22/02/2025: Heel leuk om hier te zitten en te eten. Het was er druk, deceetgelegenheden ernaast waren bijna leeg. Ook buiten kan he zitten er zijn heaters maar wij mochten binnen zitten. Hrt eten is erg lekker. Ik had de ananasburger en dronk n Niels. De prijzen zijn ook prima. Al met al een superervaring.
20/02/2025: Even though they did not have any free tables indoors, it was ok to sit outside with heated chair covers, blankets and heaters. The staff did a great job facilitating everyone and was very service minded. All 5 of us were super satisfied with our burgers and drinks, and can really recommend this small but geniune place.

19/02/2025: A very nice restaurant, cosy and "hyggelig" where you can enjoy delicious food. The Service is good and can help wich wine to pick ro the food. Polite, smiling, and observant. You will not regret it It is worth every cent.

23/03/2025: Lovely relaxed bar, lots of craft beers & regular pilsners. Sunday they give you free cake so what not to love? There’s games to play & the staff are knowledgeable & friendly. Opens at 14:00 so a great place to stop after wandering around all morning

27/03/2025: After many visits to Røgeriet over many years, today was our last. Waiter is Norwegian and cannot answer orders. The hot food was cold and the accompanying bread was inedible.

25/03/2025: It was our first Michelin starred restaurant experience and will go down as one of our most cherished memory
The attention to detail from plating to drink pairings, while the staff explains to you how, where and why the ingredients were sourced, they almost envisualise for you a journey of the food until it hits your palate.
This is fine dining at its best, and if you want to experience masters of their craft, this is where you go.
My hat tip to the entire staff and chef, keep up the good stuff
19/03/2025: IT WAS INCREDIBLE ✨ 10/10 cuisine with the room service which follows perfectly as well as the wines which go wonderfully with the dishes! I will come back for sure!

25/03/2025: The only thing wrong with this place is that there isn’t more space. I tend to stay away from places close to tourist destinations or main party streets, but the food here is honestly really good. 👍🏻

06/04/2025: Delicious Danish open sandwiches with a twist. We had a course consisting of two types of herring, salmon, breaded plaice fillet, tenderloin, homemade chicken salad and ended with a warm (!) kransekage. Everything was well prepared and the service was attentive. The only downside was the somewhat high noise level, we were glad that there were only two of us at the table. A good experience.
04/04/2025: With Jutland ancestry, it takes a lot to get 5 stars, but they get it at Schønnemann for the service and thanks to the waiter "Michael". A pleasure with a spark of sarcasm, seasoned with all-time mood and humor, makes the visit extra worthwhile. Food is also top notch, so the place can only be recommended.
