05/09/2025: Got a portion of nachos, it was a bit disappointing for 109kr. No sour cream, guacamole from the supermarket, same with salsa, cheese poorly distributed, and quickly heated in the microwave. For 109kr I expect a little better, honestly. Be aware that the menu on their website has different ingredients on some dishes than the menu on site.

05/09/2025: It was definitely the last chance, never again. The food is excellent, but now we have tried to order food via the website for the third time, communication by email is that the food is ready for pickup 30 minutes later, and when you arrive they haven't even started preparing the food. All three times it has been a completely normal weekday evening around 5 pm, so not rush hour in any way. It's fine to call.

31/12/2025: Not recommended. Had a table for 5pm, but arrived at 4pm to a completely empty restaurant. Was greeted by the most flabby guy at the entrance. He didn't even say hello or welcome. I asked him if we could come to the table now, or alternatively just sit and have a drink somewhere in an otherwise completely empty restaurant. Both requests were just met with a no, after which a female employee of the restaurant came over and said we could easily have the table right away. First I started by ordering 2 cocktails, but only received one of them. 10-15 minutes later we asked a waiter where the other cocktail was. Another 5-10 minutes passed before she came back with a receipt that we had only ordered one cocktail. I showed her our order on their smartphone ordering system, which clearly stated we had ordered 2 cocktails. She then took my phone and ordered the one we hadn't received again. We received it shortly after. So by the time we received the second cocktail, I had already drunk mine - super bad service. The food was excellent, but when I was about to pay for 2x all you can eat and our 2 cocktails, they entered 3 cocktails. They don't do that for me, so I was quick to say that we only ordered and drank 2 cocktails.

07/12/2025: We haven't been to Kasai (as a chain) for a few years after moving from Copenhagen. We used to have Kasai as our favorite when it comes to ad libitum. Unfortunately, this time we have to admit that the quality has dropped a lot. Both the salmon and tuna don't taste completely fresh. The service is fast, however, and from the time you send the order to the time the food is on the table, it's actually quite ok. But in addition to the fish having dropped drastically in quality, I have to admit that it is completely out of proportion to charge 50 kr for a liter of tap water with a quarter slice of lime in it. And it's not 50 kr for the table to get water ad libitum (like so many other places) but 50 kr per order of water. This, combined with the fact that we can unfortunately see that the quality of the fish has gone to the bottom, means that we simply won't set foot at Kasai again. Super shame because we were really happy with Kasai the first few years they were present in Copenhagen. But price and quality simply don't go together anymore.

19/04/2025: Dalle valle Fisketorvet has some excellent employees, but there aren't really words to describe the food. The meat was half-dry, uninspiring and overcooked, and the soft ice cream is more or less water-based… you couldn't taste or see any kind of milk in it. The rest was a bit boring. There isn't really a particularly large selection of what just looked the least bit exciting. You would think that dalle valle has a budget of basically zero when they have to cook.

13/04/2025: Cozy and friendly place, lots of choice, exceptional service! A little expensive but you can eat as much as you want. Advised!

12/01/2026: Ordered to Drive Thru - asked for no ice in the soda. The employee repetead 2 times this to me and still there was ice. Then my husband paid for a Homestyle Double Ranch, when he got home there was no double 😂 of course who want to go back to the restaurant in this case? Advantage MC DONALDS. I have to say that always, but always they do mistakes. Every single time there is something.

30/07/2025: Really delicious gl.daws ice cream cone and soft ice cream they have here. Update: now we have also tried the food, pizzas, dürüm and pita bread. And it was a disappointing experience. The taste is missing, the bread for all 3 things was dry and hard. A little bit of a letdown.

18/10/2025: Nice branch of the bakery chain. They even had a vegan cinnamon roll!

16/08/2025: The location is great, right above the Carlsberg station. It is spacious inside. Flat White was delicious. The Tebirkes did not taste fresh although it was 9:15am.

26/12/2025: We had Christmas lunch there. The food was delicious but was quickly removed and replaced by music so loud you couldn't even talk.

21/12/2025: The atmosphere, premises and location are really good and very cozy. ☺️ The service, there was a mistake on the order and it was resolved quickly. The food, nothing extraordinary that I couldn't make myself in the kitchen. (Maybe even a little better)

20/12/2025: My boyfriend and I have been to this place for the fourth time. We always go there in the evening, so we've never tried the lunch, but we can definitely say that the burgers and pastas are delicious. We also had the same waiter for the second time we really like the service, so who it was on Friday December 19th, thank you so much for the wonderful service. Food was also very good. The portions are good relative to the price.

18/10/2025: The bar is okay, but one bartender with a hat was extremely rude to us.

02/12/2025: Long wait for Black Friday deals. Could have used a call so I and others wouldn't have to wait an hour in the cold. The staff worked hard and did what they could. The food was really good.

30/10/2025: We have often bought sushi at Ye on Kongelundsvej and it has always been fine and delicious. However, today both wasabi and ginger were missing from the order, which is not ok. What is worse, the nigiri shrimp stank of old fish to such an extent that we did not dare to eat it. I am not aware whether the branch on Kongelundsvej has a new chef or a new owner, but it was definitely not fine and I doubt we will return.

10/05/2025: I love their pizza no. 10 And the durum and ham pizza definitely appealed to the boys 👍

06/05/2025: now it's the 4th time I don't get my delivery, he always says claus my friend we are busy. but now I don't really care. Oscar by night should oscar may deliver ?

29/10/2025: The first course which was scallops was far below par basically tasteless. It went on from there. The venison was good. The service was atrocious. Took approximately 30 minutes to get service between courses and took approximately 25 minutes to get our first cocktail. Our cocktail came at the same time as our first course so quite a disorganized. We were so impatient at the end we couldn’t even have a coffee. We just waited so long between courses and service the Bill of course took another 45 minutes.

14/01/2026: Not super exciting food, but good white wine and attentive waiters, which I can see from other reviews has not been the same experience.

02/01/2026: Really delicious “simple” Italian food. Simple on the outside, but really tasty. Italian in the best way. In addition, the staff was welcoming and created a secret and nice atmosphere. I don’t understand how this restaurant doesn’t have a higher rating. We first got a free appetizer with octopus, then charcuterie, ragu of the day (with lamb) and affogato for dessert. All dishes were razor sharp, and I would recommend them all.

16/12/2025: At restaurant prices you should assume your order will be treated with a modicum of respect. They delivered my overpriced dinner to the wrong address and started arguing with me about whether it was really true that I had received cold food. I have ordered from pizza day and night time and time again over the past 10 years but there are far too many times I have received food that looks like it has been a trip to a tombola or waited twice as long as stated. 1/10

07/09/2025: I really don't understand all the negative reviews, it seems like you just write like the others, just grab the buns and come up with your own opinion..... The food is quite nice, not Michelin, but quite a nice standard, now I've tried both pizza, pasta and burgers and everything has been quite unremarkable. The quality is like most other places. Pretty good. If I had to put a dot on something it would be that the food could have been a little warmer on arrival, but I can't blame them for that, it's "Wolt" their partner who is responsible for the delivery... but I still order from there, -and then the one star is because after all, as some of the only ones who deliver until 2:00, How many do that... well..... so give them a few more probs, please. 🍕🍔🥙🍝👍..

29/11/2025: Asked for extra dressing in my durum, but ended up getting nothing at all. Kind of a surprise :( but otherwise there's a good atmosphere😝
