01/11/2025: Really nice experience. From the outside it really doesn’t look like much, but the interior is quite different and nice. But nonetheless, we weren’t really there for the interior or the atmosphere, we were there because of a recommendation from a Turkish family friend. We were told that the usta of the store was very talented, and that the etli ekmek here was meshur. And it sure was. We ordered five different kinds to try a little bit of everything and we were very impressed with everything. The kusbasi was our favorite, but the other flavors were great too, with the sucuk one being the most “boring”. But no matter what toppings they would add, the real quality is in the dough and the preparation. The dough is perfectly thin, crispy and nicely charred. The oven is a nice stone oven, and the preparation technique is just like in Turkey. A shame they’re based in Albertslund, but honestly really really worth the drive from Copenhagen. Super delicious and quite a hidden gem to be honest. I’ve never had such good pide or etli ekmek here I Denmark. No one here takes the craft as seriously as Görkem usta it seems, with the right oven setup and handwork involved. I will recommend Görkem for anyone.

12/11/2025: Surprisingly delicious and tasty vegetarian food, which was beautifully prepared. I would however recommend buying bread as it was a bit difficult to get full otherwise. We struggled a bit with the music, which we found too loud. But we managed to turn it down. The place is very small, which is cozy, but you also have to be prepared to sit close together. Luckily, four of us sat in the back room, which was great. The food could have been served faster, but that wasn't a problem. They were also very attentive, which can be a problem in many places. So 4 ⭐️ where the most important thing is that the food is delicious.

06/12/2025: You're probably wondering why you've given it three stars when the location is 5, the service 5 and the rooms 4. It's because you never feel alone. It's creepy. Footsteps in the hallway, noise in the parking lot, and no one is there. So if you want a ghost hotel, this is perfect.

05/08/2025: Very cozy place, where we were 7 guests who ordered and got several different dishes, common to them was that they were good and plentiful. We came at 10 am when they opened, and we had the place to ourselves.

25/07/2025: Lovely cozy café, with a clear selection, both for lunch and coffee. I had a salad with hot smoked salmon. Rarely eaten such a well-prepared, varied and tasty salad served appetizingly, on beautiful service. Fast service. Will definitely come again when I go to Ringkøbing!

23/11/2025: The food was super good. The service was really nice, happy staff who greeted us in a good way. The atmosphere at the restaurant in Odense city - not what we had imagined. The toilet smelled clearly of vomit and urine, and appeared dirty. The group next to us had the all-inclusive package, and were so drunk and shouted and screamed that the remaining guests were disturbed. We could barely talk at our table, which was right next to it. Our evening and the atmosphere at the table were far from what we wanted because of the group next to us. The staff did not act like a drunk party, but instead poured even more alcohol on them as ordered - since they had all-inclusive.

13/11/2025: The transformer station is just a fantastic place to have a party, it's cozy and the premises are top notch. I had the best party, but good wine and nice, skilled waiters. Everything just worked.

12/09/2025: We held a wedding party with reception and food at Transformerstationen last Friday with just over 50 guests. It was a great success, and everyone I spoke to had a good experience. This is not least due to the team behind Transformerstationen, including their waiters and bartenders. Simon was really good at sparring with us about the preparations for the party. And the waiters and bartenders (Christian, Emilie, Sebastian and Victor) were very service-minded, helpful and professional throughout. We thank you for a wonderful day and give our warmest recommendations :)

02/11/2025: It was surprisingly cozy considering the large space. Beautiful place. And we had delicious food and good wine. Afterwards we came back and enjoyed cocktails, wine and beer. Super nice place.

02/10/2025: You have to look for something that tastes like dog food. The fried potatoes were half-cooked, served with the skin on in a bowl of melted butter! But not fried in any way. The mushroom sauce had almost no mushrooms but lots of flour. The meat was half-dry and boring. And so it went on. It was indescribably bad. Most highway cafeterias do better.
