03/11/2026: Before booking this experience, I came across a review that said there is no place quite like Alchemist. Having experienced it myself, I couldn't agree more. Alchemist is not just a restaurant. It is so much more. It is a place where food, science, art, technology, philosophy, imagination, and storytelling come together in an extraordinary symphony. An experience unlike anything I've ever encountered, and an evening I will remember for the rest of my life.

26/07/2026: A most charming place. Tasty food, comfy atmosphere, and a most wonderful host making you feel welcomed for every second of your stay. A playing corner for the kids made it a wholesome experience as we could enjoy our meal while our son could also enjoy the food and explore the toys without being tied to the table. A great place.

23/07/2026: Stopped here on the way to Stevns Klint for a quick lunch, and it almost became the highlight of the day! Tasty food, super friendly service, and cozy decor with all second-hand items and furniture. Highly recommended!!

22/09/2026: We stayed at One Ten Providence in August during our trip to Copenhagen, and we had a truly wonderful time. The place is beautifully appointed, intimate, and welcoming, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious, and we also loved the wines. A key part of the evening was definitely Bjorn, the owner, who welcomed us with incredible kindness. He was thoughtful, friendly, and made us feel right at home. His wife, the chef, is truly amazing! It was one of those dinners you fondly remember not just for what you ate, but for the entire experience and the people you met. If we return to Copenhagen, we'll definitely visit them again.

21/09/2026: Great breakfast. Try the breakfast muffin with scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon. Very friendly staff. Fun classic rock and roll music while you eat. If you were a hippie in the 60's and early 70's you'll love it. You will even if you weren't.

14/10/2026: This is a great spot for galettes, cider and other French foods in Copenhagen. The galettes were crispy and came quickly. The prices were very good as well.

10/10/2026: Really delicious focaccia-style pizzas, different than everything else one can get in Lyngby. I love the one with potatoes, rosemary and bacon, it's a hit every time. Prepared quickly, fresh, awesome. Very cozy ambience for eating in the pizzeria as well

20/08/2026: Superb food - best cooking during our stay in Aarhus (and we ate in some great restaurants !) Imaginative dishes, using high quality ingredients and beautifully put together. An amazing wine list - the glasses they recommended to go with specific dishes were really clever pairings. A restaurant that really knows what it is doing!

27/08/2026: The intimate and pleasant atmosphere is set in a small basement, but there are also some outdoor tables. The usual good beers and merchandise are available.

04/10/2026: food was lovely and fresh - pardon peppers and serrano ham freshly (accompanied with gorgeous warm sourdough) - and great wine selections and recommendations. such kind, interested and hospitable service from two lovely gentleman. would certainly return, for the service and also to try the other lovely looking food (thin crust pizzas and cheeseboards)

05/09/2026: Super delicious food! Not a single word about the quality. Unfortunately, the interior design is super boring. It's very provincial, which doesn't match the quality. Good atmosphere, but poor acoustics.

04/09/2026: We were a group of 10 people who visited Malt on September 3rd. We had booked a table well in advance, and had indicated our menu wishes in advance. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the distribution of our sandwiches worked flawlessly. The food was absolutely fantastic, everyone agreed, the service was very friendly and attentive. When we were about to leave, someone had mixed up my jacket with theirs, and since my car and front door keys were in it, it was a mess. But here a fantastic staff stepped in, called everyone who had been to the restaurant with us, and they got my jacket back. What a service, it goes far beyond what you can expect. We will definitely be back. Michael.
