11/09/2026: I’ve been coming to Slottes Kaffebar regularly for the past four months and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, today was different. I came in with my two small children, with my baby sleeping in the stroller. I placed the stroller by the window, where it wasn’t blocking anyone or any passage, but I was told that strollers were not allowed inside for safety reasons. No alternative place to leave the stroller was offered. I completely understand if strollers are not allowed inside, but I found it disappointing that this had never been an issue during my previous visits and that no alternative was suggested. Being alone with two small children, I simply had to leave and go to another café. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

10/09/2026: Decided to make a quick coffee pit stop before heading to the castle and Slotted Kaffebar did not disappoint. The ladies behind the counter were super nice and the place was super cozy. Makes me want to come back with my laptop and work from here! Decided to taste test the cardamon roll to compare it with the Swedish version. Again, can't compare as both were quite yummy. This one was a bit more doughy and had sugar on top vs the Swedish one. Definitely recommend as a pit stop before or after the castle!

08/09/2026: The pasta was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! 🍝 The pizza was also really good, and the tiramisu was a lovely way to finish the meal. Overall, everything was tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

30/08/2026: Five star food, five star service and five star price... Too often Michelin star restaurants disappoint, and one leaves thinking "Why do we still do this?" Not with The Samuel. Everything was pretty much impeccable, including great presentation of wines and cheeses, the quality of which is in a category of its own. Thank you to everyone involved for giving our party of six a memorable experience.

17/07/2026: 5 generations of smokers. Professionals who are passionate about fish and customer experiences. Fresh fish is smoked every day. They start smoking at 3:30 am every night to have fresh products and the experience of the fish being taken out while you eat lunch. Wide selection.

15/07/2026: The smoked fish is so good! We tried the "smoke duet" for two and we both loved it. Unfortunately they were out of herring when we arrived (around 18:30) but we got another smoked mackerel instead. The view overlooking the ocean was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. There wasn't a kid's menu so the portions were a bit big for a child. Would definitely recommend a visit if you want to eat at a røgeri in Bornholm. The smoked salmon was the best I've ever had! Loved the different sauces as well.

04/09/2026: This is the best steak restaurant in the city!! We had Green Asparagus Risotto, Green Salad, CHULETÓN (shared by two adults), Tenderloin and pasta for our 7 years son. All the food was so delicious. The service was excellent and foods served very fast. The staff were very professional and friendly. If you are looking for a nice lunch&dinner as a couple or with family, this is a MUST go restaurant. We also had a chance to chat with the owner, he makes sure everything is excellent!

01/09/2026: What a lovely restaurant! Really enjoyed the experience from start to finish and the service was excellent. This was a great place to finish our trip to Copenhagen and would recommend visiting if you’re in the area. The tenderloin and crème brûlée were amazing!

19/08/2026: Wow, just wow. I could describe the service and food with one word: flawless. When the reviews say Tina and Eric are outstanding in their hospitality, it is entirely true. We even got to tour their kitchen and meet their team. Eric made me laugh throughout the entire meal, and each dish was served by the chef who prepared it, which was such a nice touch. I really enjoyed my experience, and I hope to see you guys in Singapore!

07/07/2026: One of the most unique dining experiences there is. Unique surroundings and decor in an older family hotel, but the restaurant delivers on all parameters and fully deserves the 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Michelin

11/08/2026: Really delicious open sandwiches. We had looked at the size of the open sandwiches that the other tables were served and they looked a bit small. Ours was too, so it's a bit expensive if you have to have two pieces each. We ended up with 450 kr. for two pieces of open sandwiches, a glass of elderflower and a beer. I don't think we'll do that again. But nice place, really good service and good food.

02/08/2026: Cozy place, with a nice atmosphere and good food - open sandwiches, although on the expensive side, considering the size / price... 129 kr. For a medium-sized potato dish with a little onion and bacon and a flower on top, here you pay just as much for the coziness, the atmosphere and the place as such.
