17/07/2026: It's a shame that you can't even order an egg dish without bread, or a steak without sauce, when they don't have any gluten-free food on the menu. So I just had to watch the other people eat. The service felt rude and unwelcoming. It's otherwise a nice setting by the harbor.

29/08/2026: Despite all criticism, not worth the money. I visited the place for the first time, and although the restaurant seems nice, clean and the staff is smiling, the positives unfortunately stop there. The buffet at 6:00 pm looked like leftovers from the day before: half buckets, dried out dishes and sushi that was in no way fresh. Several of the other guests mentioned that it used to be better, but this evening the quality was at rock bottom. The beef dishes were tough as rubber, the fries were completely soft, and much of the food was half cold. The breaded dishes were soft and boring, and the Mongolia station looked so unappetizing that I didn't dare eat it. Even the ice cream had to be scraped from the bottom of the bucket. The birthday scheme (1 kr) was also not adhered to, the birthday person did not get free food because some guests had cancelled on the same day (we were a party of 8 and there were 1/4 guests) A visit that cost a lot of money, but was not worth it. I will never come back. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the food...

04/07/2026: I bought a croissant that had both the consistency and taste of a teacup from a plastic bag in Netto. And I'm not exaggerating. It was dry, chewy and rubbery instead of crispy. For the price Lagkagehuset charges for a croissant, it should be crispy and delicious 🤬

13/09/2026: I have to honestly say that this was a huge disappointment. I ordered İskender, but what I was served had NOTHING to do with İskender in my opinion. It was extremely greasy and consisted mostly of rice and kebab meat. I first took a spoonful to taste it because I thought I might have misunderstood the dish. The taste was really strange. So I took another spoonful to be sure – and no, it didn’t get any better. It simply didn’t taste like İskender at all. I only ate a couple of spoonfuls and then gave the food back because I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Of course, I still paid for the whole meal, even though they got back an almost untouched portion. If you order İskender, you of course expect İskender – not a plate of greasy kebab meat and rice that doesn’t resemble the dish you ordered. For me, it was a waste of money and a really bad dining experience. I won't be ordering İskender here again.

04/09/2026: We visited for the breakfast/brunch menu, but unfortunately, the experience was below our expectations. The service was quite slow and there was not much attention from the staff. You actually need to leave your table and go to the counter to place your order. The brunch selection was also rather limited, especially when it came to cheese varieties. Overall, I found the price-to-performance ratio quite poor. Unfortunately, I also experienced stomach discomfort and indigestion for the rest of the day after the meal. Overall, it is not a place I would recommend or visit again.

10/10/2026: I was supposed to pick up lunch at the store located at Ordrupvej 82, as so many times before, after I placed my order the boy behind the cashier refused to accept my money as payment for my food, it is still illegal for a store to refuse to accept the king's coin. It all ended with me not being able to get my food and having to leave. I can only recommend that people boycott that store

23/09/2026: I was really looking forward to trying their Desi Qorma, especially at the price they charge for the dish, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Firstly, the dish was swimming in an extremely and unappetizing layer of oil, it was so thick that half of the container seemed to consist of pure fat. Secondly, the dish was so extremely salty that it was almost inedible. Authenticity and strong seasoning do not justify the food not being balanced, especially when the price is so high. This was the first and last time I ordered from here. Can't recommend it at all for the price.

15/01/2026: Very close to the train and metro. Room cleaning wasn't very good.

06/01/2026: Room: We chose a railway sleeper room. During our stay the weather was fairly warm. Unfortunately, there is no air con so we had to open the door which allowed for air but made sleeping noisier than closed. If you require silence do not stay here but if you like white noise (door closed) the noise is fine. The rooms are clean and basic but suitable. We came with our baby and a cot and nice duvet spread was provided. The bunk beds, once pulled out from the wall, have very very sharp locks on them which we have cut ourselves on. (This needs to be changed as not suitable for adults never mind children). The bathroom could do with grout cleaner. It would be good to have a valuables safe in the rooms. There is no lift so staying here on my own with a pram wouldn’t have worked as there are no ground floor rooms. Food: The breakfast we did not have as it is roughly £15 per day. Service: The staff are attentive providing us a fan for the room and cutlery for our take outs. The location: 2 mins to the train station and a small supermarket. Direct routes to the airport and Sweden. Overall price: I guess it’s reasonable for Copenhagen but compared to other countries I have travelled it’s on the expensive side for a 3 star.

24/10/2026: Had a delicious duck rillette and pumpkin soup. Ate lunch with a view of the beautiful palm garden. Gluten free bread was available. The line to order did get kind of long at peak lunch time.

10/10/2026: I simply think it's too bad to have to pay 55 kroner for a small lemon pie, with so little "lemon" in it.

23/08/2026: No transparency regarding which ingredients are organic - not even possible via email. Got a butter chicken that tasted like the sugar bowl had been dropped in it. Terrible experience, won't shop there again

29/09/2026: TERRIBLE espresso. Terrible is a compliment. Acidic. Embarrassing. Learn to make coffee. Shameful. 32 kr to drink hot water from the canal where the coypu linger between the ships. Unspeakable. Honestly, I recommend you take coffee off the menu. Terrible.
