30/08/2026: Below average pizza. Not recommended. Message for owners: you can double your business by improving the product. I stayed 5 nights in the hotel. Went to your place once. The pizza is dry, not tasty, like subpar pizza from the cheap pizza stand on the street. This is the point: if it was tasty and yummy, i might come for dinner 2x or even 3x during my stay. I would suggest to deep dive into the product. If you care about the place, you have simple receipe for growth. Guests of both hotels will come more often. The empty chairs will fill. That will never happen if you continue to serve such mediocre pizza. If you specialize in pizza and its not awesome - why do you even do that? Hope that helps.

30/08/2026: Staff is amazing! Pizza is ok. Nothing special. Just ok. Pesto pasta tasted and smelled like farts. I have no idea how that is even possible.

28/09/2026: There’s lots to choose from but the juice I had was way too sweet (got the one with strawberry, banana and elderflower in it) due to - I suspect - too much elderflower sirup. Overly expensive, too. Nothing wrong with the people working here though.

22/09/2026: I eat alot of Joe and this place has the absolute best product quality in Copenhagen. Sandwiches are perfect assembled and coffees taste good every time. Fast service and staff is amazing!

24/07/2026: Calm atmosphere with great coffee and food, a super lovely and helpful team, a good environment both to meet socially and to work or read alone, loved it!

10/10/2026: You have to look for a long time for bad service. First we were “thrown” away from the terrace - “Can't you see that it's closed” Then we wanted to share a burger for 159.- but we weren't allowed to. So we got 2 0.6l beers for the nice price of 99,- each.

19/09/2025: Had a mixed experience here at TRIO. The location is excellent with a full view out over the central Copenhagen facing west so make sure to book table and watch the sun set. The dinner was ok, but there were some minor flaws. Like we had to ask the waiters to slow down the serving at one point. Some dishes was truly excellent but some were a bit below expectations compared to what we eventually paid. Not a cheap dinner. But worth a visit. And you can visit the bar without a dinner and still enjoy the vie from then 9th flor.

Conclusion: A reliable place for a coffee break or a short work session in a pleasant atmosphere. The well-designed interior and the quality of the baked goods are particularly noteworthy.

27/06/2026: Join us as a guest - on the hottest day of the year! We couldn't reschedule. Very nice instructors, but it was about 50° degrees in there. It wasn't worth staying for a whole hour. If you make an appointment here, either prepare for extreme heat, or choose a cold day - then you might end up with normal temperatures! Practice practice practice!

29/09/2026: Enjoyed our lunch but did not like the unexpected additional surcharge on our bill. Food was enjoyable.

17/09/2026: A complete disappointment! We ate at their restaurant and were not satisfied. For about 300 crowns per person, the ambiance was poor and the service was catastrophic. The food was also underwhelming. The meat was undercooked and smelled disgusting. We had to wait an hour for the bill. Unfortunately, the toilets didn't have toilet paper. Furthermore, the decorations were made of plastic – environmental pollution. Our personal conclusion: once is enough.

08/09/2026: The lady behind the counter was more busy sitting in the corner and having fun with her friend - all the while the tables outside were filled with used dishes and the rest hadn't been wiped down. The coffee was good though and the cake included - a bit on the expensive side.

30/08/2026: In short: unfriendly, dirty, and burnt waffles. I've been on this earth for 60 years, but I've never experienced anything like it.
