11/08/2025: We were very well received, the interior of the bar is truly charming, the gin menu is monumental, they are truly specialists, we were entitled to beautiful detailed explanations on the quality of a tonic and a tasting of their selection. A 100% recommendation for all lovers of quality cocktails. Bravo and thank you for their professionalism

22/02/2025: Relaxing, quiet, and cozy.....Appetizer - very creative, giving taste buds something to look forward to. And the main dish - wow, waking all the senses, mouth watering, both filling yet light on the stomach. The house red wine complimented the dinner superbly. Friendly, informative, and prompt service with a smile. Reasonably priced. Every good reason to visit again. See you!

16/02/2025: Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at nyde en søndagsmiddag på Kollerup Mølle Kro, og det var en virkelig dejlig oplevelse! Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af den hyggelige og charmerende atmosfære på kroen. Det er en helt speciel stemning her, med den historiske bygning og den varme indretning, der får en til at føle sig velkommen med det samme. Vi valgte den 3-retters menu, og maden var virkelig lækker. Hver ret var både smukt anrettet og smagte vidunderligt. Jeg kunne især godt lide forretten, som var frisk og velsmagende, og hovedretten – en saftig steg med perfekt tilbehør – var lige hvad man håbede på. Desserten var en skøn afslutning på måltidet, let og sød uden at være for tung. Betjeningen var også upåklagelig. Personalet var opmærksomme, venlige og gjorde alt for at sikre, at vi havde en god oplevelse. Det føltes næsten som at spise hjemme hos nogen, der virkelig tager sig tid til at forkæle gæsterne. Alt i alt var det en fantastisk middag, og jeg kan klart anbefale Kollerup Mølle Kro til en hyggelig og lækker søndagsmiddag. Jeg ser frem til at komme tilbage og opleve det igen!

10/08/2025: A good place to come after visiting the aquarium. Plenty of tables both inside and outside. Portions are very generous and food is very fresh (we went to chicken salad and loved it). The staff seem overworked / stretched - looks like they could do with additional person as they forgot about our order. After waiting for 20 minutes I approached to check and discovered the omission. The service was the least polite we've had so far at Copenhagen, but portion size and quality of food were surprisingly good.

22/07/2025: A beautiful little gem with a perfect location in the middle of the city. Whether you want to sit outside or inside, the setting is beautiful. It's a small place, but that's what makes it unique. It's handmade and they pay attention to the details. Everything is homemade. The selection of bread, coffee, tea, cakes and other goodies is large. Friendly, smiling staff with a twinkle in their ear. The place is child-friendly. They serve gluten-free bread. It's definitely worth a visit♡

22/07/2025: If you like good freshly ground black coffee and other coffee varieties, then the Kaffebaren in Vestergade, Silkeborg is a must. As Special Agent Dale Cooper from the TV series "Twin Peaks" said: "Damn fine cup of coffee" & "Damn good coffee"☕ I can't remember having tasted better coffee and on that point I remember well! The coffee is PERFECTLY made and there are many local regular customers who either come by on their way to work and just need a "to go" or just want to start the day in the best way with "the world's best coffee" and recharge, either in the small cozy room or sit outside and enjoy life in the pedestrian street. Our best recommendations from here. Can't wait for the afternoon coffee and morning coffee tomorrow.

29/06/2025: Perfect drinks & a great vibe! Curfew is an absolute must for all cocktail lovers. The drinks are top-notch – creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully served. The service was incredibly warm, and the friendly Greek team made the evening especially special. Great atmosphere, great people – we'll definitely be back!

30/03/2025: Abbiamo provato tante diverse pizzerie in città, alla ricerca della pizza autentica, e finalmente l’abbiamo trovata! Un pezzetto d’Italia a Odense. Pizza dough di qualità, e ingredienti tipici. Semplicità e autenticità. E ottimo servizio. Solo take away, ma di sicuro non sarà l’ultima volta. Il proprietario Filippo e la figlia sono stati gentilissimi. Una piccola perla italiana in Danimarca.

16/07/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed the Maritime Museum! This is another example of how Denmark is leading the way in making museums appealing to children. We're not particularly fond of maritime history, but this museum makes you want to know everything about the history of shipping. It's an impressive place where you can wander among gigantic ships and beautiful galleries. It's a true paradise for children: the play area is super fun and creatively designed — our kids didn't want to leave! The exploration of the museum made everything even more fun and interactive, although we had to ask for it ourselves, as it wasn't offered spontaneously at the ticket office (probably because we spoke a different language? It was indeed available in English). The "boat in a bottle" workshop was also a great success: for about 6 euros, you get a fun, guided craft experience and a lovely souvenir to take home. The only downside: the staff at the entrance weren't very friendly to us, which is a shame in such a child-friendly museum. But once inside, you quickly forget about that. The staff at the workshop and café were incredibly helpful. In short: highly recommended for families who love adventure, games, and stories at sea!
