22/06/2026: I ordered two pasta salads. One was only filled about half full. I asked for no chili, but there was chili in the salad anyway. The pasta was supposed to contain chicken, but there were only 2-3 small strips of chicken. In addition, the employee handled the food directly with his hands, which I did not find hygienic.

18/07/2026: Appetithuset To Søstre, Bakken – Affordable Buffet in a Cozy Setting If you’re looking for an affordable place to eat in Bakken, Appetithuset To Søstre is a decent option. The buffet costs 169 DKK, with drinks starting from 59 DKK, making it one of the more budget-friendly choices in the area. The atmosphere is one of the restaurant’s biggest strengths. The wooden interior, fireplace, and cozy décor make it feel warm and homey—somewhere between a traditional Danish home and a classic diner. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food is okay overall—not outstanding, but satisfying if you’re looking for a filling buffet. One thing that could definitely be improved is the lack of food labels. Many dishes weren’t identified, so it was difficult to know exactly what some of the items were, especially for first-time visitors or anyone with dietary restrictions. The buffet leans heavily toward fried food. There were falafel (with a slightly different taste than expected), curly fries, French fries, chicken nuggets, BBQ fried chicken, onion rings, fried pork, and pizza, which was actually quite good. The lasagne was meaty and enjoyable, while the BBQ ribs were decent. There was also a grill section with grilled chicken, beef patties, and sausages. If you prefer lighter options, there’s a salad bar with a variety of vegetables, toppings, condiments, and sauces, so you can mix your own salad. Dessert was quite limited, with only one cake available: Drømmekage (Dream Cake), the classic Danish cake topped with a sweet coconut-brown sugar topping. Thankfully, it tasted exactly as it should. Overall, I’d say this is a an OK choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced buffet in Bakken. It may not be a destination restaurant, but it’s hard to find many restaurants in Bakken that deserve four stars or more. Here, you’ll leave full without spending too much, and you can continue enjoying the park, spot the deer, or even take a short trip to the beautiful Bellevue Beach nearby

14/07/2026: Went out for lunch, ... nice atmosphere, but we were mostly responsible for it ourselves. Nice and welcoming staff, but not at all skilled enough to run such a place all by ourselves. (It doesn't go to them, it goes to the owners) The staff would get 5 stars if you could rate them on friendliness. But training, age (maybe) and maturity meant that there were major shortcomings. However, they were really attentive to removing plates and clearing tables, so you were always sitting at a nicely cleaned table The food was mediocre, even for the price they could have done more with it. Hot things were cold, and the cake was COLD, like it had just thawed (and they said that the day it was made) The concept as such is fine for a place like Bakken with families and children, but you can make sure that things are in order, even if it's just a buffet.

31/07/2025: Due to summer holiday closures at other local places, this place had to give it a shot! I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, and I don't think I'll ever forget this one. Stop, how bad was it 🫩 the bottom was completely burnt, the cheese was missing in several places on the pizza and generally crunchy dry. A pizzaria with respect for itself, just checks if the bottom is black when you take the pizza out of the oven, and if they did that on the pizza I had, maybe they should consider a new lighting installation down there. Highly recommended for people you can't stand

27/07/2025: We ordered a large pizza, and they said it was a family pizza. We were left hungry. I know the size of a family pizza from other places. This pizza place delivered a small pizza, but they charge for a family pizza. We will come again!!! We thought we were buying a family-size pizza until it arrived. It's a shame we all went hungry. I know the size of a family-size pizza. This is the smallest family-size pizza I've ever seen. A place that charges for a family-size pizza but sells a small one, and then tries to convince us it's a family-size pizza, was a terrible dining experience. You can only rip someone off like that.

01/01/2026: The peace of mind is priceless. I no longer have to rush home from work or nervously watch my security camera. For expensive items or time sensitive gifts, this service is an absolute game, changer. It turns the most unreliable part of online shopping into the most dependable.

10/07/2026: I usually like Kumo Glostrup. But this time I'm unfortunately incredibly disappointed! Long wait and 613 kr for ice cold beef skewers, limp tempura shrimp, sushi that was sloppy in the lid and soy that was floating in the bag. Ouch ouch!

29/06/2026: Under all criticism. 1 waiter, who was nice enough, but could not manage 10 guests, who even arrived very staggered. The waiter could not even remember the two soups for hot pot. In general, it is dirty. The use of service in the buffet is critical. Here, the tongs are used alternately for all ingredients, and then come out to lie in a common basket in the heat. The same basket that the guests also take tongs down to the table from. The ice cream parlor is insanely unhygienic. The ice cream scoops were in the same dirty water from when we arrived and for 1-1.5 hours until we pointed it out. Then it took 15 minutes to change them. The same applied to the spoons to eat with, which were in a layer of water mixed with chocolate sauce. In addition, the freezer looks like something that was last defrosted in the last century. The toilets are an experience in themselves. Besides being disgusting, the faucet in the men's toilet is not fixed, and there is a broken washing machine in the women's toilet. When we arrived around 6pm, the hot pot buffet was almost empty, and it didn't get refilled until 8pm. Over 40kr for a flat happy soda, less than half a liter, which is poured from a 2L bottle. The water that is on the menu is also not correct, but is the cheapest of the cheapest.

25/06/2026: I have used this McD for many years, but have recently been disappointed with it. I have experienced errors in my order several times, both on burgers and drinks. The burgers are usually assembled crookedly so there is dressing all over the place when you open them from the packaging. The cheese is not melted and sometimes still cold and the bacon is not always cooked properly. The premises are still nice and clean, so not much has changed there 😸
