28/12/2025: Expensive. And while I haven't personally experienced the arrogance of the staff the stories of my friends do not paint a pretty picture. There are better places to go within the line of sight.

06/12/2025: The food was excellent as it always is! We go there every year for our annual "Julefrokost". The beer options are plentiful and the service is second to none. 10/10 See you next year.

11/01/2026: Lovely café where you can enjoy marshmallows, tea, etc.! Friendly and quick service! The only downside is the price and the fact that the café closes very early at 5:00 PM! I still recommend it though :)

04/12/2025: The atmosphere is truly enchanting, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. It’s hard to evaluate the food quality because it was served cold. With the steak, they didn’t even bother to bring the proper knife. We had to wait a very long time for our food, with no appetizers offered while waiting. The service was cold and unfriendly, which makes me want to avoid this place in the future — especially when it was obvious that local guests were being served quickly and with a smile. It’s such a shame that such a beautiful place is ruined by poor service. Even empty glasses that were clearly no longer needed were left on our table.

07/03/2026: We were quite disappointed with the food. The menu said chicken sandwich, but what came to the table was actually just an open-faced pizza! exactly like you can get at a regular pizzeria for much cheaper money. It was not at all what we had expected. The prices are generally very high compared to the quality and what you are served. It simply does not add up. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was good, but unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations at all.

22/11/2025: The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The service was top notch. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional – just as you would hope. The decor is very modern and cosy. All in all, a restaurant I can highly recommend – both for the food, the service and the atmosphere.

08/08/2025: We had a wedding on the first of August. There were more than 20 people. Everything went great. The chef kept what he promised. Even more. He is amazing. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, both for relaxation and events.

07/08/2025: I wanted Italian tonight and when I was in Vejle, Tosacana came up on the list of Italian restaurants, so I tried it. It is located in a hidden building, but has been beautifully restored inside and out. New Beatlings parking right outside. Was welcomed by a fresh young hostess and got a table right away. There was only one other table occupied on this ordinary Wednesday evening and a couple came later during lunch. I chose a pasta dish and it was unbeatable, so delicious and huge. Got a carafe of cold water and some bread with butter and olive pesto as an appetizer. Calm and pleasant atmosphere during the entire meal and the staff were attentive to us customers and came over and asked if everything was as it should be. I pay a reasonable price for food of that caliber and I am sure I will come again.

09/01/2026: Finally we found a place in Vendsyssel where they served fresh fish. Excellent service and the fish was deliciously prepared. Not the last time we visit Cafe Fisk on our holidays in North Jutland.

02/03/2026: We were on holiday in Denmark and took a day trip to Aarhus on a Monday, where we visited the street food stalls. The atmosphere was nice, the food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and ordering by mobile phone was convenient. If the opportunity arises again, we would definitely visit again.

28/02/2026: Great selection of various types of street food, nice options for beer both craft and local, as well as cocktail and drink options. Mixing and matching here is a great way to enjoy an evening with friends.

26/05/2025: Stopped by this lovely little bakery and honestly, I’m already planning my next visit. The coffee was absolutely amazing—I had an oat flat white and it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right temperature. Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. I also treated myself to a slice of cheesecake, and wow… it was incredible. Creamy, rich, with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite left me wanting more. If I didn’t have to leave, I’d probably still be sitting there with a second slice and another flat white! The vibe in the bakery was warm and welcoming—definitely the kind of place you could spend a slow morning or afternoon. Highly recommend to any coffee and dessert lover.

24/05/2025: Went to 2 stores multiple times while we were on a short break in Copenhagen. Can thoroughly recommend the coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The stores can get busy a peak times but the efficient and polite staff know how to cope.

19/10/2025: What a lovely and small campsite and in the most beautiful nature. There is the possibility of all nature experiences in the forest and on the water. We have had an autumn season with a caravan and it has been great. Camping dads and mums are so welcoming, smiling, friendly and their staff as well. A very beautiful place that we will definitely visit again - so THANK YOU and see you again. 👍❤️

19/10/2025: We visited the campsite for the first time, but not the last time. We were on one of the viewing pitches, which was a pleasure. The weather was also good, so we got full value for money. Good service and cleaning of the service building in order. We ate in the café both Friday and Saturday evening. Saturday was the closing party with great entertainment. Thanks for the experience. We will be back.

10/10/2025: We went on a seal and oyster safari as a staff trip. We had an absolutely fantastic day filled with wonderful nature experiences. Poul Erik and Anja were sweet and helpful. Poul Erik is a great communicator of interesting information about wildlife and the area and very patient in answering our many questions. Huge recommendation from here.

28/08/2025: We booked a seal tour from Mandö near Mandöpigen. And only realized shortly before departure that the road to Mandö is only passable at low tide. This fact should have been prominently mentioned when booking, not just in the tiny print on the booking confirmation (i.e., after you've already paid). The tour operator showed no willingness to accommodate (e.g., offer a replacement date) and referred to the tiny print on the order confirmation. I don't want to know how many booked trips are canceled in this way, so they can then spontaneously pick up waiting guests and make good money from double-paying for the trip. As I said, I expect such important information in capital letters before I pay. Anything else seems extremely dubious.
