a recommendation to anyone looking to buy freshly roasted quality coffee beans!

Located in the basement, not large but cosy sittings. We ended up to share table with strangers but the staff asked us politely and they managed to pick out right type of person to share table with us.
Their cocktails (those not classics) were exciting and tasteful 🤩
Book your place in advance to make sure your own sitting 😅

30/03/2025: We were driving around Copenhagen and spotted this Gem! The coffee is amazing and the variety of coffee bags to can buy are great:) Daniel was the man behind the counter and what a good costumer service he provided ! Bueno!! Took his time with each costumer and finished making their orders before going on to the next costumer :) And if you need to use the toilet, they have one! :) The price for a hot drink: 35-60kr which is very affordable
24/02/2025: Had a barista class with Francesco on 18 Feb 2025. It was a great 2 hrs training session where we were taught how to make espresso dialing with dose, grind size, and tamping power. He also gave an introduction about latte art, how to steam the milk. At the end of the course, he briefly introduce me to the roasting section and how his business running. It was great experience for me who want to enter the coffee industry as a barista.
Their coffee also taste very good.
I definitely will comeback for another class or just chilling on their cafe and talking with Francesco. He is a nice guy.

19/03/2025: I stopped there today on my bike ride around Ringkøbing Fjord. I just wanted a quick bite to eat and then move on.
The portion was huge and tasted amazing. I would have preferred a nap afterward instead of getting back on the saddle.

Tasting-menuen bestod af en række delikate snacks og retter, der afspejlede årstidens bedste råvarer.
Hver servering var en harmonisk kombination af smag og tekstur, præsenteret med en æstetik, der frydede øjet.
Fra den silkebløde kammusling carpaccio med jordskokker til den intense hummer serveret med krabbebisque og butternut squash , var hver bid en ny opdagelse.
Det hele blev rammet ind af en velakkompagneret vinmenu der bragte os rundt i ukendte egne af Europa’ vinkort

Fantastic meal made more impressive by them only being 3 people in the kitchen which is just mind-blowing.
They are fully up there with the best on the food front. We had pescatarian versions menu and the two "replacement dishes" were above and beyond expectations.
Service was excellent and swift which is important for us as we eat quickly. We changed menu from signature to full throttle the day before we arrived and my boyfriend then changed back when we had already started our meal. No problem.
Really just fantastic all around.
