11/08/2025: En virkelig fremragende oplevelse. Sandsynligvis det bedste thaimad i København og en standard langt højere end man er vant til i DK. Vi var der en søndag aften hvor der var fulde huse - herunder med rigtig mange lokale thai'er, hvilket altid er et godt tegn. Virkelig sød og imødekommen betjening, selvom de havde sindssygt travlt. Virkelig fornuftige priser. Et tip: Bladrer man helt om bag i menuen - efter drikkevarer mv - finder man den "hemmelige" thai-menu med alle de retter som er for avancerede/mærkelige til den klassiske frikadelle-dansker. Dér er mange fantastiske oplevelser og vil man have retterne thai-spiced, beder man bare om det.

27/07/2025: Parecía prometedor desde el principio , bonitas instalaciones y el personal era agradable y amable. Pedí pollo satay para empezar, que era promedio y tuve la sensación IT salió de un paquete congelado. La salsa satay era simple y no muy satay como en absoluto. Como principal tuve un curry Penang con pollo. La salsa estaba muy buena, pero he tenido mejor. Mi marido pidió un curry rojo y IT era muy similar a mi Penang. Bonito ambiente y parecía ser popular entre la comunidad asiática, pero desafortunadamente bastante promedio en mi opinión. También parecen tener un menú separado de comida y bebidas para los no asiáticos, que parecía un poco raro.

11/04/2026: I had a really good experience at Mietery in Ringsted. Everything was top notch – both the service and the food. The staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, which made the visit extra enjoyable. I don't normally eat red meat unless it's cooked thoroughly, but I still chose to try their carpaccio for a starter and a medium-rare main course – and I definitely didn't regret it. Both tasted really good and were prepared with great care. The food was generally tasty, beautifully presented and clearly made with good ingredients. You can tell that there is a focus on quality and detail. All in all, a place I can definitely recommend and that I would like to visit again.

14/04/2026: I had been recommended Maku by a good friend if I wanted a good steak. I asked if any of their meat came from pure grass-fed cattle, which the waiter didn't understand but simply said that the best ribeye was the American one(399;) and I then chose it and asked for rare/medium-rare. It was served Well done and it wasn't even the same quality as what I usually buy from the butcher in Føtex! Super disappointing and definitely not worth a visit again! The shrimp cocktail was filled with canned asparagus and tasted terrible. And serving popcorn instead of some delicious homemade bread is a big “no go” for me. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

10/04/2026: I have now been to MAKU +10 times, and I have not once experienced any food that is not made to perfection. The prices are reasonable, and you get a lot for your money. Always good customer service.

11/04/2026: Excellent service, fast delivery, and exactly on time when I ordered online. I chose the Egyptian kebab sandwich with added baba ganoush, and it was one of those rare cases where it tasted so good I almost started wondering if it could really be gluten free. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I especially recommend this place to anyone with celiac disease who wants to feel safe eating out, and I will definitely come back.

19/03/2026: We are so lucky to have Foodie in our neighborhood. Food tastes just different when it is all handmade. Mohammed bakes all his bread for the day himself and when he runs out of it, he closes the shop for the day. Very cool approach. No better guarantee on freshness. His sandwiches have a unique combination of tastes and flavours that is Egyptian by origin and East-Mediterranean by soul. Juicy, fresh, sharp, yet filling. Super recommended.

13/10/2025: A true little summer treat! 🌞 We went there with my parents and immediately felt at home. The staff was super friendly, even though it's self-service – you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. We all had different pancakes, including some with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream – and they were simply divinely delicious! 😍 The location is beautiful, close to the beach, yet quiet and lovingly designed in the back courtyard. A truly cozy place to breathe and enjoy. Only the cider wasn't quite our taste – probably just unusually sour for German palates 😉 – but that didn't detract from the great overall impression at all. We would come back anytime! 💛

07/11/2025: I can honestly say that the Cappuccino is very good. It is rich with no bitterness, nor was it too bright. Just the perfect middle ground which is hard to achieve.

30/12/2025: Large selection of cakes. We got three large rustic buns with filling for 20 kr. because it was Tuesday. That's a good price. The buns are large, thick, juicy and flavorful. They are very airy for thick buns and have a good amount of seeds. They could use a little more salt, though. The service was sweet, smiling and accommodating despite being very busy. The prices are reasonable and the bakery is well-visited. There is good parking right outside. The macaroon slice was really good - both crispy and juicy. The rum ball had chocolate cake on the outside and was clearly made with cake leftovers like in the old days, but it was a bit boring.

21/12/2025: The sourdoughbread tastes great and the cashier was patient with my (very) little Danish. Unfortunately the kartoffelkage was already empty

21/12/2025: Cute little Nepali restaurant serving delicious food. There’s no alcohol license permit yet, so you will not find a list of alcoholic beverages. However, if you can live with out it then you won’t miss it. The non-alc lemonades and other beverages are excellent!

21/10/2025: The property emphasizes over-cute design over comfort. You had to climb and crawl into the bed which was in a tight niche. There is an overabundance of unnecessary built-in cupboards and niches that take up the space where you could have had easier access to the bed. To make matters worse, a big step separates bed level to bathroom, a hazard if one is groggy at night. Oh, check-in is upside down, on top floor, requiring several unnecessary trips up and down elevator. This is definitely a place for hipsters rather than mature adults

21/10/2025: Before booking, we had looked at other places cheaper than Zoku, but the reviews won us over, and we were right to trust them because it was a fantastic experience. The studio apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, with a spacious shower and a decent-sized bathroom. Plenty of drawers and closets, a very comfortable bed, and a kitchen with a sink, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, an induction stovetop with pots and pans, and a dishwasher. Blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the rooms were soundproofed. The DR BYEN metro station is a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of the city. Below Zoku, you'll find a supermarket open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM where you can find everything you need. Finally, there's a luggage storage room where you can use the laundry machines. The common areas are clean and stylishly furnished!

23/09/2025: Having lived abroad for over three decades this place reminds me of an American diner. Basic goodness and milieu and food served with pride: I had the fish and I can’t wait to return. A limited menu - and do make reservations bc the chef honors the reservations in and that those customers are guaranteed a full choice from the menu. The place gives you the feeling of a home cooked dinner. I enjoyed the wines as well.

04/09/2025: It's not so often we get such friendly and warm staff at a restaurant. Menu is short, which is the best sign of freshness according to me. Veggie burger is astonishing with fresh vegetables and the best veggie patty I've tasted to far. I would come back regularly if I lived here :-)
