28/06/2025: Excellent Danish food in a charming atmosphere. I had the steak and my husband had the pork roast. We skipped the starters but both had desert. Everything was incredible! Arrival was a bit confusing as there is no one downstairs to greet you, but there was a fully set table. We finally figured out to climb the stairs to the second floor and were promptly seated (we had reservations that we made online. The building is extremely old, with slanting floors and rough walls. It all added to the wonderful experience.

24/06/2025: The atmosphere was fantastic. Quaint, inviting, and rich. The owners are beyond kind and would come back here every day.

10/06/2025: Very cozy restaurant, with very tasty food and nice wine. Service was great: friendly, good and clear explanation and with delicious suggestions. Only point of criticism: the menu was not very easy to read (small letters on a gray background vs little light).

07/06/2025: We went here for our anniversary meal & we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely outstanding, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked a table a few weeks beforehand after reading the reviews & Im pleased we did as alot of people who just turned up were turned away. A must go to place when in Copenhagen!

19/03/2025: We were here for a delicious dinner between colleagues. We had Mont d’or cheese cooked to perfection, truffle sausage and Cebo Ham. To drink we had a delicious Lebanese Red Wine which I can highly recommend. The host is wonderful, you feel at home here. (The bread is also fantastic) Thank you for the delicious food We will be back soon

03/06/2025: Hands down one of the best meals of my life. I am part of a foodies group called Hungries which has a special perk of booking a table right in the kitchen. This is a true treat to see how the chefs work and everyone were so nice and answered any question I had. Had the non-alcoholic pairing which was exactly what you want from a pairing, it matched the dishes perfectly and balanced it if there was heat or uplifted it if I was a more fresh dish. The ingredients really tell the story in this restaurant and each dish presented its own complex combination. The staff were fabulous and super friendly, the owner was charming as well! This elevated the dinner experience as well. I have been to many restaurants but this one should be on the top of anyone who wants to experience amazing food.

30/06/2025: Yes, probably one of Copenhagens best pizzerias - if not the best. Quite unique pizzas as well.

13/06/2025: Really lives up to the hype, bought a vegan chocolate croissant and loved every bite. Nice service, large selection of various pastries. No waiting time either, amazingly enough. Took my snack and sat outside in the park nearby. Heaven!

08/06/2025: I bought takeaway spring rolls (3 tiny ones) and chicken skewers (3 even smaller chicken skewers made on smaller than normal skewers) for 158 kroner 😳 It tasted great, but WAY too expensive for the quantity. On the other hand, the young man who took my order gave remarkably good service 👍

08/06/2025: We had a bachelor party at Boulebar on Allégade. Very cozy place with a good atmosphere both inside and out. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and were good entertainment in themselves 😊 We didn't get food, but their drinks were good 😊 Nice place and fair prices 🤩

04/05/2025: Unbelievably good service. Our waiter made the evening and this comfirmation fantastic with his commitment, welcoming personality, humor and twinkle in his eye. He took ownership and it was with a big smile on his face every time something had to be presented or served. He had it under control to that extent, and reached far beyond the edge with his wonderful personality. It was 6 hours of pure pleasure. Huge star for him ☆

13/05/2025: There is no better ice cream on Zealand. Once you have tried Ismageriet, other ice creams are simply not good enough. There is often a queue, but the queue moves very quickly.

06/07/2025: We attended a community dinner based on a local friend’s recommendation and could have not been happier with our experience! Delicious food, better company, amazing vibes all around. We left feeling so high spirited :) My top recommendation for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

05/07/2025: We had a family reunion here. We met no Danes, but there were right of us. The food was roast turkey, roast potatoes, bread, and mint yoghurt or creme fraiche. There was beer. Fruit salad for dessert. It was very nice and relaxed. I think I will come again on my own next time. Since it was very convivial in a kind of old theatre.

18/06/2025: Authentic Italian place located in the heart of Vesterbro. I highly recommend the first courses and the dishes of the day. Arancini and baked pasta were perfect.
