They didn't allow my husband to come inside because he was wearing Birkenstocks, but when a girl wearing the sane sandals came inside and I questioned them, they literally pushed me away. I am a 1,61cm tall woman and was not being aggressive. They started yelling at me to go away and pushing me. Never going back there.

26/09/2025: We visited twice during our stay at the hotel across the street and liked it here! The toastie egg and cheese sandwiches are a decent breakfast, and their orange juice was delicious. Coffee was good, nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the seating was nice!

05/07/2026: The food was delicious, but unfortunately the table wasn't clean. Soup is no longer part of the hospitality. There were no appetizers.

17/07/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered some food through the Lagkagehuset app today while we were sitting at the café. But not long after we ordered, the two female baristas very clearly start to slander and laugh at our order and say that what we had ordered was “weird”, “if it even tasted good” and “who only orders a salad”. I actually don’t really care whether they think the food is boring. I just expect baristas to understand basic customer service and be able to show a little more professionalism when they are at work. Really disappointing experience. Next time, we probably won’t be visiting this Lagkagehuset.

01/07/2026: I asked a girl for scissors to open the box with the cake I bought, and the girl said get out of here.

29/11/2025: Ordered a durum falafel and pepperoni. The pepperoni was ok but the falafel was just vegetables with very small pieces.

08/06/2025: The food was excellent – not quite five stars, as the selection is limited and prices are on the higher side. Service and atmosphere were both great. Just be aware that the seating is very tight – but that also adds to the cosy charm of the place.
