09/09/2026: The place is incredibly dirty. The sitting area and kitchen are covered in rubbish and food on the floor. It’s unacceptable! I waited eight minutes for my ice cream despite the board showing my order was ready in ten seconds (which would have boosted KPIs). It was already melted.

13/05/2026: Delicious food and great service. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so the food was served quickly. As an introvert, I really appreciate that you just fill out a form that looks like a menu to place an order.

12/04/2026: Had the best time here! Lovely vibe, very warm and welcoming. The staff (shout out Louis and Duy!) were so nice and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations about the menu. My friend had never had a dumpling before and safe to say her life has been changed!!! Left with both heart and belly full.

11/07/2026: Terrible service. The first thing you hear is that they don't deliver for less than 150, - DKK. When you order for 170, - DKK, they have no employees who can deliver. Not the first time we've had this happen. DROP THEM.

13/06/2026: Durum with mixed meat. Very delicious with fresh salad and chili. Mega big, I couldn't eat it all at once.

07/10/2026: Pizzas as they should be - super delicious! One of the few really good places left to eat good food, smiles!

29/08/2026: I have rarely had such bad pizza. Thick slices of crust - which tasted old and floury. And the rest was frankly inedible too

09/09/2026: I ordered a vegetarian tofu dish, but unfortunately it arrived with what appeared to be pieces of meat mixed in with the tofu. When I contacted the restaurant about it, instead of taking the concern seriously, they became defensive and insisted that the pieces were tofu. I also became sick after eating the food. When I raised my concerns with the restaurant, they pushed back and told me I would not receive a refund. For me, this was never primarily about the money. It was about dietary and ethical restrictions being disregarded and the way a serious concern was handled. Mistakes can happen, but serving a vegetarian customer meat and then dismissing their concern rather than investigating it is unacceptable and unprofessional. Dietary restrictions should be taken seriously, and customers should be able to trust that what they order is what they receive. Based on both the food and how the situation was handled, I would think twice before ordering from here.

19/09/2026: Really good service from the staff...especially the one who called herself Jeanette... Super nice service, we felt really welcome, even though it was busy.

29/08/2026: They only serve coffee in takeaway cups — both plastic and paper. When I asked for a glass because we were sitting inside, they told me they don’t have any because they don’t have a dishwasher. I honestly find that a bit hard to understand. If you’re running a café, a dishwasher doesn’t seem like an unreasonable expense — to me, it feels like a basic necessity.

10/08/2026: Good atmosphere, but disappointing food and misleading presentation The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Please be aware that the food displayed in the restaurant can be quite misleading. The portion shown on the display looked much larger and appeared to be enough for two people, but the actual dish I received was completely different and much smaller. I was honestly shocked when my food arrived because it looked nothing like what was shown. The portion was so small that I was still hungry after the meal, and unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t very good either. I hope the restaurant can be more transparent about portion sizes and avoid displaying portions that don’t reflect what customers actually receive.

04/08/2026: Don’t believe the hype. Especially the one in Hellerup, the vibe is giving social club for teens. Staff is not chefs, the food is prepared behind the cashier, and the hygiene is non existent both food handling and seating. Bad attitude from waiters and overall inexperienced workers. Food wasn’t worth the money, only thing good was bread and the pancake. Also small tables and akward sitting

31/01/2026: Very small place that serve only in to-go cups. BUT, as always (for Espresso House) the espresso is perfectly balanced and served with a little square of chocolate.

07/09/2026: I was wondering why this place has just 4.1* so I went through the reviews and must say some are just way too strict. We had a great experience! Early morning visit. We had a nice chat about their coffee and had to try all types of brewing methods..all were great! Fruity espresso as well as a delicious pour over..food is simple yet fresh and sufficient! Just a cool spot to kick your day from when staying nearby…PS: pay attention to details guys..some of your flowers are dying inside 😅🪴

10/10/2026: I ordered kebab and falafel. There's no pork, of course. It was the best doner kebab I've ever had; I haven't even eaten one this good in Türkiye. The whole thing – falafel, kebab, and cola – was 90 krona.

23/07/2026: I've ordered food from them twice, and both times the food was really delicious. I highly recommend the place – they make really good food.🍲😊

13/06/2026: I just ordered food, the baby corn taste expired - they taste off . Not sure if other ingredients are expired as well. Anyhow - the chicken amount in the food is nothing !

12/10/2026: Great vibrant energy here! The spicy miso ramen was rich, comforting, and the pork was perfectly tender. They also have an excellent craft beer selection that pairs perfectly with the flavorful food. Only knocking off one star because the broth leaned a bit too salty toward the end, and the seating area can get quite cramped during peak hours. Still a fantastic spot for delicious noodles and a great brew!

05/10/2026: I wasn’t impressed with Ramen to Bíiru. We got the “Spicy Miso Ramen” 155 DKK. The broth felt very oily, and most of the seasoning ended up sitting at the bottom of the bowl, so the last part wasn’t really eatable. The portion was also quite small, both in terms of noodles and broth. We left a little annoyed and still hungry.
