28/07/2025: Snarly arrogant waiters. Grill was a disappointment - meat not freshly grilled and not properly cooked. Way too expensive. Asked for bottled water alongside the beer ordered but got “filtered” water at an overpriced price. It will probably be a few years before we return.

03/08/2025: July 26, 2025. Large selection of really good food. They are quick to refill the dishes and empty plates are removed very quickly. Really good service. Only downside would have liked to have sat outside and eaten.

04/07/2025: As always a lovely evening with good food. Nice buffet with a bit of everything, I especially love their sushi. Good service, which today was extra helpful in putting together some takeaway for my son at home. There is always a nice atmosphere and rarely noise when eating at 6 pm. The owner is very child-friendly and always fun to chat with when he is there.

27/08/2025: Large selection of dishes, good salad bar and good selection of desserts. Very cozy and modern surroundings. The food is definitely in the high class when it comes to similar buffet places.

19/08/2025: Really good food, very nice restaurant looks clean, the only issues I think there are is there is a table very close to the fire cabinet, there could be 1 meter free around the cabinet don't think there is that. But besides off that it's a place to visit.

12/06/2025: I just have to say that this is the last time I set foot in that store. I went in to pick up a roll. I was the only one in the store. You can hear when the door opens, but at least they couldn't that day. I don't know if it's the wife of this establishment or an employee, but she shouted and screamed at an employee, I opened the door again so the bell rang, but no reaction, I chose to knock on the counter, then I manage to get a hole through. I chose to control myself, and have chosen to share it with others. They actually make some good bread, but what I experienced makes me choose to buy my bread elsewhere.

08/08/2025: Normally when I visit this gas station it’s at about 2am and in a caffeine/nicotine deprived state. I usually encounter Lasse working at these times and he’s always welcoming, friendly and helpful (not to mention manages to understand my broken Danish). Lovely bloke who - in combination with the 24hr opening times - has made this gas station my go-to, even though it’s not the nearest one.

03/09/2025: The food was freshly prepared and truly delicious. The portion sizes were more than ample, the service extremely friendly, and the prices fair. I'll eat there again next time I'm in the area. Communication in English is possible, cash payments are only in Danish kroner, and card payments (including contactless) are accepted.

22/07/2025: Høllsbergs Have is a wonderful place. Good, well-prepared food. Not a large selection, but the quality is top notch. Many fine wines and good beers. Always good service. Fresh atmosphere. Often has music events.

21/08/2025: I came to this place for dinner with six other friends. I should start by saying that the quality of the meat was poor. I ordered a rare fillet, which arrived well done. I asked if I had made a mistake with my order (orders are written directly by the customers). After verifying that the meat had indeed been ordered rare, I pointed out that it was well done. The waitresses didn't say anything, not even a "sorry for the mistake," but rather angrily took the plate and took it to the counter. I then went to the chef, who, instead of apologizing, tried to argue that the meat was rare because it was pink on the outside! (The outside of any grilled meat isn't pink, even rare steaks, but what matters is obviously the doneness inside.) I pointed out that arguing with a customer is unprofessional, and not knowing how to tell rare from well done is even more astonishing. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you try to correct them that makes the difference. It's incomprehensible to attack a customer when they point out that the dish was definitely wrong. When the waitress came to ask if we wanted anything else, I pointed out that the only thing that would be a granita was an apology from the chef, which even the owner would have. At that point, the waitress burst out laughing, turned around, and left. The experience was terrible, both because of the food, which we all found to be of poor quality, and because of the rudeness and manner in which we were treated. I'm a restaurateur myself, and I know how much work goes into running a business, but respect for customers is the foundation of this profession.

15/08/2025: A fantastic tartelette that we were served, unfortunately we did not get the opportunity to taste anything else because there had been a mistake in the kitchen. When the staff discovered that there had been a mistake, they were quick to come up with some measures for our payment. The staff were completely nice and smiling.
