26/07/2025: Good charging options for electric cars and great service at the gas station

14/06/2025: Today I was served by a very unfriendly clerk when I had to exchange a gas cylinder. She asked me to wait outside. Before she came out to me, she served many other customers. When she finally appeared, I said thank you, but she didn't answer – she just put the gas cylinder on the ground and left.

22/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on a quiet afternoon when it was completely empty. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the interior is absolutely beautiful — definitely one of the highlights. The food was decent overall. The pasta was quite disappointing, lacking any real flavor or character, but the burger and Caesar salad were both good and nicely presented. The service, however, felt a bit intrusive. Our waitress was overly eager and even brought us the bill without us asking, which came across as a bit too much. In summary, it’s a lovely place to sit and enjoy the setting, with decent food, but the experience could be improved with a bit more subtlety in the service.

13/10/2025: Now 3⭐️ for food would seem a little harsh. However, you price too high and my expectations need to follow. In real terms we had chicken & chips and surf & turf for over 1500 krone for four adults. When two were only drinking water. Now, the quantity was generous, the ingredients were very good quality, the cooking and flavours were great ... but why the 3⭐️? If you slow cook pork belly for over 12 hours and then make a 'gravy' to pour over halibut, you guessed it ... you just taste roast pork, which was delicious, but why throw in the texture of halibut. Very heavy on the salt too. Put the salt on the table, otherwise you can not truely taste the journey the food has had to endure. We also had chicken & chips .... very well cooked chicken, but there must have been a whole chicken skin fried on the plate too. The potato was fine shredded and deep fried until chocolate brown. Again very tasty, but why put crispy potato shreads into a pancake then cover with soggy chicken skin and gravy, you've got it, limp potato stodge. Again very tasty, but a texture you want teleporting somewhere else. The wine list was amazing, with champagne at 9800 krone a shot, that' some heavy weight diner they are expecting. When cold and raining, this is a nice place to have a quiet relaxed family meal. Our son has SEN and he had a fabulous night. We did not order dessert as ice cream and chocolate brownie would have probably turned up. Lot's of city folk eating here .... now I know how my pension pot skimmings are being spent. Don't over complicate and mix up the flavours, then you will be sure to be a 5⭐️ experience. Price was good value for the ingredients cooked and service given. The experience was not as good as Garden Vin which was the best evening meal we had in Copenhagen.

19/09/2025: Despite being fully booked - due to an important football match - the restaurant provided efficient service. The Thai salad with chicken was tasty.

11/09/2025: Don’t understand, why the score is so low. I have had lunches here 3-4 times this year. I usually order a salad. It comes within a few minutes, fresh, filling, and delicious. The portion size is very generous. Sitting outside in sunlight is priceless . Waiters and waitresses are always sweet and service-minded. Nothing to complain about, only smoking neighbors sometimes.

06/11/2025: Chicken burger wasn’t good at all! Guacamole sauce was off, that made the burger tastes like a rotten food!

09/10/2025: The meal was delicious. I ordered the Jerusalem artichoke and flat iron steak, and the portions were generous. The sourdough bread they served with it made it even more delicious. The Jerusalem artichoke chicken was so tender, I wonder how they marinated it.

06/10/2025: Really guys - the food is great, fresh and tasty, the ambiance is nice and cozy but the service was - at least for our table and on that day close to 0. We ordered starters to share and then a main course and it all was brought at the same time on our table.. apparently a "misunderstanding" in the kitchen. Plus the waiter seemed to have an orientation and communication problem - he was speaking so low I hardly could understand what he said.

26/09/2025: We had a breakfast muffin and a smash avocado toast. The bread were great. Coffee was a bit pricey relative to the food.

22/09/2025: Amazing Breakfast Spot in Copenhagen! We had the avocado toast and the eggs Benedict, and both were absolutely outstanding. The bread was perfectly toasted, the avocado creamy and flavorful, and the eggs Benedict were simply divine. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Easily one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in Copenhagen - highly recommended!

28/09/2025: It is especially cozy in the winter months when there are Christmas lights on and you can sit inside in their covered pavilion with gas heating and drink hot cocoa.

24/08/2025: Just held a birthday party at the café with a brunch buffet for 16 people. Really good food and very varied. The staff was service-minded and smiling. So it was a good experience.

03/08/2025: Was deeply disappointed, have eaten there several times where everything was ok, but this time we got this dish, which consisted of a 5 mm thick beef fillet that should have been medium rare but was well done and 20 small fries that were absolutely nothing fancy. Black Angus – 189,- NEW 200g Rio Lucia Black Angus beef fillet from Uruguay served with asparagus broccoli and luxury fries. Choose between bearnaise or pepper sauce

26/11/2025: ★★★★★ 5/5 Pappas Pizzaria Valby really delivers on both taste and service! Their pizzas are always delicious and fresh, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I can especially recommend pizza no. 24 and no. 21 – they are both super good. A clear favorite in Valby when you want good, tasty pizza! 🍕✨
