29/11/2025: It's a pure money machine, the concept is nice on paper, but they let way too many people in at once, so there are HUGE queues at all the lanes. That made the experience really bad. We will NOT be coming back.

11/07/2026: Not a bad snack for an airport, but very expensive for such small dishes. The coffee was not very tasty. The sandwiches were very simple and I don't quite understand why this is considered a traditional dish of the country. Herring, egg with mayonnaise. It's all so basic. The flavors were normal. Overall not bad, but nothing special. Maybe it was worth choosing another establishment, there are enough of them at the airport.

29/06/2026: It's easy to find, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can choose to take out or sit down and eat in. The service is fast and the quality is high. In short, it's the perfect solution for a pre-flight snack.

09/10/2025: The croque-monsieur and its little mustard sauce were really good. The menu is simple and quite expensive, that's all, the place is nice but you are quickly crowded on the terrace, good address but that doesn't break a duck's three legs.

01/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.

11/09/2025: The salmon was thick and just the right amount of fatty, making it very delicious. The salting was just right, and despite the simple dish, you could really taste the flavor of the ingredients. Tasting it alone was very satisfying, but a little pricey. The salmon alone cost about 6,000 yen, which would be considered a slightly upscale lunch or dinner in Japanese terms. A cup of coffee was also about 1,200 yen, and even though it's tourist prices, you get the sense that prices are generally high overall. The interior has a simple, relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Scandinavia, and the staff are very attentive. The relaxed atmosphere is appealing, but Japan's low prices really make it seem like we need to improve our national strength. It's best to be aware of the prices before visiting as a tourist.

17/05/2026: We ordered food for 29 people at Byens Madhus, and it was a really good experience from start to finish 😊 Everything was ready exactly as agreed when we came to pick it up, which made the whole pick-up easy and stress-free. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and there was plenty for everyone. The guests were very satisfied, and you could clearly taste that good ingredients were used. Super good service, high quality and very professionally handled. We will definitely order from there again and can highly recommend Byens Madhus.

14/04/2026: God is great Welcome dear readers to the wonderful journey of life Update The street signage is slightly dubious. While online the establishment is located on one road (Roskilde road; 'Roskildevej'), on the street sign near the hotel there is another road name (Main road; 'Hovedvejen'). Guests had better check with the local government in case of emergency, underwriting, etc. Thanks 🛫💐 March 2026 Thanks God, for you give shelter to the needy! Random hoodlums, possibly urchins were found loitering the corridors near my room....traffic on Roskilde Road was blaring until around 04 AM. There is no locker facility for storage of belongings such as clothes spectacles, etc in the gents sauna. Furthermore, the oven casing is old and the paint on it is peeling off! George the kind receptionist was unable to inform the guest that bottles were not allowed in the sauna. A garbage bag was thrown unattended near the entrance on the inside. A liter of milk was lying abandoned on the front desk counter, a little away from where the receptionists had their set up. Some guests were unabashedly spitting sitting outside the entrance, waiting for a shuttle bus or the similar. We will also like hazelnut milk for breakfast. On the bright side, it was feasible to order home delivery food; the 'Do not disturb' sign was duly and kindly respected the same. 08/06/2026: Had dinner outside under the heat lamps. It's so cozy here. We both had redfish on a spinach base with small delicious new potatoes and roe around. The sauce was insanely good💯👌🏻✨ we also had creme brulee for dessert. Huge portion and the top was so crispy.😍 we got a new variation of the drink aperol spritz. Here we were guided a little wrong. But it was good. However, not with blackberry flavor as we were told😅😅😅 A really lovely evening
