09/06/2026: Best place to eat Indian food in Copenhagen

22/05/2026: A confirmed reservation here means nothing. Booked in advance. Confirmation received. Arrived 20 minutes early on a quiet evening and was told to wait outside because the restaurant was "fully booked." I waited until the exact time of my reservation, walked back in, and was told by the manager that a reservation doesn't actually guarantee a table: I'd have to wait for someone to finish and leave. When I showed him that my booking was infact confirmed, I was casually told to "eat somewhere else." The justification: "other people book 10 days in advance." If they had no intention of honouring the reservation, why make me wait outside for 20 minutes? They were gambling on a no-show so they could slot me in if it worked out. When it didn't, I was disposable. A large party was clearly on its way in, and smaller bookings weren't worth the trouble. As an Indian, walking into an Indian restaurant and being made to feel unwelcome genuinely stung. This is not to say that anyone should be made to feel unwelcome. So I walked over to Le Couscous, the Tunisian place nearby, and was welcomed with genuine warmth. Funny how that works. I generally don't like to bring other places into reviews but the contrast is deafening.

26/10/2025: After we ordered, they found out that the cakes were frozen. The drinks in the fridge were lukewarm. We couldn't order black coffee because the machines were broken. What we got instead was ok. But we weren't impressed.

06/03/2026: Went for their monthy jazz session which meant lovely music that really suited the ambience of the place. Wonderful

07/12/2025: Food was really good sized portions, and tasty. Only negative is asked for tap water which is meant to be free and was given a bottle even though I specifically asked

30/11/2025: The food was really good. Service was ok. We found a hair in the sushi and told the waiter so we could just get a new one, but the kitchen stared at us like we had done something wrong and it was quite unpleasant. When I wasn't actually unhappy, but being stared at by the entire kitchen makes you not want to come back. Honestly when they have such good food. Damn bad style

08/07/2026: Me and my friend had a blast 😁 Our guide Collin was very thoughtful about making sure everyone felt included and safe! There was a good age rage withing the group and the people were awesome 😊

04/07/2026: Pub crawls are such a great way to meet new people and quickly create a little group of friends to spend the night with. As a solo female traveler, I think they're also a great way to feel safe while enjoying the nightlife. We had a fantastic time with Pub Crawl Copenhagen! Our crawl included a stop at a karaoke bar, which ended up being one of the highlights of the night. The hosts were friendly, organized, and did a great job keeping everyone engaged. I also really enjoyed the selection of bars, and the club at the end was a fun way to finish the evening. I would definitely recommend this pub crawl to anyone visiting Copenhagen, especially if you're traveling solo or looking to meet new people.

27/08/2025: We enjoyed two croque madames and a slice of banana cake, everything was perfect! Simple cuisine, made with love, with products that exude freshness. A very satisfying experience, thank you both.

30/10/2025: I really like this brand and was happy to find it in the center of Copenhagen. The steak and tuna sandwiches are always great, and the smoothies are super tasty. Friendly staff and a nice, lively vibe — perfect for a quick and delicious stop.

20/05/2026: The employees were more busy drinking coffee themselves and talking about sabbaticals than helping customers 🙃 fair enough if they have a break, but they're just chilling by the coffee machine

18/05/2026: This McDonald's location was exceptionally busy during our dinner visit, likely due to its popularity in a prominent tourist area. The establishment was quite crowded. We were able to find seating after a short wait for a vacant table, and considering the level of activity, the wait was quite reasonable. Fortunately, there were only two of us. We observed a family of six who had to seat their three children separately from two of the adults, while one adult had to stand nearby and wait. After we finished our meal, we offered our table to them so they could all sit closer together. Due to the high volume of customers, the staff did not have an opportunity to clean the tables. Food orders were processed with commendable speed, which was much appreciated. Our order was accurate and satisfactory. While the fries were a little over-salted, they were served warm. Our burgers were enjoyable, and the lettuce and tomatoes on them were notably fresh.

12/05/2026: the food quality was good, the staff was really nice but the place is not kept clean, the tables are often dirty. A typical fast food in and out place

08/05/2026: Disappointing experience! We came home with a pizza that had a long hair in it. When we called to report it, we were met with a very unprofessional and unpleasant tone, where they simply shouted back “No one has long hair here!” No solution was found, the phone was hung up. Definitely can't recommend ordering from here!

31/08/2025: Excellent experience. We stopped by for a night cap. Christian brought us to a place we could have never imagined. Incredible experience, he guided us along the menu and made it an exceptional night. Christian is your pilot, let him take you where you need to go! Excellent experience, can’t wait to see them again
