10/10/2025: One of the best places I’ve been to, and the food is absolutely delicious, with truly fulfilling portions. It’s run by a lovely owner, and the surroundings are fantastic. I would love to come back again and taste the amazing food highlighted with very family-friendly service.

28/08/2025: We booked a seal tour from Mandö near Mandöpigen. And only realized shortly before departure that the road to Mandö is only passable at low tide. This fact should have been prominently mentioned when booking, not just in the tiny print on the booking confirmation (i.e., after you've already paid). The tour operator showed no willingness to accommodate (e.g., offer a replacement date) and referred to the tiny print on the order confirmation. I don't want to know how many booked trips are canceled in this way, so they can then spontaneously pick up waiting guests and make good money from double-paying for the trip. As I said, I expect such important information in capital letters before I pay. Anything else seems extremely dubious.

26/09/2025: We visited Lyngvig Lighthouse on a Monday afternoon and paid €20.38 for two people. We were up and down again within fifteen minutes. The lighthouse offers beautiful views, and a visit to Denmark should include at least one, but it's not particularly impressive. It wasn't very busy, but the other (mainly German-speaking) visitors were quite noisy. To preserve the charm of the lighthouse and its surroundings, it would be helpful if staff kept a closer eye on this.

24/10/2025: I don't think we were the right audience for this burger. Sometimes it can be a curse to have such good reviews, as it sets your expectations sky high. We ordered their Bacon Cheese Burger, and it disappointed. Everything was fresh and you could taste it was of good quality, but when ketchup is used together with remoulade, it really just tastes like a classic hot dog. I didn't feel like I was eating a burger at all, but really a hot dog from any Danish sausage stand. French fries 5/5, they were sitting right in the cupboard.

30/09/2025: Absolutely. They have a very good selection of delicious breads of top quality. You'll also find a large selection of rolls, croissants, croissants, pastries, and sandwiches. The bakery is open to the public, so you can watch the hardworking men and women at work. The highlight for me are the Tröfler "rum balls." Very finely crafted and delicious. 👍👍👍

The rum balls, which are very finely crafted and flavorful, deserve special mention. The cakes on offer are also highly recommended. The service is always friendly and takes their time with us.

13/09/2025: I came here for lunch and requested if they had a vegetarian option, the server was kind of to provide substitutions and whip up the most delicious vegetarian pizza at the regular lunch price. It was a random find but one of the best pizza in Copenhagen for me

14/09/2025: Loved our evening at Alouette. Oscar did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable throughout the experience- and the food ofcourse was phenomenal. While all dishes were incredible, my partner and I have been talking about their zucchini dish the entire trip, and it's really been a highlight 😊

09/08/2025: Located nicely in the new quarter of Odense harbor, the space is exciting, different as a restaurant, but still cozy. We went for the shrimp and Rosé. With a simple salad, homemade bread and whipped butter, you can already tell that they want it. One thing I noticed was that when the time was up, the waiters came by and said it was about to be the last serving, as there is a wine bar with 8 bottles of white, rose and bubbles, many people go and take a relatively large glass of the bubbles, so that the 2 bottles that have just been opened are emptied... There are 6 other open bottles left, but they still choose to open another bottle of bubbles... I thought that was great style
