De bedste restauranter

21/09/2025: I ordered braised pork with rice, which was a huge disappointment! The food was not up to Taiwanese standards at all: the food was tasteless, there were thick layers of fat that had a rubbery texture and the meat was not tender! All in all, a completely indifferent experience at an expensive price. Not recommended.

10/09/2025: On a day trip to Copenhagen, I specifically chose a Taiwanese restaurant to experience Taiwanese cuisine. The broth was good, and the noodles were average, about 75% authentic (perhaps because I didn't grow up eating beef noodles with cilantro). The restaurant seemed pretty busy; I arrived around 6 PM and it still felt busy. The front desk staff weren't Taiwanese, but I heard the owner is from Taipei. Overall, it's highly recommended, although a bit out of the city center.

29/09/2025: This was the last of 3 hotels I stayed while spending 2 weeks in Denmark. Arriving, I was a little put off that there was only one person working at the desk, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the reception area myself. The few days I stayed, I loved seeing the two faces I recognized and knowing them by name. Julia and Alex. The hotel was beautiful! My room was lovely, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, the towels were hung on a towel warmer. The bed was comfortable, the windows with a large window sill was nice to sit to look outside, where I could see rides going from Tivoli Gardens. I used room service just to receive tea in my room. However, there is a kuereg coffee maker and coffee available and a refrigerator in the room. I loved I was able to walk to where I wanted to go.

18/10/2025: Cozy little cafe with a nice atmosphere. The girls behind the counter were nice, and the food tasted great, and there was plenty of it. We couldn't finish it, and one of the girls asked if we wanted it in a bag to take home. We didn't want it, but it was nice of her to ask. The prices were completely fair. Healthy place, with the opportunity to try something new. Thank you.

10/10/2025: In the middle of the coffee shop, you can get it. Morgenmaden was fantastic, very light, and there was a lot of forskellige muligheder. Fra croissant and bread with yoghurt and pandekager, æg and smørbart, nødder and frugt. Betjeningen was super cheap. And you can see the angels, Dansk and Tysk, he communicates with the problem. Så he is interested in suing her. We're happy to come back to this place. Tak for bordet og en afslapde morningmad One of the most wonderful cafes we have visited. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, incredibly delicious, and there were so many different options. From croissants and bread to yogurt and pancakes, eggs and spreads, nuts and fruit. The service was super friendly. And if you speak English, Danish, and German, communication is no problem. So, there's nothing to complain about here. We would come back anytime. Thank you for the table and a relaxing breakfast. One of the most wonderful cafés we've visited. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, incredibly delicious, and there were so many different options. 17/06/2025: Small cozy café in Kjellerup. We had Wiener schnitzel and Paris steak. Everything was as it should be. Fresh ingredients and they make an effort. Can highly recommend the young people. We will come again.

05/08/2025: Absolutely worth the visit! loved the Bánh Mi with chicken it was delicious, also the Vietnamese Iced Coffee reminds me of authenticity of Vietnam🤩 Absolutely a 10 out of 5 points!! 10/10 can only recommend also the owner is very kind and helpful

23/09/2025: My date and I were planning on going to a coffee house but it was closed, so we walked a block and spotted this place... Definitely a feast of an experience! Not only my first restaurant in Denmark, also my first time trying Ethiopian cuisine! We ended up getting the meat sampler and the veggie sampler, all beautifully laid out on a giant plate to share, with so many different flavors to experience. The service was sweet and attentive, the decor was interesting, and the place had a wonderful cozy feel to it. A fantastic meal to share over some excellent conversation! 😊

25/06/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. My friend and I visited the Sydhavnen location for the first time, planning to join the crash course we’d seen online. From the start, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we asked about the course, the staff member pointed at the payment machine without greeting or explanation. After signing the waiver, we asked where to find the group and where to change, but the lack of basic courtesy and effort to guide us felt unprofessional. Only after returning did the staff inform us the crash course was cancelled for the summer. Instead, we got a brief, indifferent intro about the track levels. Even when we asked about the chalk powder lying around, they didn’t bother to explain. The unwelcoming atmosphere made us want to leave, but we stayed out of determination not to let the poor service ruin the day. Customer service needs real improvement here. We’ll be visiting a different location next time.

07/10/2025: Great food and service. The Storm Stjerneskud and Fish & Chips are unforgettable. Great atmosphere. If you happen to be in Aabenraa, you have to go and try them!

13/10/2025: A super delicious experience with food in the cozy back rooms with the stained glass windows, cozy "old-fashioned" waiters from the old school, super cozy with a cheeky remark and good service but but but cola from 2 liter bottles is a no go that Ingier can upgrade so you would have gotten 5 stars but a really delicious shrimp cocktail and old-fashioned beef roast with delicious side dishes. See you soon again

29/07/2025: We ordered a light lunch at the hatch to the dock and ate right down to the water. Cozy place where you can follow the activity from the canoe rental and the departure of the Hjeleselskabet. Unfortunately, there were only 2 people working that day around noon and it was easy to notice. It took a long time before we got the food, which consisted of a Panini and Fish & Chips. The Panini was excellent, but prefabricated and it was not possible to choose the contents. There was confusion about delivery, as no clear number was called out. The price is on the high end, especially for Fish & Chips.

27/09/2025: Truly incredible sandwiches at a reasonable price. So much flavour and filling. It’s what Joe and the Juice wishes it could be. We didn’t try the burgers.

23/08/2025: We got takeaway. 4 x Tapas, gambas pil pil and a pizza. We were disappointed. Tapas looked like it had been made many hours in advance. Dry cucumber slices and cheese bars. It was just a sad and boring tapas. Pizza OK, gambas shrimp did not live up to expectations either. So will not have anything but pizza as takeaway here next time.
