01/08/2026: Cozy place and nice service. The food was well presented. The problem was that the fish was dry. And the tartare was overwhelmed by tomato flavor, so the meat didn't stand out.

16/04/2026: The entrance fee is around $14, then you have to buy a drink ranging from water to champagne, inexpensive to expensive. Then, a show followed by the girls trying to convince you to spend the evening with them. Private dance is around $100. Afterward, they'll try to milk you of more money. I say stay away from all strip clubs overseas.

22/09/2025: I was disappointed when the cashier didn't provide a receipt and handed us a plastic lid for our hot tea, made from PS, which is harmful to health, especially for small children. Given the high prices (which are above average for Copenhagen), it seems reasonable to expect that the bakery would use better-quality plastic lids. I feel let down, especially since the bakery is advertised as eco-friendly.

16/07/2026: We spent a weekend with some friends, and we had dinner there and everything was fantastic. The food was very good and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended.

22/08/2026: A great location to take a seat at this restaurant for eat and drink at the same time enjoy the view of the lake. The restaurant has brunch particularly on weekends. Good place to sit both indoors and the outdoor there are plenty of tables and chairs. This is a self service restaurant. A glass of cafe latte is 50 or 55 Kronor which roughly around 6.50 or 7.40 euros.

If you are going to eat, it is a good idea to book a table.
The cafe is open all year round and I have been happily coming there for over 34 years.

I was unfortunately disappointed with my visit to Byens Bager in Taastrup. The clerk handled my food with bare hands after first having served customers and touched various surfaces in the store. I found it unhygienic and not in accordance with the standard one should expect when handling food. I hope that the management will focus more on hygiene and proper food handling in the future.
This is of course my personal experience from the visit.

11/11/2025: We had lunch at Fortunen after a trip to Dyrehaven. It was a disappointing experience due to boring food and drinks and really bad service. It's a shame because the location is really beautiful.
