24/11/2025: Vandkunsten Sandwich has become one of my regular places when I'm in the area. The sandwiches taste good, the ingredients are fresh, and you get a decent sized sandwich. Unlike Joe & The Juice, you actually leave feeling full — here you get value for your money. The bread is usually really good, and the portions are perfect for a good lunch. The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. I've experienced a few times that there can be a bit of a wait, but the quality is consistent, and that's why I keep coming back. All in all, a really good place if you want a good, solid sandwich without all the excess — just honest food that actually fills you up.

28/09/2025: We have been customers for so many years. Today I ordered chicken in red curry and got a very strange meat that was raw and not chicken breast. They have answered so aggressively when I called and it has been so unpleasant. They said they will only give the money back if I have not tried the method?! of course I have done it, so otherwise how do you know that the meat is raw and strange? They have just lost a few customers who buy food very often from them. So unpleasant and probably a bad style to serve their customer. I have paid 120kr today and have not eaten but you will never see a penny from me again.

11/10/2025: Love Emdrup Bodega. Found this gem through a good friend. Invited the lady next Thursday for: 3 unspecified pieces of smørrebrød incl. a beer - 95DKKK! 07/10/2025: If we lived in a world where good taste won every time, then Bakery by Hermann would win, and Lagkagehuset and Farumhus would lose. Bakery by Hermann has bread and cakes that are also fresh and taste great even just before closing time. The big competitors have hard and dry bread already after 12 noon. At Bakery by Hermann you can taste real butter! Real cardamom! Real vanilla! Delicious ingredients that are transformed with the help of good craftsmanship and respect for good taste into wonderfully good bread and delicious cakes. I bow and thank you for existing and not becoming extravagant like the hipster and Instagram tourist bakeries in inner Copenhagen where the prices are sky-high and actually crazy. Thank you!

01/10/2025: Had ordered a 'too-good-to-go'/good luck bag :) was served by a really nice and sweet employee - great service. The good luck bag itself was worth a lot more than the 39 kr I paid for it :) good baker

28/11/2025: The cafe's atmosphere was a bit awkward at first, as they weren't many people inside and there was no music. A group of young Danish lightened the mood when they arrived. The staff were friendly and efficient, no complains here. We order a drink each and a tapas plate. The quantity of food on the plate was a little under our expectations, given its price. The biggest flaw was the quality of the food we've been served. It was alright at best, but really felt like leftovers from the morning's brunch. Worst part was the meat and charcuterie, awfull taste and cooking. We forced ourselves to finish the plate because of the money we've invested in. We shouldn't have, one of us felt sick the night after. If you want to have a drink in the café, why not, but definitely reconsider if you want to eat there.

14/11/2025: t’s a great place to start the day. I’ve been here many times, and it’s always a really nice experience. The staff are super friendly, and I always enjoy coming here. They also have a buffet every day, which is definitely worth trying. This is my favourite spot in Copenhagen. See you again soon!

23/11/2025: Absolutely favorite 'fast food choice' Easy to order - clean and nice seating area. The food is always piping hot, the chicken is crispy and juicy and the fries with the special seasoning are just TOP DOLLAR 🤗 The table service is with a smile and if there are any mistakes or shortcomings, the staff is nice and accommodating

12/09/2025: Went to an 80th birthday party (family lunch buffet) The food was a really delicious, flavorful traditional Danish lunch buffet. The food was what pulled it all together. The service from the young waiters was nice, they did a good job, but it was marked by commands from a grumpy head waiter, who seemed to be really annoyed about having to be at work. Because you could barely put your fork down before your plate was gone. We had to ask several times for more bread and butter on the tables. The dessert, which was a brownie, was so small that you could barely see it. And the coffee cups were also removed before you could look around.. all in all, it seemed like the head waiter wanted to go home as soon as possible... a shame, because it puts the mood down on a day when there was supposed to be a celebration.. but the food was delicious

13/09/2025: Beautiful campsite behind the dunes. Now, in mid-September, there's hardly anything going on; the site is getting emptier and emptier. Nice terrain, even for tents. The restrooms are good. Fresh rolls and sweets are available in the morning at normal prices.

12/07/2025: Atmospheric brown tavern, with a touch of homely cosiness, which only a woman can put her mark on. You meet the locals and get a chat for a chat, and funny stories. The general has just had an anniversary, with an extremely tasty Refsvindinge Jubilæums beer. Taste it before your neighbor does ....
