10/08/2026: The toilet is full of flies. I complained about this 3 weeks ago, but there are still flies now. Dirty place. The toilet is damp and disgusting! As if people have taken shit off the walls!

14/06/2026: I have unfortunately had a bad experience from here twice now. A few weeks ago I ordered a durum with chili and no tomato, but instead got a durum with tomato and no chili. It can happen, I thought, so I gave them another chance. I ordered again today, and the exact same thing happened again. Once again I got tomato in it, even though I had asked for it without tomato, and there was no chili in it. On top of that, there was almost no meat in my durum — it felt like there were only 2-3 small strips of meat in it. The rest was basically just lettuce. My girlfriend's durum was not good either. The meat that was in her durum tasted very perfume-like, which made the experience even worse. It is quite disappointing when you both get the wrong order, almost no meat in the food, and at the same time experience that the meat does not taste as it should. I expected better, especially when the mistake happens twice.

16/08/2026: Really disappointed with this Italian. Order was wrong, plus a missing item (which I was really looking forward to) and taste of the pizza and pasta we had was mediocre at best. Used uber eats, as had the kids with me so to top it off the food arrived cold. Won’t be use again.

04/06/2026: Good pizza and impeccable service! Last time I went to pick up pizza, I hadn't called ahead, so sat outside to wait (as it was HOT!). I made sure to sit in full view of the counter, so I could keep an eye out for when my pizza was done and come back in. No need - the owner came out and delivered it with a smile!

11/04/2026: I have never tasted such a bad pizza before. I ordered online and they ignore me with phone calls, and a pizza with ham tomato sauce and cheese is apparently difficult to make since the filling does not exist, NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM THERE. add for an experience I also ordered with dressing yes….. that is not included. Add for a place

05/07/2026: I was down to buy a French bread, a frog snack, a tea biscuit and a snail. I got away with 87 kroner. The bread was boring and hard to cut. The snail crumbled in the bag along with the other pastries. The young girl/woman was talking on the phone when I got there, gloves or alcohol were not part of the process. From the outside it looks quite appealing, but the bread is a completely different experience. I hope they upgrade their bakery, as it is a direct disappointment to pay such a high amount for food that worked until it had been in the back room for a week.

17/05/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience at Espresso House in Spinderiet on Sunday, May 17, 2026, around 4 p.m. We experienced clear discrimination in the way guests were treated. While other guests were allowed to remain seated and were greeted in a friendly tone, we, who were dark-skinned, were spoken to in a rude and aggressive manner and asked to immediately leave the outdoor seating area with the message that it was closed. The situation gave us a strong feeling of being treated differently based on our appearance. In addition, my order was also not made correctly, as I specifically asked for oat milk in my coffee, which was ignored. The most disappointing thing is that this experience is in direct contrast to the image and CSR values ​​of respect, inclusion and equal treatment that Espresso House otherwise presents itself with. As a loyal customer for several years, it is very disappointing to experience treatment that made us feel unwelcome and belittled. I hope Espresso House takes such experiences seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same respect and dignity regardless of skin color or background.

23/08/2026: Super cozy place. Friendly staff and good service. We will come here again and bowl. We were supposed to eat later on top. It was not a good experience. No child-friendly food. Sparse buffet. We will not eat there again.

08/08/2026: As a self proclaimed bowling enthusiast, this place is buns. The pins are held and reset by wires which affects how they fly. Either the balls or the lanes are too grippy and makes the ball super sensitive to any spin. The couches at the lanes are nasty too. Don’t come here to bowl unless you dgaf about bowling.

24/08/2026: I am really not satisfied. I paid 65 DKK for a durum, but it consisted almost only of bread and salad, with very little kebab. 65 DKK is way too much for what I got. I expected a decent amount of kebab in my durum.

02/08/2026: Our experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. My pregnant wife and I only discovered afterwards that the product we had been served was past its use-by date. Such negligence is completely unacceptable. Pregnant women, families with children and others who are particularly vulnerable should be extra careful. It is the restaurant's responsibility to check the expiration date on the products they serve. Due to this experience, I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

03/05/2026: Ordered two pizzas through Wolt where I received a completely wrong pizza and the other one was nowhere near the one in the picture. Wolt support contacts the restaurant to have a new order sent, after which the restaurant rejects it. Fortunately, Wolt acknowledges that our order is completely wrong and refunds the full amount. I think this experience is beyond criticism.

14/04/2026: First of all, the store was completely empty. Huge red flag we give it a chance and order anyway their chicken wings tasted/smelled of old frozen chicken that was thawed incorrectly and thrown in a fryer. Add to that the 2nd time food poisoning is what we got out of that visit.

01/10/2025: A wonderful cafe and shop staffed by young and incredibly friendly people. Greetings to the friendly waitress, whom we invited for coffee in Germany. Delicious pastries and coffee. You can sit inside or on the street. A fantastic place. We'll be back soon. See you soon. 🙋‍♀️🙋

20/08/2025: A lovely little courtyard that keeps out the traffic noise. The barista was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.
