08/08/2025: loyal customers since they opened on street food but the quality has gone down sadly. please fix it whatever you did. potato’s and burger isn’t as tasty as usual. i hope you’ll go back to your old ways or improve upon that while still keeping efficiency. i’m sorry i can’t put a finger on what it is that’s gone down.

08/08/2025: Best vegan and glutenfree burger! Sooo delicious!! Kombucha ist also very tasty. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff.

01/08/2025: Really good experience. The food is as good as open sandwiches can get, and the same goes for service and schnapps. You just have to be prepared to spend around 700 kroner per nose, for the full experience, with room to add on top. Which is well spent if you're into that kind of thing.

13/07/2025: The most delicious open sandwiches are served here. We ordered 2 pieces each. They were really big portions, so we could have easily just had one piece, but it was delicious. The place is very special, kept in the original old style. It is a really good idea to book a table, as the place is well visited.

29/07/2025: As a foreigner from Austria, you are treated like an unwelcome visitor. An older employee yelled at us, first in Danish and then in English, telling us not to open the door, as only four people are allowed in the store at a time. However, you can't see through the massive door to determine how many people are in the store; you would have to open the door, which isn't allowed. To me, it seemed more like a targeted xenophobic attack against foreigners from the South—which we are, after all. I can't comment on the quality of the food; we couldn't order anything.

16/07/2025: The food is always super delicious and the staff is always nice and welcoming! You need to know English at some of the stalls, hence (only) 4 stars - I speak fluent English but for people without English language skills there could be problems Remember to ask about allergies or have medication with you 🫶 (Lactose intolerance)

01/07/2025: Super good burgers! In a city with many burger bars you have to do something different. Here you can get something that others may not have. I got one with pork roast. It was really good with juicy meat and crispy swords. The fries were nice and light but completely crispy! And then you can get delicious IPA on tap. What more do you need? The price is completely fair

30/06/2025: A different Stjerneskud in good quality. Smagshuset in Brande has made their own version of a Stjerneskud, with ingredients that you don't normally associate with this dish. We arrived at 13:40 and 13:46 ordered 2 Stjerneskud with a pilsner and an ale. 10 minutes later it was served. So impressively fast that you could fear that it was compromising the quality. First impression was that something must be missing, because it doesn't look like a shooting star usually does. The base consisted of some bread that didn't do much, and if it was fried in butter, there wasn't much butter on the pan and it hadn't had many seconds. It could do better. The bread was spread with a thin layer of salmon rillette. It tasted really good. On top of this was one of the surprises, a celery remulade with capers. One of the orders came with this remoulade on the side, which meant we could taste it without it being mixed with the other ingredients. A nice remoulade, but not comparable to a regular remoulade. I could have liked the capers. On top of the celery remoulade were 2 butter-fried fish fillets that were wonderfully fresh and fried just right so they were juicy. Fortunately, the panko breading was not too thick, as you sometimes experience. I could have thought of a steamed fish, which you usually get in a shooting star. On top of the fish there were some hand-peeled shrimp. They were good and flavorful but they had been saved a little too much. 5-6 more and it would have been appropriate. Nice with fresh salad and dill and fortunately in the right amount. What gooseberries do on that plate beyond decoration is unknown. In terms of taste, it added nothing to the dish. When you take a good bite of it all to taste how it all fits together, you get a lovely experience of fresh and flavorful ingredients. But also a surprise, as it doesn't taste like a shooting star usually does. It tasted good but different. The salmon rillette disappears in the other taste impressions, perhaps because there was too little butter on it. Too bad because it had a good taste that goes well with the fish. The shooting star could have been a little bigger, and it could have been done with the steaming fish. 175,- for this shooting star is a reasonable price. So the grade ends at a small 4/5. Polite staff but I missed them asking about the food.

28/06/2025: Cozy terrace and inside. When the staff became attentive they were nice and friendly. The food was not bad. 165 kr I have rarely had such a boring salad with chicken. The chicken tasted quite fatty and the meat would have been better if it had been a piece of breast. No tomatoes just lettuce and a few peas the fried chicken 🙈🙈🙈a little dressing at the bottom and I couldn't spot the parsley either 👀👀👀 it won't be there I eat another time but probably more just a drink unfortunately

26/07/2025: I think it would be good to order alone. The price is expensive. The taste is satisfactory. The service is good. It was quiet so I went in. The best for a late lunch.

21/07/2025: Undoubtedly the best Indian food in Denmark. Everything here is prepared from scratch and no pre cooked sauces are used which makes the food really stand out. Chicken Biryani is extraordinary and unmatched in Denmark. Unfortunately no Indian restaurant in Copenhagen is even close to food served in this restaurant.

20/07/2025: One of the best South Indian food that I’ve ever had in Denmark.. It’s a family run restaurant and the perfect host and cook combo would make sure that you feel at home. Now I understand why every review is so emotionally driven 🥲 Highly recommended !!

06/08/2025: We were here on August 5, 2025, during our Denmark vacation. It was already quite busy around 2 p.m. We had to wait about five minutes for a table. The service was very nice and friendly. The food took a while to arrive, but that's no surprise given the crowds. We had two plaice with potatoes, and the kids had the fish frikadellen with fries. Everyone got a soft drink. We paid €88, which is perfectly reasonable. The food was very good. Really fresh, and the portions were plenty big. The only negative thing I noticed was that the drinks were served in plastic cups.
