08/10/2026: Hidden gem. Located in centrēta of Copenhagen but little bit off the tourist routes. Loved the food and atmosphere. Service was fast and kind. Nice interior. Lamb was delicious but rissoto was too watery. Small plate with antipasti was great. Liked also small apetizer that was compliment from the chef. Tiramisu might be better, not the best I have had.

04/09/2026: We spontaneously went to the bar and it was exactly as we had hoped. The two ladies at the bar were very friendly and the rolls were delicious; being able to help ourselves to them in the kitchen was a very nice touch – the prices were really very fair.

12/10/2026: I got a durum, and it hit the spot. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, the flatbread crispy, and there was plenty of filling without it falling apart. The chili dressing gave a nice kick without being overpowering. Fast and friendly service. A solid choice when hunger strikes – I'll be back.

25/10/2026: My partner and I randomly walked into Dexter’s on a busy night. It was completely packed and we were actually hesitant to stay, but Dexter himself warmly stopped us. He acknowledged it was full but invited us to hang out at the corner of the bar with him. I'm so glad we did. His energy is just so warm and happy. He had us laughing and made the whole experience feel really personal. You can tell he's a great leader because the entire staff works as a fantastic, friendly team. The drinks are amazing with a great Caribbean and African focus, and they have a huge selection of beers and ciders. Dexter even treated us to his own Jamaican-style 'Dexter’s shot.' An amazing spot for great drinks, music, and hospitality. Highly recommend.

02/11/2026: A dream place for gluten-allergic people, but their cardamom rolls unfortunately didn’t appeal to my taste! Are you gluten-allergic and have trouble finding a bakery where you can freely choose between different types of baked goods? Then HUG in Paris should be one of your first stops! It’s rare that I come across a bakery with such a wide selection of gluten-free products. We’re not just talking about bread here, but also cakes and pastries that are usually hard to find in gluten-free versions. And the best part? They proudly write on the wall: “Don’t worry, everything you find in this shop is gluten-free.” How amazing that people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease have a place like this! I don’t have a diagnosed gluten allergy myself, but I have friends who are gluten-intolerant, so I thought it was interesting to try their selection. Their gluten-free bread was a positive surprise. It wasn't nearly as dry as gluten-free bread is often, and you can have it sliced, so it's easy to take home. But now for the cardamom roll… I'm a bit of a cardamom roll enthusiast and have tasted about 30 different varieties in Copenhagen alone. So I was naturally curious to try a gluten-free version in Paris. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. To me, it simply didn't taste like a cardamom roll. Cardamom was hard to find, and the flavor was much more vanilla-like. The consistency was also significantly different than what I associate with a classic cardamom roll. Of course, baking without gluten is a challenge, and I have great respect for bakers who work with alternative ingredients. But I still think that the flavor should have a clear connection to the baked goods you're trying to recreate. I actually only ended up eating half of it. And believe me, it wasn’t because of a lack of appetite! I’ll happily eat two or three good cardamom rolls from a regular bakery if they’re tasty enough. But I simply didn’t want to finish this version, and I wouldn’t order it again. My overall rating: HUG deserves high praise for offering an impressive selection of gluten-free baked goods. For people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, it must be a fantastic experience to visit a bakery where the entire range is gluten-free. Their bread was a positive experience, and the concept is excellent. The cardamom roll, on the other hand, was far from my personal favorite, both in terms of taste and consistency. But one disappointing cardamom roll shouldn’t overshadow what HUG does well. A highly recommended stop for anyone looking for gluten-free baked goods in Paris!

30/10/2026: Great bakery for celiacs. I planned on coming here every morning but the service was cold so I didn’t bother coming back. Keep up the great bakery work though!

28/10/2026: Definitely in my top 3 of the best pizza places I've been to. So cozy and super good food. Unfortunately you're always so busy but that's just a sign that there are others besides me who like it. I come here every time I'm in Copenhagen for work. I come all the way from Aalborg. 29/08/2026: A hidden gem in Copenhagen. Amazing pizza at a surprisingly affordable price. The place is small and cozy; keep in mind that they don’t take reservations. Definitely worth a visit!
