I went to this restaurant with a friend. We paid around 2200 DKK for two people, which I think is quite expensive. We talked about one price, but the final bill turned out to be much higher. The tables are very close to each other, so it’s uncomfortable to get up or move around.
I have to admit, they have a very handsome chef, and the food was really tasty. But overall, I don’t think it was worth the price. For that amount of money, you can have a great dinner at a really good restaurant in Copenhagen with a much better experience.
16/10/2025: The food was amazing, every dish blew me away!! The staff were very nice and welcoming as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

07/09/2025: My husband and I went to Melo yesterday as part of the Copenhagen Wine and Cocktails week. It was such a positive experience! The offer was « 6 half glasses » of wine but they seemed to be full glasses to us. The wines were very well selected and the snacks very nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

17/10/2025: Kadeau was our first stop upon arrival in Copenhagen and hugely anticipated. Our plane was delayed- we fretted about missing our reservation. Kadeau was the epitome of hospitality taking us straight from the airport, luggage and all, almost 2 hours late. What unfolded over the next few hours was a journey of tastes, smells, beautiful wines and relaxed but personable service. Watching the kitchen staff create edible masterpieces alone was worth the price of admission. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? You bet!! If you are fortunate enough to be in the most wonderful city of copenhagen save your $$$ and make a reservation!
14/10/2025: Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. The whole evening was a sensory experience on a whole other level. Great stories around the ingredients, well presented, amazing flavours.
For two people I recommend doing both wine pairings to get an even more diverse pallet of flavours.

20/07/2025: One of the best falafel sandwiches I’ve ever had! I’ve got the falloumi with spicy hummus (costs extra), and it was a flavor and texture fest! The bread was wonderfully crispy yet fall-apart tender, the ingredients were fresh, crispy, and harmonious. The flavors were, well, an explosion! Sauces, salads, and finally the halloumi and falafel come together in an intense symphony of wonderful taste. The service and price (by CPH standards) are great as well! Can’t fault anything!

11/10/2025: Wonderful inn, full of atmosphere, history and hospitality. A living museum. The food is absolutely unbeatable. EVERYTHING is homemade, even the rainbow ice cream.
